Inga som helst problem med incheckning fast vi kom in väldigt sent. Restaurangen var stängd men vi satt oss i baren och blev imponerade av deras utbud så vi blev mätta och belåtna. Rummet var stort, rent och med alla bekvämligheter. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära flygplatsen - vi hoppade på hotellets "shuttle" som tog oss dit på bara några minuter. Vi bodde en natt på Sheraton Gateway, lördag-söndag. Hotellet var snyggt, modernt, rent och rummet rymligt. Den enda nackdelen var att rummet var extremt lyhört. Eftersom det var helg festade många på hotellet och när de gick genom korridoren lät det som att de var inne i vårt rum.

Helt okej. Rymligt rum, rent och fräscht. Schysst gym.

Overall stay was fine. Close to LAX. The front desk clerk was a little rough around the edges but the housekeeping staff was great. I stayed here last year & the brunch was good. This time not so much. Food quality was poor but the waitstaff was very nice.

Super convenient location for travling in and out of LAX; pretty quiet and comfortable, but other than that I consider this hotel to be a step below an average Sheraton in terms of amenities. When I checked in (on a beautiful, sunny Sunday afternoon), the pool and hot tub were both closed for "maintenance." Additionally, BOTH of the hotel's restaurants […] were closed for dinner, leaving my travel mate and I to eat at the bar (which was okay, but not the experience we were after). Most disappointing, however, was the fact that the sheets and pillow cases were quite dirty....covered with brown specks. My guess is an old or dirty washing machine leaving residue. Anyhow, despite the unpleasantries, I slept fine and made my flight on time the next morning, which I imagine is why most people stay at this property. Läs mer

Very nice room, TV had HD channels, and flight info for Nearby LAX and I would stay here again

Check In took forever with only one person available to provide assistance. Beds were comfortable. Room seemed old and in need of updating. Toilet didn't flush properly and water continued to run if handle wasn't jiggled. Bathroom shower was old and needed to be caulked. Shower pressure not great. The room wasn't as nice or clean as expected from a Sheraton hotel. The hotel is old and seems in need of some TLC

We had agreat time, the staff was helful and friendly in the moring or late at night.The room was very clean and serivce was good. I am glad I selected this hotel for my family.

Good stay

Nice hotel, but very expensive parking and limited in-room menu. No other restaurants to walk to either.

Found it very comfortable. It is my hotel of choice for future visits when an airport hotel is needed. Wish there could have been free internet service.

Fine..check in a rip off

The hotel was great. Only had two issues with the room. First, one of the electrical sockets did not work, so we had to use the one in the bathroom. The second was that the safety latchet on the door was missing a piece. This was quickly repaired when we notified the front desk.

Excellent but as a developer of real estate I would not have let thrm put all building and no parking valet is $30 a day plus tax. . . .600 feet behind the hotel is surface parking whicg states $10.91 all day. . . . BUT if you park overnight is is a $13 dollar and change proposition we all have to come together sometime and get a one stop price. . […] . . It is like UA Continental unbundling. . . This place is great. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and it was located a minute away from the LAX terminal. Shuttle service 24 hours a day. The lobby area was nice and included a hotel bar/eatery. Also we had a chance to visit the Paparazzi Restaurant located within the hotel. The food and service was amazing. I suggest take the time to stop […] in for a nice dinner. It had a ATM, Star-bucks, gift shop with toiletries and snacks and a computer work centre on the main floor. The only complaint that I have is the alarm clock was old and was not functioning properly, parking was limited at the hotel but there was lots of spaces at a pay parking lot next door. Wi-Fi required a daily fee if you wished to use this convenience. I would return to this hotel without question. Läs mer

We stayed in the Gateway Sheraton during a long layover between a long flight from NZ and our connecting flight home. It was very conveniently located, shuttle came very quickly both from the airport and to it the next morning (with incredibly nice driver), desk staff very friendly, room comfortable and clean. Had a swim at the pool (also clean and […] pleasant) and dinner at the hotel lounge--very good food. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we travel through LA. Läs mer

I was very impressed with the service Sheraton provided for us during our stay in Los Angeles. The room was perfect, clean, top notch. One would think that by booking through Hotels.com, the hotel would treat you differently, quite the contrary. We were extremely satisfied and would return to Sheraton LAX and will book through Hotels.com

not knowing that they no longer run their own shuttles, now contracted to EasyPark or something like that was a huge frustration. I arrived at 1am, very tired and limited time for sleep before my early AM flight. They were not running at the promised 15 min intervals once I finally found out the deal. No Wi-fi...at least not worth 13 dollars a day. I had to work and so, bought Wi-fi expecting it to work....I wasn't able work. Had to find another wi-fi hotspot.

I had a very long international trip with a next day lax connection.This hotel met most all of my travel needs to rest. The only issue was the dated room and the fact I could hear plumbing noises throughout the evening.

I found this hotel very comfortable if you want to stay near the airport. The shuttle from and to the airport were very useful. The room was big clean and cosy. A complementary breakfast would have made my stay in this hotel as perfect. If you need/want to stay a night near the LAX airport, i recommend this hotel.

The hotel and room were nice and well maintained. The two queen sized beds worked well for our family and were very comfortable. However, the room was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom basin, toilet and tub were in one room slowing things down in the morning. The food at the Paparazzi Ristorante in the hotel was excellent. Self parking […] was not at the hotel but at an outdoor parking lot that was a short walk from the hotel. Läs mer

Great for an overnight between flights, but certainly starting to feel a little tired.

Took over an hour to check in despite being a Starwood SPG Gold member, people without membership queue jumping. Then given a room that stunk of smoke next to a very noisy ice machine. Complained and was told that was the only room and how could it smell of smoke when it is non-smoking hotel. Asked for manager and mentioned Starwood and was then"found" […] a new room. Manager came up and agreed the room had recently been smoked in although seemed more bothered if they could reuse. Ordered room service, no delivery after 45 mins so phoned to chase. Was told they had forgotten but would be another 15 mins and 50% off. Arrived missing one of the dishes and cold 15 mins later with a full price check! When I checked out no-one working concierge and was told they where probably busy and to just wait. Appreciate this is an airport hotel but by far the worst Starwood property I have stayed in. the room was fine, charged me for parking the morning after my stay after I specifically asked if it was included and was told it was. Then they said don't worry about it when I confronted the parking attendant about it. got my credit card statement later in the day and they charged me $20 for parking. I called and they had no idea about any of it, […] and said it was standard to charge for this. Läs mer

i had a great stay at the sheraton. i needed a hotel close to the airport, and this fit the bill completely.

Poor service. Waited 30 minues to check in- only 2 workers at front on a busy Friday night. My first hotel room was missing the bathroom light fixtures which were laying on the bath counter. No bathroom ammenities such as soap. No coffee cups. Sitting chairs had what appeared to be food smeared on them. Second night the toilet was empty of all water. […] Went to front desk to change room & explain issue. Employee never apologized or showed any care for my frustration, just handed me a key to go to a different room. At least the new room had a working toilet. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. They found my necklace in old room & returned to me. They were pleasant and polite but I will never go back here again. Läs mer

Great hotel, staff is friendly, pool and gym are very good and the restaurants downstairs serve a variety of meals. WiFi at the lobby is free, which is very helpful. Service shuttle to the airport is on time and the one I caught had the funniest and nicest driver. Highly recommend this hotel if you have a flight to catch.
