Vi var mkt nöjda med vår vistelse på Millenium. Vi bodde i 2 Clubrooms, som var kopplade till varandra. Hotellets standard kändes inte som "London" hotell utan höll en mkt bra standard. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka Millenium

Hotellet ligger mycket välplacerat i centrala London. I ett lugnt område med mycket fina butiker och restauranger inom kort gångavstånd. Hotellet försöker leva upp till att vara ett fint hotell men man ser bristerna efter en liten stund. Hotellet skulle behöva en uppfräschning, badrummen är gamla och omoderna. Perfekt läge, två kvarter nedanför Selfridges, två kvarter öster om Hyde Park. Lugnt men ändå mitt i city, fantastisk park precis utanför. Och ett väldigt trevligt bemötande av personalen. Vi fick checka in tidigare. Vi fick frukost trots att det enligt bokningsspecen inte ingick och vi fick förvara våra väskor mellan utcheck och flygplatstransfer. […] Och trots brist på cash till dricks fixade de taxi och bar väskorna åt oss. Generally good. Somewhat worn down, but not badly. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet room. The only negative was that the air con didn't bring down the temperature as far as we'd have liked, but it was acceptable (it was hot wheather). Staff friendly. The concierge booked us theatre tickets.

Vi bodde 3 nätter på Millennium Mayfair Hotel i juni 2011. Hotellet ligger i ett mycket lugnt och vackert kvarter med gångavstånd till Oxford Street och Hyde Park mm. Närmsta tunnelbanestation är Bond Street Station. Trots att hotellet kanske inte känns supermodernt så vägdes detta upp av personalens servicenivå, där finns inget att klaga på. Rummet […] + badrummet var väl städat samt fanns tofflor, hårtork, internetuppkoppling, minibar och allt annat som man förväntar sig av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Ett minus för den dyra frukosten (som vi dock inte åt), men i London ingår sällan frukost i ordinarie rumspriset. Ett plus för läget och den trevliga servicen. Väldigt trevligt hotell. Klanderfri service, perfekt läge. Bra restaurang. Kan faktiskt inte komma på något man skulle kunna önska sig mer av ett hotell.

Mycket fint och bra beläget hotell i centrala London. Tyvärr alldeles för dyr frukost, fast det verkar vara genomgående för hotellen i London.

Perfekt och lungt läge, gångavstånd till det mesta. Mycket trevlig personal såväl i restaurang, bar som i lobbyn. Ett hotel som varmt kan rekomenderas om man vill bo i centrum.

Trevligt hotel med stora rum, sköna sängar och nära till alla sevärdheter och shopping. Service nivå och bemötande av personal är mediåker. Flera mysiga restauranger i området.

Vi kom till hotellet redan kl 9:30 men det var inga problem med att få checka-in ändå. Bra information och trevligt bemötande av personalen. Frukosten kanske något dyr men god. Hotellet låg i ett mkt lugnt område och det är gångavstånd till det mesta. Tog taxi en kväll från Piccadilly och det kostade ca £6. Sista dagen var det inga problem med att lämna […] in väskorna för att sedan enkelt få ut dem innan avfärd till flygplatsen. Vi tog tunnelbanan både till och från flygplatsen och det gick väldigt smidigt. Något trångt under morgonrusningen in till London men vi som hoppat på tidigt hade sittplatser. Läs mer

Me and my mom stayed at the millennium hotel london mayfair in june, and everything was just great. we had a double room, with 2 beds, and it was really big, good aircondition, safetybox, the toilet was big to , and it was perfect for 2 people like me and my mom. We didnt booked any breakfast at the hotel, because we thought it was a bit to much money, […] because we knew we wouldnt eat breakfast for all that amount of money ,but it went fine, on bond street undergroundstation there is a pret a manger which is a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, where u can mix your own breakfast. Its a really good choice if you dont want to pay for the breakfast at the hotel. In general the location of the hotel was just perfect. the surrounding was perfect, quite, and beautifull. The staff at the hotel was really helpfull, and the concierge desk helped us with several things, finding locations, restaurants, tickets to madame tussauds, everything. This hotel is a hotel where everyone is service minded, which is totally worth the amount of money you pay for a stay over there. I will definitely stay there next time I go to London again.! Ett mycket bra hotell med alla nödvändigheter. Ligger super, nära all shopping men ändå i ett lugnt område. Vi gick överallt. Taxi hem från musikalkväll ena kvällen kostade 12 pund och andra kvällen gick vi hem på 30 minuter. Mycket bra hotell helt enkelt!

Mycket fint hotell som ligger väldigt centralt och bra. Har bott i Bayswater många gånger men då måste man alltid ta tuben in till city. Det enda negativa var att städerskan glömt städa vårt badrum innan vi kom. Där inne låg det flera skitiga handdukar på golvet, en använd tvål etc. Men de fixade det snabbt.

This is a very good hotel in the heart of Mayfair, London. I have stayed there several times in the last few years. It is average value for money among hotels in its class, whereas the Chesterfield Mayfair is very good value for money (the latter hotel was not available when I was in London this time).

Mayfair is an incredible neighborhood. The Hotel gave us a room overlooking Grosvenor Square, what a great view. Service was exemplary. Would love to stay there again.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at the Millenium, I love it there and would recommend it to anyone. We had breakfast included which was supurb and catered for every taste, the staff were very attentive to us. . Service at the hotel was excellent. Very responsive to requests....able to check in a bit early and provided a room with a view to Grosvenor Square. So close to shopping on Oxford Street, next door to the American Embassy, very close to Bond Street Tube.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the end of February. Our stay turned out to be a mixed bag. When we checked in I was a little disappointed that the view out our window was of adjacent roof tops but I figured that is life. The room was warm when we arrived (28C or 82F) so we turned on the air conditioner. When we left for dinner about 1 […] 1/2 hours later it was still 28C. We stopped at the desk on our way to dinner and asked if they could have someone check to see if they could get the room cooled off. When we came back from dinner the front deck advised that the problem was fixed. Our room was a little cooler and we thought things were going the right way. Overnight the room heated back up to 28C and in the morning I let the staff know the room was not acceptable. We were switched to a different room later that day and while that room was much cooler than the first it was still warmer than we liked. Again the air conditioner did not cool the room down. Maintenance came to our room that night and made some adjustments that didn't seem to help so we slept with the window open. With the window open the room was comfortable. The bathrooms in both rooms were old and tired. The fixtures were very old and not in good shape, tile appeared dirty and/or scratched, caulking thick and uneven. Just generally not up to the standard we would expect for a hotel that is rated at four stars. On the other hand we found all of the staff to be cheerful, helpful and informative. The concierge was very helpful in assisting us in preparing plans for the day, dinner arrangements and transportation and the reception staff were helpful in at least trying to resolve our complaints with the room temperature. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located on Grovsenor's Square, next to the US Embassy and two blocks from Hyde Park. We can highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big and it was perfect for larger families if you need rooms to be connected. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the air condition, which did not work properly. The room was quite hot, around 25 C which is a bit to hot to sleep in. great hotel and superb location. walking distance from major attractions

This hotel is in a great location, close to the shops on Oxford street and the cinemas, etc. However I was really shocked at the size of the room. We had a standard room but the room felt much much smaller than other standard sized rooms. The bathroom especially was like a tiny cupboard, with a poor working shower. The room requried updating, the net curtains were dirty & grubby, these were changed immediately, after our request to housekeeping. There was prior water damage to part of the suspended ceiling which had not been attended to,repaired/replaced. No dressing gowns (robes) provided, poor TV reception, the digital signal break down. We would reccommend this to our friends. We were informed on our departure that the hotel will be refurbished in the near future, not before time. Ideal Location for London sights and Stores. Not far to walk after night out no need for taxis!

We traveled to London in early December to experience the season. We were not disappointed. What made our journey all the more special was the location of our fine hotel in Mayfair. We were within walking distance of Oxford Street and the Bond Street Underground which made getting around London convenient and enjoyable. Location great. Rooms a bit small and bathroom needs updating but overall very nice. Room service menu could be a lot better.

I am in London a few times a year on business and have stayed in a number of hotels over the last few years. By far the best service and quality of room was here. Front desk staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.

We recently stayed at the Millenium Mayfair with our 7-year old daughter. The location was perfect and the surrounding neighborhood was gorgeous. The staff as the hotel were extremely helpful, the food was excellent and our room well maintained. If visiting with children, I highly recommend signing up for their Children's Conceirge program. Upon arrival […] our daughter was greated by a teddy bear from Hamsley's toy store dressed as a Guardsman, jelly beans, and kid-sized robe and slippers. My second stay at this property! Was great to be near shops....all were having major sales! Great pub around the corner for fish and chips. They need to work on free wifi - the only drawback to the property!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights 31/12/11 and 1/1/12 bed and breakfast. What a lovely hotel this was. Pristine clean throughout, but my best comments go to the very friendly and obliging staff, both in reception and the breakfast room. Well done, because having stayed at other London Hotels, we have both said we will return, in preference to others. […] If you dont see toast and fried eggs at breakfast, dont worry, just ask, as these are provided freshly done. I booked this for one night, so i could be close to the US Embassy the next day. It was much better than expected. The check in lady gave me a room where I could look out over the square as I sipped my tea. Palatial breakfast - with first class waiter service, and decent breakfast buffet selection. The hotel generally is classy, is grand, comfortable, […] relaxed, and central to Mayfair, and close to everything. This is our 3rd stay at the Millenium and we like it because of its location in mayfair which is excellent for when we have tickets for the ~Royal Albert Hall and the London Palladium or any of the West End Theatres. Some of the rooms are a bit tired looking and the bar is very expensive but the staff are very helpful and there are plenty of restaurants […] and pubs in the vacinity which are less expensive. Had a problem with the television we were unable to get any channels but on ringing reception we were told that everyone had this problem due to a fault in the area ! Would book here again provided we managed to get the same discount with hotels.com wouldn't pay full price which is very expensive. Läs mer
