Ok ställe, frukosten var av den sämre sorten. Trasig brödrost och bara vitt bröd och muffins. Rummet var rent och som det brukar vara i den prisklassen. Inga överraskningar.

Vi hamnade mitt i de historiska vingslagen i Alamo. Intill fanns också en mall för shopping och vårt barnbarn köpte en riktig cowboyhatt. Det var jättefina; bra hantering av bilen som kom direkt nr vi ville ha den.

Bra hotell med bra service. Frågade receptionisten efter en extra madrass till bäddsoffan och fick det levererat kort tid efter. Underbart med frukost som tillagas efter beställning, dock var det knapert utbud i frukostbuffén.

I've never been in a place that looked so nasty. Firstly, the front desk people were not friendly. The building smelt very bad. When I arrived at the room I was even more surprised at the bad condition it was in. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and, there were stains on the linen. "horrible"
I will never stay at this place again. The rooms are nasty and the tv volume didn't work on all channels. Most of the channels were in Spanish. You had to turn a towel in to get another towel. It was on remodelation works!!! This information was not in the internet information. I reserved an room with a king size bed and they sent us to a room with only ONE full size!!! We had to return to the reception and returned our keys. They said they did not have any more rooms with king size beds so they gave un one with two full size. The time at […] the reception area was about 40 minutes!!! Other wise, there were no noices at night. Also we were very confortable knowing they have an armed security during nights. "Affordable but not too clean"
Hotel was under renovation, so it was not too good. Rooms were not nice. Hallways dirty and smelly. For the price that I paid I thought that it would be a little better. Not going back there again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Falsely Advertised!!!"
This hotel said that it was a smoke free property, but the whole second floor reeked of cigarettes. The room smelt like a can of Lysol attempting to cover up the smoke smell. I was very unhappy with this hotel. The hotel was dirty and unsafe. I would not bring my family to this place again. The staff were surprisingly friendly, but this place was way below standards. We were in a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke and wet carpet; butts were found on the window seal. The hallway and rooms smelled horrible and musty. We started out in one room but had to change to another one because the smell was so bad. "Horrible for family vacation."
This hotel is not recommend for families. The hotel is under construction you can find nails in the parking lot, so be careful with your tires. Overall I do not recommend this hotel for a family vacation.Verifierad gästrecension
Was not happy with the hotel. Lobby was adequate, but once past that , the halls were musty smelling and ceiling tiles falling down. The Breakfast was horrible, the mircrowave has food CAKED in it! The Ac did not keep the room even confortable. "Worst breakfast I've ever had."
It looked like they just went to the corner store and bought the $1 donuts. the orange juice wasn't even drinkable. I also called ahead to ask what time check-in was and I was told "check-in is anytime" so I show up 2 hours later and find out that I cannot check-in until 3 pm. All I got was excuses during my stay. There was absolutly no toliet paper in our RR the AC never cooled so we had to swich rooms. We were not able to use the pool or exercise room. The in room WiFi did NOT work in our room. We were on the fourth floor near the elevator. Despite an excellent signal we couldn't connect, and only one of their three signals could be found. "TOTALLY DISGUSTING"
THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING. THE BATH TUB WAS FILTHY ALONG WITH THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL. "Cheap but don't expect anything fancy"
Free breakfast. The breakfast had bread, muffin, bagels, croissant, waffles and some fruits. Coffee and juices were also served. Pretty decent. Everything else were bad. We stayed in the 5th floor. No internet connectivity. Room service was bad. The restroom doesn't have ventilation nor exhaust fan. The lights were dim and no plug points to hook up […] your charger.
