  This hotel has a very good standard, the staff is very good and they can speak very good english. The location of the hotel is perfect with very nice connections to/from the Kansai airport, and also close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. It is also a nice location to find small "water holes" and very nice small restaurants. I will come back.

  Even though the room was a bit small, the location was perfect, the staff was helpful. No wi-fi in the rooms but if you bring/buy a small cheap router, you can use the ethernet cable in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Large hotel 10 minutes from Shin-Osaka station (free shuttle bus with frequent service). Very good price considering the comparatively high standard of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good price, but breakfast was very expensive, internet not included, use of the hotel pool was associated with ~1000 Yen charge per person. Beds were very hard, even for Japanese standards (harder that futon beds).

  Stannade i Osaka en natt på en rundresa i Japan och Chisun Inn var det bästa hotellet vi bodde på under hela resan! Jättefräscht och fint rum, snyggt inrett och till ett mycket bra pris. Vi var jättenöjda. Det enda vi saknade var Wifi, rummet hade endast sladduttag för bredband.

  The hotel was awesome in the way that it was just 2 meters from the subway. Unfortunately, it was on the tanimachi line which doesnt connec with umeda station, instead it connects to higashi-umeda station which took a lot of extra walking when we wanted to go to Umeda for shopping and other stuff. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay, the room was not super fancy but it was not bad at all. I think anyone who wants to stay in Osaka for cheap and don't require a swimming pool or a gym should consider this hotel. We did not try the hotel restaurant but it seemed ok.
