Ett ok hotel som man enkelt når från Heathrow. Lever inte upp till Sheraton standard i jæmførelse med andra lænder i t.ex. Asien. Ca en timme med buss och tunnelbana till centrala London.

Hotellet var trevligt med rena rum. Frukosten var väldigt dyr, dryga 17 pund per person, men vi åt en helt ok frukost på MacDonalds fem min därifrån. När man checkar in måste man lämna en deposition - i vårt fall, för tre nätter, 150 pund.

The overall hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and the noise from the airport is not evident in the rooms or hotel even though the runway is just 200 meters away. Be sure that you are prepared to pay 15GBP per day for Wifi and breakfast costs 15-18GBP each day. The breakfast was nice, but ask the staff for directions to the Pheasant Restaurant if you are […] planning on eating locally as the in-hotel dinner is not that great and costs a mint. The Pheasant is a 600 meter walk from the hotel the next street up (right from hotel entrance, right turn, walk to the end of the road) and the 10GBP dinner was excellent and the atmosphere was outstanding. Tog en mineralvatten ur minibaren och drabbades av att donera £1.10 till UNICEF. Jag ger ganska mycket pengar till olika organisationer, men vill välja mottagare själv. Såväl UN som Röda Korset har enormt överviktig administration och jag vill inte göda sådana. Men det gick inte att ändra på. kanon hotel med veldigt brå lege

This was a very nice hotel, however our room was quite warm and the window did not open. Amenities were first rate. Restaurant was fantastic. Service was excellent and except for the temperature in our room, we would have rated it 5 stars all across.

I enjoyed my one night stay at the Sheraton Skyline. We were leaving the next morning on a 950AM international flight so we wanted to be close to the airport. I'm glad that we did that and not deal with dragging luggage to the train station to take the express train early in the morning. The hotel was perfect, actually one the best of our 2 week European […] vacation. I was charged £8 twice on my credit card for the £4 per person shuttle to the airport. This was an elegant modern airport hotel, with ample sized rooms, feather pillows, high-tech accessories and friendly staff. A great choice when you have a early morning flight out of Heathrow. The only downside was the not-wonderful food in the Sports Bar - adequate but not up to speed with the hotel's other assets.

It's an airport hotel with all that implies -- so there were several minor faults in our room (broken washing line, broken kettle, replaced with another broken kettle; that sort of thing). The hotel talked us into a 'special deal' on WiFi, breakfast, free drink -- which we appreciated because the breakfasts were excellent (buffet style but including […] smoked salmon and trout, an omelette station, a good range of fruit and good coffee) and the WiFi fast. We had an excellent, good value meal in the Sports Bar. We thought the pool -- American style with minimal changing space and oversight -- was very pleasant. Having booked through the very helpful hotels.com I had an email confirming two interconnecting rooms - 1 twin 1 double. What we got was interconnecting rooms 2 doubles 1 disabled. They were unapologetic and refused to do anything except put a camp bed for my daughter. The pool area doesn't have changing rooms no steam room or jacuzzi. There is not much to dislike about this hotel, Service was excellent, room excellent, gym brilliant, ok if I was forced to complain, it would be nice to have a stronger bedside lamp , and many of the Tv channels pictures were rather grainy , but as I said small potatoes.I have now stayed at 5 hotels in this area , Sheraton is the best by far. PS don`t […] use the hoppa, from Heathrow use the public bus service is free and runs very often. Ok one bad thing, had a burger at the sports bar, now this was really not up to standard, but Man U won so everything turned out ok . Läs mer

The only thing that would make this better would be if they had internet included in the room rate. The bed was fabulous and the towels were so soft! This was probably the quietest room I have been in, especially nice since it was so close to Heathrow. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Sheraton Skyline for one night in transit from India to Toronto. The hotel gave us an opportunity to relax after a 10 hour flight and prepare for the next leg of our journey home to Toronto.

The hotel was as it appeared in their online photos. Clean and comfortable room. Pool area has a pretty garden setting. Convenient Starbucks in the lobby. Found the hotel breakfast to be way to overpriced. The internet connection in the room was very slow. The lobby did have an nice area with access to the internet and printing but the computers system […] is awkward to use that takes a little time to figure out. The worst part of our stay was that one of the restaurants was rented out to an event which only left the Sports Bar without any addition staffing. The staff looked very overwhelmed and did not know how to handle a group. We waited for over an hour for group seating while the head waiter kept seating tables of 4. We were never told that a group would not be possible. We finally gave up and ordered in the bar area. We didn't have any other choice of place to eat and ended up taking 2+ hours for our food from when we placed our name to when we finally ate. This did not make for a very good finish to our stay. Convenient - near the airport - allow 20 minutes to reach your terminal. The bus charges a nominal fee to/from the airport. The room is fabulous - - nice bed, bathroom, good sze The hotel charges Internet - expensive. This is the main drawback and the main reason that I gave it a 4 rating.

Perfect way to start our holiday. Really luxorious hotel and lovely bar/pool inside. Would definitely stay here again if flying from/to Heathrow. Staff were friendly and efficient.

If you want to woken at 7am by cleaners banging doors and generally making a noise outside your room, then this is the hotel for you. It is bad enough when inconsiderate guesta do this, but staff !!

I booked four rooms and I was really disapointed to discover my booking did not include breakfast. I honestly thought I had ticked the box to include breakfast but I did not print it off as I was booking and could not get back to my original booking. Otherwise the hotel and staff are excellent.

As the title states it was Just Perfect...We stayed with 3 Chihuahua's with no problems.Very friendly and helpfull staff.The Club Room is brilliant.

A great hotel close to Heathrow Airport. Needed a little luxury before flying out and this hotel provided it. A great bus shuttle service to the airport

Lovely Hotel,worth the extra for a club room.The only fault was the concierge,he watch me struggle off the Hoppa with our luggage and once in the Hotel asked me if I wanted assistance,this happens at most HJeathrow Hotels..Bill KSA

The hotel met my expectations as per the reviews I read as well as the pictures I saw online. The staffs were friendly. Lobby was nice and good to sit and relax. Shuttle bus from Heathrow availaible for Four pounds and fifty pence. My room was clean. The two issues I had were: My mattress was very soft and sank in as soon as I layed on it. I complained […] about this and was offered another room but it was thesame problem so I decided to manage the mattress. Also the Air conditioning did not cool. Room was always hot. Also there is a McDonalds close by at about 10 mins walk so I had breakfast there for about a third of what I would have paid at the hotel. In all it was an OK experience for me. Läs mer

This hotel is very nice, but be warned if you are a Sheraton Gold member and book the hotel through some site other than Sheraton, your gold rewards (upgrade and club room) are not honored. I found this out the hard way, when I arrived for a 3 night stay and had no access to the club room.

Everything was great - the service, the room, delicious food etc. The tropical garden and swimming pool area made all the difference. definitely would go back!

We were just staying for 1 night, heading back to the states after a week in Ireland. Check in was efficient and security was excellent. Your key card is required to access your floor in the elevator and stairwells. Wifi is available at no cost in the lobby area for the first hour of use; however, note that once you log out you will need to pay for […] subsequent time, even if you have not utilized the full hour. Our room overlooked Bath Rd and the parking area out front, but was still quiet. The bed was very comfortable and furnishings all like new. My biggest concern in reading prior reviews was transportation. It was 11 euro 40 to take a taxi from the airport to hotel, and we arrived in under 15 minutes. Once settled, we decided that we wanted to head into the city for dinner. There is a free public bus - the 555 and 285 - that run along Bath Road and pick up in front of the Marriott next door. It is less than a 10 minute bus ride to Hatton Cross, where you can hop on the Picadilly Line and be in central London in just over 30 minutes. Do check for rail work, as we had quite an adventure on rail replacement buses, as the Picadilly line was closed in sections for repair, but even with these transfers it was a very easy and inexpensive trip into the city. Saving the best for last, the breakfast was well worth the price. There were cold meat, cheese, and fruit selections, cold cereal, breads and Danishes, and a hot buffet with eggs, sausages, bacon, black pudding, and much more. While we did not use the other amenities, the pool area just off the lobby was beautiful. Our only critique was that the bar closed at midnight on the weekend, and we would have liked a last drink upon our return from the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to any traveler with a quick layover at Heathrow. Läs mer

The hotel seems to take very long to get to, considering the distance.All the bad things I heard about the busses transporting people from Heathrow are true. The bus to Sheraton Skyline Hotel never came. I waited ( At 6.30 pm) at least 35 min. and one other busdriver asked what bus I was waiting for and said he would take me. It took at least 35 min […] and he made several stops, not many, not even in front of hotels. During the ride the busdriver was making phonecalls about other busses not picking up people. The hallways in the Sheraton need proper signs as to where to find the rooms. Terrible. Läs mer

This is a very clean, spacious hotel that I would highly recommend, however we have come from a busy day, a wedding awaiting us the next morning. We have booked a double room with two single beds and only have got one double-bed room, which was a big inconvenience for my 13 year old son, who had to sleep with me in one bed -which he is not used to- […] We ringed up the reception immediately and could not get through. We were tired and could not be bothered this stress, so we decided to spend the three nights on a double-bed room. So, if you travel with your kid, make sure you ask the reception if the room has the special requiremens, you have booked for. Esp. if you travel with a kid and don't await the big surprise once you enter the room. Läs mer

I needed a hotel room for 7 hours for a layover from Nice, France to Heathrow and my 7:45 am flight from Heathrow to Chicago. This was a good solution, favorable rate from Hotel.com. Only caveat was the hefty cab fare from Terminal 5 and return to Terminal 3. There is a bargain bus but I just wasn't up for it this time around. The hotel is very nice and clean. Good service. Fantastic pool. Lovely resturants. We were 2 adults with 2 kids (3 years and 5 months) the room was big and there was a cot but the bed was not sutible for a 3 years old and the shower is impossible for a baby and very dificult for a little child.

Very nice hotel for an airport hotel. It wasn't what I expected but we only stayed one night so there wasn't much for us to experience.

I think I have probably stayed in every hotel on Bath Road by now! I found the Skyline particularly comfortable and if the price was competitive (I got a very good weekend rate this time) then I would happily stay again. My room also had the biggest bed I have ever seen. I think it was wider than it was long!

Great hotel for an overnight stay when flying from Heathrow. Restaurant is good but a bit pricey. Car parking is expensive.
