"Not quite what we expected"
Betygsatt av F Nilson från "Sweden" den jun 23, 2009I spent a week at this hotel together with my wife and 2 year old son at the end of june 2009. The visit started with a problem. We haf booked through hotels.com a room for all three of us. However, when we arrived it turned out we had to have a larger room despite it saying on hotels.com that it was possible to sleep 3 in the smallest room which it obviously wasn't. We did get a reduced rate from the hotel but still annoying. This hotel has a nice pool and a nice beach with generally good staff (especcially the manager). VERY FEW speak anything else than italian (no english, german, dutch, swedish or french). We only tried a lighter lunch which was nice but expensive, I'd eat at the resaurant by the beach instead. Generally this is a hotel which is fairly isolated. I cannot recommend staying in this area for more than a day or two and you must have a car. The biggest problem with the hotels in this area is that their main crowd is weddings and functions (3-4 weddings in a week). It's not great fun sunbathing by the pool or swimming with a hundred wedding guests around the pool in a smart suit watching you...
