Hotell Hyatt Regency Cancun - Cancun

The hotel didn't provide any water, coffee, and charged me 50 US for 2 cans of coke from the minibar.... The area is very expensive, i can spend less in New York for a bottle of water. If you like people in your room whether you like it or not, this is the place to go.

This was a great hotel. It is located immediately next to the very expensive Dreams resort and several other nice hotels. It is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel itself has limited facilities, perhaps because it was the slow season. The main restaurant was not open for dinner and the hotel deli was […] closed. The gift shop does not sell drinks, so one must either use the minibar, go to the restaurant or go to the convenience store across the street to get something to drink. The restaurant does serve a very good breakfast, which is included in the price. The rooms are very nice with flat screen TV's. Each room does appear to have a thermostat, but it seemed to have limited usefulness, as we were not able to get the room to cool to below 75. This is fine for day time, but at night it was a little uncomfortable. Computers are available for access to the Internet in the Business Center for a charge. The staff is nice and accommodating. Great choice in a very convenient location. If I must say something that needs improvement, I would say that it needs easier access to the beach, and I would have loved it if the beach beds would have had the mattresses. We found the staff, particularly the cafe people very friendly and efficient. So too were the desk staff. Our problem was with the maid service. Our room would not be cleaned until 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Often they did not give us sufficient towels nor did they replenish the soap or shampoo. The room also could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

This hotel was a shock! For what I was paying I didn't expect much. This hotel is beautiful! It's very modern and the pool area is awesome!!! Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand und relativ nahe zu den Clubs (Coco Bong), Bars und Restaurants. Auch hatten wir eine super Aussicht vom 11 Stock über den wunderschönen weissen Sandstrand und das türkisblaue Meer. Der Hyatt regency club upgrade ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleine Poolanlage und einen wunderschönen […] gepflegten Strand mit gratis Liegestühlen und mit Palmblättern bedeckten Schirmen, was dem ganzen einen zauberhaft karibischen Charme verleiht. Hotel com excelente café da manhã, funcionários simpáticos e eficientes, quarto limpo, camas boas , travesseiros e cobertores maravilhosos. Só não gostei muito da decoração. Recomendo este hotel.

Excelente hotel, vale la pena hospedarse alli, de los mejores de cancun, en cuanto a ubicacion, lujo, limpieza, comida, instalaciones y playa, lo recomiendo ampliamente

El hotel tiene una ubicacion privilegiada, unas instalaciones maravillosas, las playas y su acceso a ellas son inigualables y bellisimas, la comida es excelente, las habitaciones comodas y limpias, el servicio de primera, una experiencia fabulosa, muy complacido con todo el personal, volvere el proximo año, saludos nos vemos otra vez por alla.

Localizacao EXCELENTE. Perto dos melhores restaurantes e boates! Hotel com quarto amplo e vista privilegiada!

Me parecio agradable la estadia allí. El servicio de Internet es muy costoso, debería ser un valor agregado sin costo para los huéspedes, La piscina y la playa están bien. Falta que me envien la factura. Gracias

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, indigno de la cadena Hyatt y el servicio pésimo también.

Hotel di buona qualità situato a punta cancun a 5 minuti a piedi da ristoranti,bar e disco. L'unica cosa che ho trovato alquanto scadente é internet nella caffetteria, sia la procedura per il login che la velocità di collegamento.

Fruen og jeg tilbrakte åtte netter i Cancun og hadde vår beste ferie! Vi landet midt på natten og sjekket inn på hotellet rundt klokken 1. Innsjekking gikk alldeles utmerket med varm og hyggelig velkomst, tross sent tidspunkt. Da vi kom opp på rommet la vi merke til at rommet ikke var i 100 %. Morgenen fikk vi en hyggelig beklagelse fra hotellet og […] fikk byttet hotellrom og ble oppgradert til rom med havutsikt som "et plaster på såret". Betjening er helt fantastiske - vennlige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Servicen er upåklagelig og møter du dem med et vennlig smil får du det tidobbelte tilbake. Hotellet ligger rett ved stranden og (heldigvis) litt unna strandområdet hvor det altfor mange høylytte turister. Strandområdet er rent og pent og solsengene er gratis for hotellets gjester. Vi hadde så og si samtlige lunsjer og frokoster, samt en middag på hotellets restaurant. Fantstisk mat til en ikke altfor høy pris. Da vi skulle reise og sa farvel til betjeningen, følte vi at vi resite fra våre venner! Vi anbefaler Hyatt Regency på det varmeste og er begge enige om at vi skal tilbake! Läs mer

Quarto bom, mas a agua do banheiro não cheirava bem. Muito ruim isso. A chave eletronica do quarto se desprogramava sozinha todos os 5 dias que fiquei por lá. Só gostei do preço. Acho que o hotel não mereçe as 5 estrelas que tem.

Son dos veces las que nos hemos hospedado en un Hyatt y las dos veces han sifo experiencias realmente gratificantes,excelente servicio, instalaciones hermosas, en fin nos ha gustado mucho hospedarnos aqui...

Muy bonito Hotel, muy buenas camas para dormir y descansar, con una bella playa y bonitas piscinas, ambiente familiar, atención amable de todo el personal, buena comida,Inmejorable ubicación cerca de restaurantes, zona viva, zonas comerciales, pero lo suficientemente alejado de bullicio.

το ξρνοδοχειο ήταν παρα πολύ όμορφο και κυρίως βολικό γιτί βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της zina hotelera. η παραλία που βρίσκεται μπροστά του είναι πανέμορφη και το προσωπικό ευγενικό. θα το πρότεινα αεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφτεί το Cancun
