the place was about what one would expect from a hotel in this area-nice comfortable beds, great view of diamondhead, & about anything available at the hotel. Our disappointments with the room was that there were no chairs inside the room to make it comfortable to watch tv or more mundane tasks such as putting on shoes or socks. The "chairs" on the […] lanai were extremely uncomfortable to sit on- a bench with about a 6" high back & an extremely long seating area is a more appropriate description of the "chairs" that were out there. If you want to stay close to all the night life of Waikiki, then the Sheraton Waikiki is your hotel. It is located steps from all the shopping, restaurants and of course it is on the beach. Pros: Infinity pool looking out on the ocean Located directly on the beach Beautiful views from the best rooms Cons: Bit of a "hustle." Staff made it feel like we were asking for a big favor to check out at noon instead of 11am. Instant service to take orders, slower service to provide drinks, and really slow service to accept payment.

Really comfortable, friendly hotel ;o)

After eventually being given a room worth staying in and that we had booked our stay was fine. the ocean front rooms look directly out to the ocean and each morning and afternoon we could see turtles swimming in the ocean. The ocean front rooms look over the pool and to Diamond head as well. I think that I would only recommend staying in this hotel […] if you book an ocean front room and a room that is renovated, However make sure this is what they give you when you check in even if you have paid for it. We spent most of our time at the hotel in the adults pool which overlooks the ocean and you can even see turtles from there as well. The sunsets from this pool were spectacular. The pools both close at 6pm which is a bit of a shame and im not sure why. The Buffett breakfast was very good. We were also given a free buffett dinner for the check in we had to deal with. This was very nice all the food was very fresh and probably the best quality dinner buffet that i have ever experienced. The restaurant on the 30th floor was a bit of a disapointment, I dont think they designed very well to take full advantage of the outlook, the bar was along the window which took up much of the veiw, we found it very hard to get any service here for drinks so didnt stay for dinner. There was computers with free internet in the Lobby which was very good as we didnt take a lap top and found it difficult to find affordable interent in other islands. For Australians the shopping is very cheap compared to what we pay for things at home so i would plan enough time to do some decent shopping. Läs mer

An amazing hotel right on the beach, with incredible pools and within walking distance to all of the downtown action! All of that plus a very friendly staff. We loved it! Hotel is in a great location, has one of the better pools (infinity) in Waikiki; decent restaurant for lunch and cocktails; breakfast buffet is good; only negative was the room was very basic in terms of the decor, furniture, etc. Oh and the walls are prettty thin, heard a kid screaming in the middle of the night each night we were there.

Beautifully presented and staffed hotel. We (Partner and 11yr old Son) stayed for 2 short visits either side of a Mainland visit. Contact the hotel when you book and request a Diamond Head view, it's just makes the room appear alot bigger, we were on the 10th floor, overlooking the main pool (no noise) whilst the otherside of the oceanview gives pleasant […] views to sea, you're overlooking the adults pool and bar (not ideal when trying to get excited children to bed) (I'd stay away from a mountain view) Two Laundries are located on the 5th &18th flr, save your quarters. Eateries are great in the Hotel, however walk out to the main entrance turn left and within 200mtrs is a street full of all the Eating options you'd desire. We have been to Oahu a few times and decided to try the Sheraton. The ONLY good thing is the pool!!!! The hotel is STILL undergoing construction which I remember from almost 2 years ago. You can hear a lot of the noise through out the day and the entrance is SO inconvenient. You can ask anybody about their elevators they are horrible the button for […] the elevator is in the middle of each floors lobby on pedestals not on the wall so we would watch everyone press the button and run to the elevator, which many people missed! Great hotel for the price and location. The construction starts precisely at 8 AM everyday except Sunday though, so be prepared. I would recommend a city-scape room that doesn't face the construction areas on the ocean side.

Unsatiesfied with the service. House keeping needs improvement. Better hotels in the area for the same money.

Upgraded to a very large suite upon arrival. A nice touch.

Great place to stay if you're bringing family. Get room with oceanside view....its worth the extra money to wake up and retire to a beautiful view. Right on the beach with number of pools so there is plenty to keep kids occupied by just staying at hotel (While there they were constructing an additional patio/pool in back which will add more relaxation […] area. Only shortcoming is limited beach area where lounge chairs and umbrellas are permitted. Guests reserve them as early as 8AM and Sheraton charges $45 for umbrella rental! So either get out there early before it gets crowded or hang out pool side. Location is great. Great ocean view, rooms were newly renovated - flat screen tv, modern bathroom etc. Location is unparalleled - all major shops, restaurants, beach located within walking distance. Construction on the pool is still ongoing. But overall, this is an outstanding hotel.

The hotel was still under renovation but our room was very nice. The ocean front view was superb. We were also able to see Diamod Head from our room. I was not satisfied by the bell mans response when I asked where I the hotel parking was.

Nice room with a great view. Great value for a last minute get away.

I have loved this hotel for so many years that it is sad to recommend against it. But, it is a 2-star hotel with a 5-star view--if you get an ocean front room. I rented two, supposedly identical rooms, for my stay. One had a side chair the other didn't. One had a cordless phone, the other didn't. Each room got one bar of soap to share with sink and […] shower. Leadking bathtub. Leaking sink. Lamps were bright but looked like they came from a discount warehouse. Beds were excellent. My room was facing the ocean frontside of the hotel. It was amazing waking up to the sunrising. I was also able to see sea turtles from my balcony. The beds were really comfortable. Great place to relax. The RumFire restaurant had some delicious food. Centrally located next to beaches, landmarks and plenty of shopping.

식사와 인피니티풀장은 최고였습니다. 객실방은 그저그런 정도네요. 위치는 좋습니다. 좀 시끄럽긴하지만,. 파셜뷰 방이었는데 살짝 바다가 보이는정도,거의 안보이는... 아침식사는 아주 좋네요. 풀장도 좋구요

１２月２０から２８日までの滞在でしたが、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 良かった点 ①子供向けのアクティビティーが毎日あり、無料のものから１０ドル程度とリーズナブルでした。我が家の子供はココナツの殻でネックレスを作りましたが、日本語の話せるスタッフとやり取りしながら制作し、５歳の息子も大満足でした。フォトフレームをつくったり、鯉に餌をあげたりと毎日子供たちはエンジョイできていたようです。 ②ワイキキのど真ん中にあり、買い物、食事、移動には不便がありません。 ③エレベーターが８つあるので、あまり待たされることがないです。 ④プールも子供向けのものがあり、安心です。 悪い点 ①クラブサービス付きのプランに泊まったのですが、クラブサービスを一日２０ドル、宿泊料以外に支払うことがわかりづらい […] 。 ②クラブサービスで、最上階で朝食や夜軽食をr取れるのですが、パンが２種類と、あたたかい食事が２種類だけで、長期宿泊するとかなり飽きます。温かい食事といっても、朝はスクランブルエッグとオートミール、パンケーキとオートミール、ソーセージとオートミールのように必ずオートミールなので、そこは改善して欲しいです。 Läs mer

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とにかく受付の対応が悪い。部屋数が多いだけに人が多く、ちょっとの問い合わせがしたくても列に並ばされた。 二度と泊まりたくはない。

ホテルのロケーションは、利便性が良いうえにビーチもあり、大変満足出来るものでした。 オーシャンフロントの部屋は、名前の通り目の前に海が広がりダイアモンドヘッドの眺めも楽しめ、期待以上でした。サービスについては、日本語対応が行き届いていますが、hospitalityのQualityとしては、普通だと思います。

過去に利用した経験から、予約しました。 前回、改修中であったが改修工事も終わって利便性が上がっていました。 但し、日本人の利用への心配りが少なくなったように感じました。

今回は私と９歳の娘の2人の旅行でした。子供と一緒だと、時差ぼけなどで食事の時間ががまちまちになります。ホテルがワイキキの中心にあるため、食事にはこまりませんでした。シェラトンの立地条件は子連れ旅行には助かりました。また、プールも子供は楽しんでいまし,ホテルのイベントも色々と参加していました。部屋も広かったのですが、一つ小さなソファーなどがあれば、もっとくつろげたと思います。

チェックイン・アウトを含めフロントの対応がよくなかった 全体の印象がホテルの従業員が親切ではない。

９／１１から３泊しました（１７階の普通の部屋）。始めてのホノルルでした。部屋はオーシャンフロント。 場所は最高にいいです。目の前のビーチは狭いですが少し歩けばハレクラニ前のビーチからさらにその先のビーチまで行けます。また、ショッピングはホテル近くの店に行くのは今でもなく、アラモアナへいくピンクトロリーの乗り場も近くにあります。 部屋は普通です。よくも悪くもありません。海が見える部屋にすればもちろんきれいな海が見られます。 ただし、事実だけ言いますと、部屋に小さなゴキブリがいました。加えて、アリが結構います。ありは、ホノルルに来る前に滞在したハワイ島のヒルトン　ワイコロア（６階）でも結構いたのでハワイのホテルではどこでも登場するのかもしれません。 あと、コネクティングルームとしても使用できると […] なりの部屋へのドアがある部屋だったのですが、隣に宿泊している子どもの声が結構聞こえてきました。 ホテル内のレストランなどは行ってないのでコメントできません。 サービス面では５点満点だと３点ぐらいでしょうか。初日にベッドの掛け布団を子どもが汚してしまったので部屋に置いてある「交換をお願いするカード」をベッドの上においておきましたが、チェックアウトするまで替えてはくれませんでした。 日本語で相談できるカウンターには結構お世話になりました。英語を使いこなせれば日本語で相談できる場所はいりませんが、あまり英語に自信がない人にはやはり便利で心強いものです。 １９：００発の羽田行きの飛行機に乗りましたが、１１：００チェックアウトした後、空港に向かうまで荷物をホテルで預かってくれました。 あと、どのホテルでもそうかもしれませんが、hotels.comで事前に費用を払っても、リゾート料金というのが２１ドル弱／人請求されます。 総合的な評価としてはいいホテルだったと思います。もう少しいいシャワーだったらよかったのになぁ、とか部屋にソファの一つでもあればいいのになぁ、とか思うところはありますが、場所が至便・さえぎるものがなく見られる海（そういう部屋を選べば）というのは細かいことは抜きにしてやはりいいと思います。 〔ちなみに、hotels.comで予約する際、メッセージを記載しましたが（英語で）、全く見られてなかったようです。メッセージ欄には記載しても別途ホテルへ直接連絡を入れた方がよさそうです。ちなみに私が書いた英語が意味不明だったからホテル側に通じなかった、とかではないです。自身英語が苦手ではないので） Läs mer

Es un buen hotel. buen servicio y la situación inmejorable. Pero para mi gusto demasiado grande.

予約時にコネクティングルームを希望していましたがこの時期はずっといっぱいで無理だといわれ一部屋挟んで隣同士の部屋になりました。真ん中の部屋の赤ちゃんが夜、よく泣いている声が聞こえました。金曜日の夜は近くのお店で演奏しているのか、にぎやかな音がしていましたが１２時前には静かになりました。 ダイヤモンドヘッドと海の見える最高の景色の部屋でした。ラナイが手すりではなく腰壁の部屋だったので子供にも怖くなく、またこっそり水着も干せて良かったです。ハワイは日は出ていても結構風が寒くて２歳の子供はプールだと震えてしまって、プールの横にあるジャグジーが暖かくてちょうど良かったです。 ホテルのすぐ北側にロイヤル・ハワイアン・センターのフードコートでお昼をテイクアウトできて便利でした。ベッドメイキングが16時に […] なってもできていなかったり、タオルや水、ティッシュが置いていないということが何度もあって日本人デスクにお願いして持ってきてもらいました。子供のお昼寝に部屋に戻りにくかったのが困りました。 宿泊代込みだった朝食バイキングは納豆、ご飯、味噌汁、お粥がちゃんとあって子供が喜んでいました。サラダもいっぱいあって野菜不足にちょうど良かったです。歯ブラシ、スリッパは置いてないです。 Läs mer

ココは何度も利用していますが、このサイトからの予約は初めてでした。なんとレセプションでスイートにアップグレードして頂いてとても快適なワイキキライフを過ごすことができました。ひとつ残念だったのが部屋のソファーが年代物だったせいか、私と家内、座った後にかゆみと発赤ができたことでしょうか？ここは改善の余地ありですが、他は大満足。ビーチのアクセスも良いし、買い物にも便利なのでおすすめです。

吃 早餐還不錯,但種類不是很多 住 5F及18F有自助洗衣, 洗衣服是3$,烘衣服也是3$, 洗衣粉記得去ABC Store買,飯店裡的 自動販賣機比較貴 每天需另外20$設施使用費(含上網費用,不另收費) 可使用泳池 無線網路記得自己帶AP去 觀光 有任何需要可洽前台旅行建議(當然要說英文) 購物很方便.旁邊很多餐廳跟購物中心,旁有一間 大間的Apple Store

객실이 많지만 아주 붐비지도 않고 만족스럽게 이용하고 왔습니다. 다시이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Excellent séjour de A à Z. Les chambres "Oceant front" sont sublimes, nous avons même la vue sur l'océan depuis la douche ! Propreté des chambres et de l'hotel, qualité de la literie, personnel très accueillant et serviable. Grande galerie marchande dans le hall. Self parking très appréciable. Pour profiter de la piscine à débordement un peu au calme, […] profitez du matin tôt ou des fins de journée au coucher du soleil... Le buffet du petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et face à la piscine et à l'océan...réveil en douceur garanti ! Cet hôtel est immense, notre séjour était trop court pour profiter de tous les restaurants et bars. Essayer l'ascenseur extérieur en verre qui vous conduit au bar en hauteur. Le Sheraton fait parti du même groupe hôtelier que le Royal Hawaian à coté : vous avez donc une petite réduction au "Luau" du Royal Hawain (diner + spectacle de danses hawaiennes) à ce titre. ファミリーに最適と感じました。プールとビーチがあり、にぎやかな雰囲気。部屋も改装されてきれいだし、シャワーもハンド式だったのと、空の冷蔵庫があったのもよかった。ABCストアを含めてショッピングにも便利。また利用したいです。
