  This hotel is situated on the forth floor of an old apartment building close to Nevsky Prospekt. The stair walk up to the hotel entrance is a bit dark and not in the best condition, but the hotel's rooms and reception are in good condition. The hotel is quite small; it has around 8 rooms and a reception with a receptionist present at all hours. The rooms are nice and clean with a bathroom of acceptable size and a comfortable bed. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, but they do not speak much English. When I had questions we often communicated through google translate which is better than nothing, but I would have asked more questions if we had a common language. The noise isolation in my room could have been better; there were some noise from both the reception and the never ending Nevsky Prospekt traffic that entered. If you are looking for a medium priced hotel with at a central location, I think this is an all right pick.

  I like this hotel very much but also the restaurant Korovabar that offer very tasty meat dishes etc.

  Ett litet, mysigt hotell, bara 100 meter från huvudgatan Nevskij Prospekt, i ett lugnt läge. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som talar bra engelska. Utmärkt frukost, t.o.m. med rysk kaviar. Sköna sängar och tyst omgivning gav perfekt nattsömn.
