We spend a weekend to visit Macau Grand Prix. Most of the more central hotels were fully booked or very expensive due to the Grand Prix weekend. So we booked Sofitel without any idea about what it was, but what a success! It was really good and it was situated less than 10 min walk from the central part of the old town with the restaurants, nice buildings and shops. Another 10 min walk and we reached the Liasboa Stand and the race. I have been to many races but never a race like this- every lap something happened! A great weekend and a really nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and of course a casino- but we didn't try it!”
Hotellet var precis vad man kan förvänta sig: ett välstädat rum med de faciliteter som behövs. Utsikten och områden/läget var inte bra (om man inte önskar bo nära färjeläget som vi ville). Trots allt är Macau inte så stort så vi kunde gå till casino Grand Lisboa t.ex. Servicen var otroligt bra för att vara ett helt vanligt hotell. De hjälpte oss med allt vi kunde önska och var där och passade upp på oss hela tiden. Vi fick detaljplanerat vår resa med båt till Hong Kongs flygplats där vi kunde checka in väskorna redan i Macau på båten för att sedan hämtas ut på Shanghais flygplats. Personalen var blandade nationaliteter och kunde bra engelska (ibland inte kinesiska).”

Väldigt fräsh hotell med stor pool med vågor och strandsand! Free shuttle buss till andra casino/hotell. Allt var bra och stor och rent!”
