Otroligt bra ställe. Mycket trevlig personal som gjorde allt för att jag skulle trivas där. Rummet var lyxigt, rent, bekvämt med fin utsikt över Miami. Läget är bra, ca 20 min med buss till South Beach och 5 min till center of Downtown. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta ställe. Det enda som kändes fel var att frukost kostar 18$ vilket kändes dyrt.

Hotellet ligger precis vid bron över till Miami Beach. Perfekt om du inte vill bo på Miami Beach men ändå ha gångavstånd dit.

My stay was excellent. Staff extremely good. Loved the food and service. One bad note...I made reservations while checking out to return right after cruise for a relaxing time. Arrived at hotel to find girl made me a reservation at another Marriott. Same high price in bad neighborhood, no service, depressing. Manager at buscayne told me they were booked […] and that clerk didn't make my reservation for biscayne. I was able to call and make my own reservation for tomorrow. So I wasted a whole day in substandard surroundings for nothing. I would like something for my inconvenience, and not just a bottle of water. Läs mer

Very nice. We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise out of Miami. Very short ride to the port. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff was the best! From the bellmen to the hostess their friendliness and willingness to accommodate was unmatched. Room was very clean and view was beautiful (water view). Miami Beach was only 4-5 miles away so a great location and hotel for a great rate. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall a pleasant hotel with a comfortable room and a good location. Excellent check in service and the lady on duty when we checked in was extremely pleasant at the front desk. The rooms were reasonable however there should be better training for housekeeping staff on the small things like checking what amenities need to be replenished in the bathroom, […] also a shock to me was the price to park - perhaps coming from Asia its quite normal to have complimentary parking but $25 a day seemed high to me. It was 55 degrees in Miami and this hotel had no heat anywhere in the building! The entire hotel was freezing! The television didnt work, the sheets were nasty! It was a terrible experience!!!!

I stayed here for 5 days but was ready to leave in 2. The staff told me it was unsafe for guests to walk outside after sundown. I'm 6'3" 220 lbs! The ghetto is close but of course it is Miami. The staff was pleasent and although the building is mature the lobby/resturant and views were nice. The food was good but very expensive. This hotel has a very nice view, and i got the cheapest room. Very clean, amentites are great. Nice lobby with tv's and internet acces, didnt goto it though. RECOMMEND!

Really nice hotel, room was lovely with good view of the bay. Staff very friendly. Only downer was car park lift felt like it was on it's last legs - we dreaded getting in it everyday!

This hotel was in my view a 5star hotel at a 3 star price! their facilities were so nice (pool, 24hr fitness room) and they gave free chocolate chip cookies at the front desk! My friends and I were at miami for the first time and I thought that this hotel's location was GREAT! Right next to the metro rider (which is free) and the bus stations! This hotel is beautiful and very Miami themed. The room was very comfortable and had everthing we needed. There is a mini mall on the lobby floor that offers different clothing and accessory stores, a maket and deli, a pub and 2 restaurants. Need hotel shuttle from the airport to hotel

Staff did not seem to have time and explain the surrounding area.. with 2 kids it can be a little complicated. Hotel room very clean and quiet!!!

The hotel was great! The views were breathtaking and the service was top notch. Rates were very reasonable and the surrounding area was nice. I wish there were a little more to see in the surrounding area such as more restaurants, maybe a theater and bars. Lovely hotel. Most helpful staff I have EVER met. Felt like a VIP at all times. Right on a marina and a beautiful bay. Beautiful city views. Downside: The in room menu is very expensive. Parking each day is quite expensive.

Great location! We were able to save alot of money not staying directly on South Beach, and the cabs to get to Ocean Drive were very reasonable. I will reccomend this to all my friends and family!

Extremely beautiful location of the hotel but very upset with the service provided by hotel had asked for a roll away bed for our kid way in advance which the hotel agreed too even at our arrival only to be told at 12am at night that they have none available and we should make do with extra linnen provided in the room!!!!!

My first time in Miami and at the hotel. The staff were kind and considerate. The room great. I am writing a book and wanted a quiet room, and they provided one. Everything for my stay was just excellent. I could not fault them. If I look for anything negative, I'd say their restaurant prices are too high, but the deli downstairs is fine and plenty […] of shops and Malls near by. I would go back Läs mer

Hotel met all expectations

The hotel was next door to the free rail that takes you throughout the city.

Excellent Staff super courteous and friendly in all aspects. Even though the hotel was full due to the NBA Finals, the staff never hesitated to help.

We stayed at the hotel before leaving on a cruise. The hotel was conveniently located near the city's mass transit, the port of Miami, and Biscayne Mall. The room and bathroom were very small for four people. No coffee in the room nor complimentary breakfast. The price was high for the value we received.

the hotel is on the water. had a great view from our room. the bed and pillows were just right ( not hard). shopping is right next door. the breakfast was just like home. would go back again

The hotel was actually very clean to our surprise after reading so many uncleaned hotel reviews. The only problem I had with the hotel is that the bathroom is very small but otherwise clean and make sure you ask for housekeeping that will clean your room and vaccum the floors. Stayed overnight waiting to take a cruise the next day. The employees were wonderful and always willing to help. They were very knowlegeable about the area and any questions we had they could answer right away. They recomended a restuarant and club for us to visit and both places were exactly what we were looking for! The room was very clean and large. […] No funky smells and updated beautifully. The view could have been better but I never specified what kind of view I wanted when booking. Breakfast buffet was high priced but considering we were in Miami that was to be expected. We did Valet parking which was very resonable $30 a night & very quick service. I will definately stay there again when I'm in the Miami area. Great beds and view of Miami.

The Marriot was comfortable, convenient, and clean. This is an ideal location for cruisers, the port is a short cab ride away. The staff was very professional and accomodating. I definitely would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was PERFECT for all 5 of us with the staff providing a roll away bed that fit very nicely in the room with 2 queen beds, the view was nice. The restaurant was a little pricey, but we had a nice stay overall.

Had to be at bayside so hotel was relatively close could have walked but for a 6-7.00 cab fare easy choice. Great Place.
