Family of three stayed for two nights - enjoyed the city and coming back to a comfortable room to rest our weary feet and nap before heading out again. Center of Grand Place is about 15 minute walk - plenty of shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes. If you want to be within walking distance of most everything or right off the Rogier metro stop - this is the perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable, and close to the Gros Markt, this hotel has all the comforts of home in the heart of Europe. If you are tired and wish to eat near the hotel, the Brussels Grill next door is wonderful and has a great beer selection […] and daily lunch specials. convenient to train station- easy to get here from the ariport. location is fantastic as it is walking distance to all the main attractions fantastic value for money and really enjoyed my stay there. The only fault is that it is slightly noisy during the night. the staff at the hotel are very helpful.

A great size room but I thought a very sleazy area when arriving in the evening and when we drove up to the front door to unload our baggage although there were 3 Porters having their own intimate conversation not 1 of them offered to help! The room was not hoovered properly and dated! I would expect a better standard from such an organisation!

we stay there for 3 days with a baby everything perfect hotel staff professional and ready to help and finally we were lucky because they upgrade us in the club room. bar tender nice but service little bit slow

Room was fine, beds were rock hard inn keeper standard, not sure why they don't get pillow tops. Unseasonably warm weather with temperatures approaching 30 degrees showed the tiredness of the A/C unit in the room, which was unable to give any real cooling, had to wait until night and then open the window, but that let in noise from the surrounding plaza. […] As with all Brussels high end business hotels, rates are much better on weekend when EU business is not being conducted. The pool needs to be heated, this is my only complaint. The water was COLD, not even room temperature. Other than that, great staff and hotel.

We asked to change rooms as the view left a lot to be desired and this was done without question. Their reasoning was that for the longer stay clients, they would prefer a quieter location - on the 18th floor this is not too important. We ate once in the restaurant, which did not have a great ambience and had prices to match the stars of the hotel. […] On two evenings we ordered a meal from room service and this was served quickly and nothing seemed too much trouble. A half day trip to Antwerp was booked by the concierge fast and effortlessly and the guided trip was very good. Would we book the hotel again? Probably not as we would like to see other regions but would be happy to book another hotel in the same group. Läs mer

Very comfortable, clean hotel, room a bit dated but very convenient for the centre of Brussels.

Room was old and beat up. Old furniture, damaged walls, hard bed. Largest room I have ever seen but bigger is not always better. Would not recommend.

Very good quality and awesome price for a sheraton! Huge bedrooms, really comfortable! The bathroom could use some new refurbishment... Walking distance to grand place but 50m from the underground station...

Good, clean, dependable hotel which is very centrally located. Provides the services that one expects from a global brand. Only issue is that it does not have wireless internet in the rooms which is limiting.

Very happy with our stay at the Sheraton Brussels, met all of our expectations and more. Clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere, along with an ideal location for main transport links. I certainly would return to this hotel.

This hotel was real nice, the location was perfect it was close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff spoke English and actually most people in the area spoke English. Very good location to try Belgium Chocolate and beer...... The room was nice, with a nice partial view of the city.... The hotel has a parking garage in the back and is the […] cheapest in the area, you can also park in the streets... The hotel is centrally located and has all good amenities. The rooms are spacious and staff is extremely friendly. The gym is big with all modern equipments and kept very nicely. Breakfast is very expensive but the cafe downstairs has good. Overall very satified. Only downside is no wireless internet connection.

Our room was fine. It is important to specifiy a renovated floor. It was no problem speaking to the hotel, even tho' the booking was via Expedia Group (Hotels dot com). The renewal programme is not complete. This would explain the sharply contrasting views expressed in previous reviews. Also note that the "city" view is a nice horizon view, but the […] other side is mainly to another building. The buffet breakfast is fab (incl freshly made waffles & crepes), but fabulously expensive (EUR 26 in early Aug 10) , which is really dear for, say, a family of three, so try to get a b & b deal. We did not, but as we were woken up at 07.00 on a Friday morning (day after check-in) by hammering from the building site opposite they gave us a complimentary breakfast. Because we were not warned about this I negotiated a second free breakfast with a manager, but it was like getting water out of a stone. For various reasons we did not want to accept the offered room change. There is a streetside coffee-and-croissant cafe in the hotel but it is closed at weekends. There are several cafes nearby, however. Beware the building site as mentioned but, I was told, they don't use jackhammers every day, so it is not always noisy during the week. Despite there being 4 international chain hotels around the square (and Brussels City Council involved) the builders have not been stopped from working from 7 a.m. (They have been trying to get it moved to 8 a.m.) Location, on the ring, is good, especially if arriving by car, as we did. They have free parking in front of the hotel but they try to get your car into the nearby off-street car park on security grounds. They did it once with my car without my permission but I decided not to contest it as the rates are not bad for a major city-centre location. A major Metro entrance is right by the hotel. Good hotel and great value for money on weekend offers. It's five minutes walking distance from the Gare du Nord and not much more than 10 minutes to the old town center, making its location convenient for short trips to the city. Friendly staff, great location near shopping and city center. We did request an infant bed prior to check-in. When we arrived they were out. Small cleanliness issue in room, but not a deal breaker! Again, great location but the rest was average.

Checking was quick and easy. Room was large by any standards for my wife and daughter. Location is great: just a short walk to the historical district, grocery store, shopping mall, restaurants. Bus stop for daily tour is around the corner. I should have bought a cheap electrical tea-pot - that would make the stay even more enjoyable.

After a Great trip on the Eurostar, we braved the metro to Rogier, we came out of a car park exit and were a bit worried what we had walked into, a big building site and thats about it, but when we got inside the hotel, it was a different story. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and the beds were comfotable. It was a very peaceful place to stay, and the staff were all very informative, and did their job with a smile which put me at ease. The Gym facilities and pool were amazing, on the treadmill, a great view of the city, and a pool on the top floor which was great to have a few hours relaxation in. The ultimate selling point of this hotel for me, howerver, was the roof terrace which had some of the most breathtaking views of the whole of Brussels, I hadnt paid for this, but It was a bonus for me! We were fortunate to have nice weather while we were there and got a little burnt! I infact forgot I was in a European city many times as this hotel made me really feel like I was on holiday A great place to stay, I will definitely go back, but make sure you check your minibar contents, as we almost got charged for something we didnt have! You wont lose this hotel, as no matter where you are in the town centre, you will see the Sheraton and the brightly lit bank building which lies next to it! Great place! Läs mer

planned a 3night stay over the may b/hol wkend, treating my partner for his birthday, checked in staff were very friendly. entered room which was lovely and spacious however only a double bed which seemed small considering the size of the room. The hotel hadn't been decorated in almost 20years but was v.clean all the same. Couple of things weren't as […] std in the hotel tea&coffee facilities in the room are not the norm in brussels, or at least not in Shearton. Nor were dressing gowns. Upon asking for them they were brought to room, however housekeeping didnt top up the tea/coffee unless we requested it whenever we saw them. Hotel has a pool but it is quite small on top floor with outside sun loungers, sadly they were sunk into the ground with the only view being the concrete wall. It was best deal offer for two nights at the heart of Brussels. Helpful staff. However, breakfast is too expensive, and no coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is very conveniantly situated, close to main railway station, metro and buses. Large hotel with pool and fitness suite. Our room was one of the biggest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. We thought that breakfast was included in the price but it wasn't, and it was quite expensive to have […] breakfast there. This hotel is located just opposite the Rogier train station so from Gare du Midi (where the Brussels Charleroi airport bus drops you off) you would have to get the number 3, 4, 31 or 32 that takes about six minutes. It is very easy to get to and upon arrival check in was as expected, you get given information of the hotel services. sheraton place rogier bruxelles - a good 4 stars hotel with a beautiful view over bruxelles, a pool on the 30th floor and an extremely confortable bed. minus: the price of the breakfast (25-30 euros) and the fact that, although i got a smoker room, which was great, i wasn't able to open the window.

This hotel is big. It is one of the tallest buildings in the area. I found this helpful because the maps are a little hard to read in Brussels because of the street names. Brussels is a big city, and the sites are spread out, so you cannot really be right next to everything, but I found this location to be very good. It it within 15 minutes walking […] distance from anything - Grand Place, Royal Palace, etc. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Gard du Nord train station. Don't take a Cab. You can see the hotel from the station, and you can walk. There is a shopping street right next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are exactly like American Sheratons with a full size bed and nice bathroom. It is not extravagent, but very nice and safe. A lot of business people and flight crew stay here. The lobby has computers with free internet. To pay for wireless in your room is expensive. If you want to go to the Atomium or Mini Europe Park, you need to take the subway as these are a little outside the city. The staff was just fine, nothing special because they were busy. There was usually a line in the lobby. There are several restaurants at the bottom on this building. I would definitely stay here again. Läs mer

Wonderful rooftop pool on 30th floor with a sunbathing deck ourside, so relaxing. Breakfast is superb also, worth the 15euro easily. Located at the top of the shopping street, Rue Neuve, excellent location. Great value deals for weekend stays. Can't wait for my next visit
