On balance, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room met our needs and the staff was quite pleasant and helpful. We had a few quibbles --- it's time for this property to enter 2013 and realize that charging for an internet connection in the sleeping rooms is really annoying and reflective of a different age; also, there was a sign on our fllor […] (the fourth) indicating that the ice machine and vending machines were in the direction of the elevators; after looking up and down the fourth level I did not find those machines. There for a conference, and everything was great. With Penns Landing and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, its very centrally located. Even did a nice 6-mile run to the Museum of Art to take on the steps made famous by Rocky.

By far, one of the best Sheraton Hotels we've stayed in so far. Staff (Front desk, valets, bartenders) professional courteous & swift, Condition of hotel was modern, sleek, clean, relaxing; had a view from the top floor. Parking was $39 and change including tax for overnight stay---over sized vehicles are +$10. Check in 3pm check out at noon. Penn's […] landing, 2nd & South, Market St, all in walking distance in the heart of Old City. I travel for business several weeks a month and always look forward to any chance to stay at this hotel. The service is great, the beds just about guarantee a great night's sleep, if the weather cooperates easy access to a run along Penn's landing and the fitness center, pool and hot tub are lovely.

The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was super clean. However, the room itself seemed to be a lot smaller than it was represented as online. While the staff was helpful, a maid banged on my door early although I had stated I needed a late check out, and the gentleman at the desk checking me in was friendly but seemed a little robotic and […] not genuine. The hotel lobby is beautiful but the hallways to the rooms are very dated....the hallways to the rooms are a crazy labrinth. Although the hotel was nice, not a great value. We selected this hotel in the city because of the pool for my youngest child. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there. This was very disappointing for a seven year old child. Hotel staff was not concerned or apologetic. Very disappointed in the service for the cost of the stay. I had a great time at the hotel. It was very close to south street about a 5 minute walk and the room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room service was delicious. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a more conveniently placed ice machine and/or a fridge in the room.

The hotel was very nice, but our carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed, and the pool, especially the hot tub (which smelled so funky I wouldn't use it), was cloudy. But the location was good and the people were nice. The eating places in the hotel were priced RIDICULOUSLY. Room service had a bagel and coffee for $22. Please.

Stayed here for one night, to attend a going away party in the area. You can tell the rooms were recently updated. The beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean and modern. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which was good, but like most hotel buffets, on the pricy side for eggs, and meats, but still good. We live in the tri-state area. We got away for New Year's Eve to see fireworks at Penns landing for the first time and enjoy dinner. The staff was very accommodating. Loved the hotel; recently updated and the heated pool was great for our 5 year old twins. My only complaint is the parking costs $38+ per day which is entirely too much. I would recommend this hotel.

Very noisy air conditionning in room 2012; asked for check did not do it. Chose the hotel for pool; very dirty, to much product in there and no place to oblige people to take a shower Taste restaurant, very medium quality for price All in all not good and would NOT recommend

We absolutely loved this hotel! So classy and modern. My only complaint - limited free wifi. Unlimited Free wifi should be a MUST in todays day in age. Also, i wish they offered free breakfast. Beautifully renovated this year and located in the most quiet and lovely historic neighborhood. Convenient to old city, south street, liberty bell and so much more. Will definately be staying here again. It's a well kept secret. A word of advise - look for street parking before agreeing to the mandatory 25$ valet parking.
