jag är mycke nöjd med hotell och med personal. Jag ska boka igen i samma hotell i samma månad .

I have 50 nights on hotels 4 and 5 stars per year. I also believe that most hotels are rather bad but to my surprise this one is good. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and the beds are good. The restaurant and bar can be compared to any hotel restaurant I have visit (I am not kidding) and the gym is good. Thats my experience but I must admit that it was very pleasant. I can recommend this hotel.

Good English skills among the staff, breakfast is maybe not in par with what could be expected from a 4 star hotel but still good. Staff is very service minded. The Spa is great and private. Very good beds, location could not be better in Odessa. The hotel offers booking to anything a great level of service.

Jeg havde igen et dejligt ophold på Hotellet, personalet er proffesionnelt og yderst høflige og meget behagelige, restauranten er tiptop, betjeningen hurtig og meget hjælpsom, værelset var i fin stand, rent nydeligt og alt virker, jeg kan kun anbefale dette hotel, det er ikke sidste gsng jeg har boet der.

The room looked like it had been furnished in 1980. Brown carpet, brown wooden furniture. However, the bathroom seems to have been renovated very recently. The air conditioning was a great feature as it was over 35 degrees outside at the time. Breakfast buffet was average. The reception staff was friendly but spoke only limited English. Don't miss the hotel bar at the top floor with a great view of L'viv and extremely cheap drinks!

Mycket bra hotell i gammaldags stil. Trygg bevakad parkering. Mycket bra restaurang med uteservering mot paradgata där det rör sig mycket folk. Hjälpsam personal med varierande språkkunskaper. Prova Krimchampagnen!

The breakfast included in this hotels room rate is fantastic. The restaurant is decorated 5 start class and the menu has crepes and wonderful local hot dishes and dedicated waiter who attended to us. The dinner menu is huge - about 15 pages of choices, and the prices very reasonable. Eat in at least one night if you can. The room was about average size for Europe, a minus for the water pressure and hot water temperature, but otherwise good. Another minus was that we were looking forward to a sauna after a long day walking around the city in the snow, but it was broken down the days we were there. It is an easy walk from the city and well signposted. The gate is locked at night and it took us several rings to get let in one night - but otherwise we are happy to recommmend to others!
