Bra hotell men det ligger lite avsides. Frukosten var dyr men god och man hade fin utsikt över vattnet och sky-linen.

Mycket trevlig personal som mötte upp. Fint miljö i lobby m.m. Rummet var dock en besvikelse. Rökfritt sades det men ack vad det luktade rök. Riktigt inrökt. Det blev bara en natt i stället för de fyra som var tänkt.

Ett enastående hotell som ligger utmärkt vid Dubai Creek. Uppdatera gärna till Club member så får du ett rum med total sjöutsikt från alla fönster och egen soffgrupp, därtill tillträde till club launch med fri dricka och tilltugg vissa tider, inte helt gratis men what the heck, worth every penny! Good hotell with all the service that you require. I stayed there for 7 days during October/November 2011 with my spouse. We where fully content with our stay at the hotell and we have allready recommended it to others that will travel to Dubai.

Mycket trevligt hotell som ligger i den äldre delen av staden, vi bodde på våning 8 och hade fin utsikt mot floden och västra delen av Dubai. Tack vare en rabattkupong från Hotels.com var detta ett mycket prisvärt hotell, i priset (rummet) ingick bl.a. en stor frukostbuffé och gratis internet (bredband), nätverket fungerade väldigt dåligt på rummet, […] men i lobbyn fungerade det utmärkt. I botten av hotellet finns en triangelformad pool omgiven av solstolar, solen kommer åt poolområdet under hela dagen. I rummet hade vi tillgång till färsk frukt och vatten på flaska som ingick i priset. Dubai Metro ligger ca. 300 meter ifrån hotellet, närmaste busshållplats ca. 100 meter. Vid entrén har man ofta tillgång till taxi, har man bråttom kan man åka med privatchaufför som alltid står och väntar. Men var beredd på att resan kostar dubbelt så mycket som det hade gjort med vanlig taxi. Taxi för övrigt är väldigt billigt att åka med om man jämför med svenska priser. Hotellet är i första hand inriktade till företagsgäster, det finns inga aktiviteter i eller i närheten som riktar sig till barn. Med andra ord bör barnfamiljer välja ett annat hotell. Läs mer

Helt underbart hotell. Vi fick en uppgradering till Presidentsviten. Perfekt service, bor gärna här igen. Mycket bra läge. Nästan bättre än Burj al Arab...

Perfect hotel, the only negative was the time we had to wait to make our check-out. They ought to consider install an express-check-out-system.

Mycket bra hotell nära flygplatsen och shopping. Jag bodde här i tjänsten och hann tyvärr inte utnyttja poolen och gymet, men det såg mycket bra ut. Mitt enda minus är att in- och utcheckning tog tid (som alltid i dessa länder). De ville kolla att man inte tagit något i minibaren och det tog sin tid trots att den var helt orörd.

after taking a shower, one corner was a puddle of water. I think the curtain was not totally waterproof. We checked in at 10 pm for a club room which cost a lot of money. Our departing flight was at midnight and we wanted to stay at the hotel till around 4 pm but the front desk did not allow it. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean and efficient. The location was good. The staff were very obliging.

Small and friendly hotel which is suitable for couples. The pool area is small but comfortable. Great location on the Creek within walking distance of the souks and historical places of interest. Easy access to the metro and abras to cross Creek.

It is a very good and comfort hotel except it doesn't have wireless Internet room.

I prepaid for my room. Then when I arrived to check in, I was required to provide a credit. Upon checking out, I was charged again for the room. It took 5 business days to get my money back. It didn't take them 5 days to charge me. Other than that, the room was wonderful, and I liked the hotel. Next time I stay there, I will make sure I don't get double […] billed. Läs mer

We had a club room which included limousine pick up at the airport and access to the club lounge with complimentary soft drinks and alcoholic drinks and snacks during the happy hour (18:30 - 20:00). Which turned out to be a really good move as drinks and food were expensive in the hotel. The pool was fine, the breakfast excellent. very good hotel with a superb room overlooking the creek.The breakfast was also very good and the location of the hotel was ok.The rate charged by this website(Hotels.com)was very good value and was accepted by the hotel without any problems.Always remember in Dubai they charge tax etc on top of the hotel room rate.

This hotel was perfect for us. You could walk out at night, watching the boats all lit up. The metro was minutes away. The hotel is immaculate and we loved the decor, not ultra modern, but comfortable and classic. Breakfast vatied and and plentiful. Only one downer was the cleaners were outside the dorr at 2.00 a.m. flicking the "do not disturb" sign, […] we actually though someone was trying to break in, it was so noisy. Complained to management next day, they said they would check the cctv and advise us, but they never got back to us. Lovely hotel, fantastic value. Läs mer

The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers is an outstanding hotel. Our room had a wonderful view over the creek and old city. The Asian buffet-style restaurant had food that simply blew my wife and I away, and the service was excellent. (This equally applies to the breakfast.) The location is the only downside. As tourists, it worked for us --- close […] to a metro station, and convenient to the old city by ferry across the creek --- but it might not be as simple for business travellers. electrical socket in the room was not working. but in general my stay was very pleasant.

The amenities and staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive. The common areas were very comfortable. The pool temperature was quite warm, so it is not very refreshing when it is 100F outside and sunny. The hotel is aging, but for the price it was very nice. The only negative was that at 10pm I was sitting with several […] friends in the lobby and they told me I was not allowed to drink my Mcdonalds drink in the lobby, that I had to buy something from the lobby cafe, I was not allowed to "show the brand" in the lobby-I have been all over the world and never encountered this before. For a business trip, this hotel is good. My room was very good size. Request creek view, not city view, as city view not much to see. I found the whole reception area a little odd as all open plan and difficult to locate the signs providing directions, but overall, very good stay. We were delighted with the Sheraton Dubai Creek. It was a lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby and excellent service by the conceirge Sudhakaran Palat. He went the extra mile to arrange personal tours and other bookings for us. Although the check out was a bit slow we found all other services in the hotel very prompt. Must have a Creek view room, well worth the extra money as you get extras like free internet, lovely breakast,canapes & alcohol after 6pm,coffee & soft drinks all day, a very nice atmosphere.Shuttle bus to a nearby mall, which we enjoyed more than Dubai mall.Very close to the Museum which is a must.Very good service.

Superb hotel room and service, no complaints. Except one: tea and coffee in the room is NOT complementary. It is part of the minibar, much to my dismay at check-out. (I wonder how many people fell for that one?) It was also some of the worst AND most expensive coffee ever...

Need to add staff but is acceptable

This was an excellent hotel for a short stop-over. About 10mins from airport (didn't travel either way in rush hour so no idea if this is normal). Creek view and outdoor pool/loungers in case we were too tired to travel but just minutes walk from the boat that takes you to the old souk, grand mosque, old fort and Bastikya. We found it easy to do all […] this in a couple of hours despite being jet-lagged. Although our stay was short really enjoyed both the service and comfort of the hotel. The cafe in the main foyer does better value food than the restaurants (we wanted a lighter meal although the pizza was huge anyway). Took an evening stroll along the creek and noticed there were river dinner cruises leaving from outside too. Overall a really good value for money experience and based on our experience would definately recommend this hotel. Läs mer

Smart 5 star hotel in convenient location alongside the Creek. Very convenient for the airport and taxis readily available for all other locations. We thought the hotel was of good quality and service. Fantastic pool in the sun with lots of lounges surrounding it and umbrellas if needed. But for a first time visitor in Dubai we were amazed at our far we had to travel to get to one end of town to the other. No shuttles from this hotel other than one to Deira shopping mall, whereas the Jumeriah Beach […] Hotels (particularly Sofitel) had lots of shuttles running to many malls all day long. Läs mer

We had been to about 12 hotels on this trip and this Sheraton was the best. Unfortunately I had incorrectly only booked one night.However the staff showed me how to correct my error at the same rate. The view accross the was magnificent and staff assisted us greatly in this time of Ramadan. Transport was readily available at all times with an excellent […] room lay out. I shopped around alot in Dubai for a transit hotel. This hotel is on the creek- they upgrade me to creek-side since I'm a member. Location is scenic- on the creek, within walking distance (30 minutes) of the gold souk, and the City Center shopping mall. Room was very spacious and the views of the creek and city were fantastic. Pool was great too.
