Hotell i Puerto Rico

Bra hotell med mycket stora (2) rum. Sköna sängar Läget lite utanför centrum men nära till stranden. Bra pool på taket. Bra frukostbuffe

I was staying with my mum at Sheraton Old San Juan for 4 nights pre-cruise. The hotel was overall great, but some refurnishing could improve the rooms, some of the rooms are a bit worn out, but still comfy and the huge beds are awesome. The windows do not open, which was a drawback, and the room smelled a bit the first days. I guess it would have made it better if windows could open! Hotelstaff was ok, some very nice, and others have to work on their attitude. The concierge gave us information that was not at all correct. (We were told that the bus to Isla Verde ran regulary, and that the trip would be 15 min... We had to wait 45 min for the bus to get there and 30 min to get back, and the trip was 55 min when going there and 1 h 20 min coming back). The italian restaurant Palio on the second floor was great, and had great staff as well. Breakfast was included in our stay and was good, with a lot choices. There is a roof-top pool and jacuzzi which was great, and has a lovely view as well. We got the stay at a good rate, and got the last night for free, so I am satisfied. Finally I´d like to mention that the hotel is very well located and if you are planning to stay there pre- or postcruise, it is the best option! Overall I´d recommend it, and I guess I would choose to stay there again if coming back to San Juan.

Mycket trevligt hotell med härlig atmosfär och stämning. Härligt, stora rum. Underbar lobby, trevligt pool område och framförallt "Coctail reception" under en tvåtimmars period på kvällen med gratis coctails och snacks var helt suveränt. Riktigt härligt hotell. Kunde vara lite störande vid poolen med närheten till flygplatsen och alla flyg, men samtidigt så innebar det att det var enkelt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. / Sabina & Björn

Jag stannade 2 nätter på detta hotell, som gav ett proffsigt och fräscht intryck direkt. Rum intill polen rekomenderas, och trots att frukosten var lite dyr så var den värd pengarna. Tillräckligt nära stranden, bara några promenadsteg bort. Och enkelt med buss till 'old town', synd bara att de går så sällan.
