Hotellfrukosten var det bästa med hela hotellupplevelsen! Det fanns något att äta för alla och buffén var fräsch och stor. Rummen var helt ok, tyvärr var sängarna något hårda och den 3:e personen fick sova på en bäddsoffa som var riktigt hård. Hotellets läge hade kunnat vara lite centralare men det tog å andra sidan bara max 5min att promenera till […] Amsterdam RAI därifrån kan man ta antingen spårvagnen eller tunnelbanan in till centrum. Ett egentligen mycket bra hotell, med fina rum och och mycket servicemedveten personal. Men en kedja är som bekant aldrig starkare än dess svagaste länk och här visar sig städpersonalen vara den svaga länken. Att hitta en massa hårstrån i sängen när man tar bort täcket är helt oacceptablet, det tyder på att underlakanet inte ens en gång blivit bytt. […] Även i badkaret och till och med på duschmunstycket fanns det en massa hår, uräckligt!!! Hotellet har en god standard och ligger lite utanför stadskärnan. Lättillgängligt för de som kommer med bil eller flyg. Motorvägen går strax utanför, ej hörbar. Stationen RAI har förbindelse med tåg till Schipol. Det finns spårvagn till centrala Amsterdam, tar cirka 20 minuter. Vi bodde tre personer i rummet och det var ganska trångt, rymligare på […] IBIS. Hotellet var helt ok för att vara ett 4-tjärnigt. Rummet kunde ha varit renare (i badrummet). Jag blev bara överraskad efter att jag fick betala "turist-tax" när jag skulle checka ut. Detta kan ingå i priset.

It was very nice to stay in Novotel, helpful personal, comfortable room, great breakfast. Good for money, I will come back definitly.

Jag är en ganska van resenär och varit på hotel i 30 tal länder över världen. Det är första gången som jag bokar ett rum för 3 personer, men erbjuds ett rum för 2 och först när jag klagar då får man hanndukar, tvål, kuddar,.. för 3 personer. Inte nog med det, är luftkonditioneringen och vattenkokaren i rummet var ur funktion och först efter två dygn […] fick vi luftkonditioneringen i gång. Mycket dyr parkering 22 Euro / dag. När vi skulle ckecka ut och klagade över rummets brister och ville reducerad pris, fick en otrevligt bemötande. Jag rekomenderar inte detta Hotel. I'm quite accustomed traveler and the hotel has been in over 30 countries worldwide. It is the first time I book a room for three people, but offered a room for two, and only when I complain when you get caught cloths, soap, pillows, .. for three people. Not only that, the air conditioner and the kettle in the room was out of order and only after two days we got the air conditioner running. Very expensive parking 22 Euro / Day. When we would ckecka out and complained about the room's deficiencies and wanted a reduced price, got an unpleasant response. I do not recommend this hotel. Läs mer

Hotellet låg perfekt,3 min till spårvagn och sedan 20 min till amsterdams centralstation,ett annat plus med hotellet var deras suveräna frukost.

Ettt hotel med hög standart på rummen, bra läge till tåg. Tycker att frukost borde ha inkluderats i priset.

Highly recommended to stay at this Novotel Hotel. Very new and clean. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Just a few mins walk to the RAI Tram Station (close to the airport, just 15 mins ride by railyway from RAI station, and very handy to catch connection bus from the airport to Keukenhof Garden during Mar - May of the year). Just around 20-25 mins from […] DAM square by Tram No. 4. The superior double room was quite big. The buffet breakfast was pretty outstanding. Very pleased with the standard of accomodation. Although the hotel is not in the centre this was not a problem as the tram stop was less than a minutes walk away. So was the railway station making it was very easy to get to the airport. Breakfast was excellent....the best we had in all of the hotels we stayed during our european holiday.

When you travel with a dog, is it always exciting to come to a new hotel. This time it was a great pleasure :) We'll be back :)

Great hotel, friendly staff and so close to RAI - we had a great time and our dogs loved to take walks in the beautiful park across the street.

Absolutely fabulous hotel - service was outstanding and would stay there again. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel. MR FO, UK

Hotel clean, bright and spacious. Ate in the restaurant one night which was delicious Asian food. Breakfast buffet very good. Tram no 4 near hotel and brings one into Amsterdam city, making it an excellent location in a quiet and leafy suburb. Would definately recommend it.

This is a very nice hotel and very clean with friendly staff. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever sleep in. Very thin mattress - looks like the kind you find at Ikea. The sheets were not that great either.

A comfortable base for exploring Amsterdam. Rooms clean and restaurant food varied with delicious Asian menu alongside standard options. Public areas are very modern and bright. At the weekend breakfast can be very busy so go early to avoid queues.The number 4 tram leaves from very close-by the hotel and goes to the centre. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Location is great because it's only a five minute walk to metro. The only improvement needed is the elevator service.

Went to Amsterdam with a couple of friends and were glad to find out that Novotel accommodates 3 guests in a double room (double bed + sofa bed). It is not a luxury hotel as such but definitely brings a lot of value to the money spent. The location is a bit outside city centre but tram/metro/train line is just less than 5mins walk away from the hotel […] (tram to city takes about 15min); and it's only 2 train stations away from airport. Although situated right beside highway, there was no street traffic noise at all. Plenty of parking space for driving guests. We checked in early, room is not available yet. As we leave our luggage at the hotel, the kind personnel brought out some maps & showed us where to go, even gave us tram/bus schedules to the station nearest to hotel. The room is clean, small but sufficient with basic amenities, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned. Our shower head was not functioning well, without having us complain (maybe the room service notice it), it was changed the next day. We have complimentary breakfast with our stay and the breakfast buffet is a generous spread, love their omelettes. The hotel handles a lot (and I mean a lot) of guests and is doing a very good job at that. Despite their busy work load, the staffs are always friendly. The only small problem with lots of hotel guests is when everyone wants to use the elevator / dines at breakfast buffet, long queue ;) All in all, if I travel again with such price range in mind for hotel, Novotel is definitely my choice. Booking blind, we booked this hotel based on reviews and were very pleased we did. The hotel is situated just on the edge of the residential suburbs and has secure car parking. A tram stop (No 4 line) is a minute walk from the hotel, and for a few euro buys a 24 hr. ticket (bought on the tram), one can travel all over Amsterdam City - the Driver even […] announces each stop for Museums and sights - The trams leave every 5 mins, so no long wait. The best Novotel I have stayed at. Located in the business district of Amsterdam. Approx €15 by taxi to nightclubbing district, red light/coffeeshop area. Very good would stay there again. Staff- 10/10.

The Hotel was aesthetically very pleasing and was well located. But the service was pretty bad. I ignored the rude treatment the first time, but when I heard one of my friends feel the same way I felt reassured in writing this review. I must say that there were some employees that were friendly, but I guess it was the guy in charge of my room/floor/reservation/... […] that I had to deal with multiple times. Great business hotel, know how to treat people well.

The Breakfast Buffet was AMAZING. I recommend when booking this hotel, add breakfast to it. It's worth the extra cost. A lot of varieties of food provided unlike some other hotels breakfast. The Room was spacious and very clean aswell. The gym and Suna facilities are also very clean and nice. The hotel is also in a good location with Rai station just […] 2mins walk away and you can jump on the metro and train to centrall station. There is also a tram Number 4 next to the station which takes you to the centraal and DAM square. Comfortable hotel. Very good breakfast buffet. About 5 minutes walk to the Amsterdam RAI train station, 10 minutes walk to RAI Convention Center, and 15 minutes walk to nearest supermarket, bank, and restaurants. Quite far from all major tourist attractions -- would have to take a trolley into town, but trolley stop is next to train station, so reasonably […] convenient. Nothing much in the area surrounding the hotel, but seemed reasonably safe. Free wireless internet in the room -- BUT very slow and somewhat unreliable. Hotel staff were not helpful when wireless internet went down for almost a whole day. Decent-sized, clean bedroom and bathroom with modern decor. The whole hotel is modern and funky - it looks like it has been refurbished recently. Buffet breakfast offers lots of options. The only downside is that it isn't in the centre of the city, but it is an easy, direct 30-minute tram ride or a couple of stops on the train from Central Station. […] Close to main roads but I didn't notice any traffic noise. Even if the Hotel wasn't located at the city center it has good connections (metro, tram). Personal was very friendly...the food was good...the design.... I really recommend staying there

10 minutes by tram to the city centre so not walkable but convenient to the tram and metro. On arrival we were given the key to a room that was supposed to be an executive king, but was actually a twin. When we phoned down to complain, we were told they were "very busy" and wouldnt be able to sort it out for at least 30 minutes- not what we wanted to […] hear at 10 o'clock at night after travel. We went to eat in the restaurant which was also busy. The food was fine, but the service was off hand and poor. They simply didnt seem to care l. Very nice and up to date hotel. Very helpful staff. Perfect for when using the RAI during the day.

About 3 miles from the centre so walkable and also only 5 mins walk away from metro station and tram terminus. Convenient and quiet. Parking appear to be free in one car park at the weekends and costs in another so clarify when you check in. Lovely park opposite so decent location if you don't want to be near the noise of the centre.

Reception was very good. Location was OK but a little further away from the city centre than we were led to believe. Room was adequate but there were not enough facilities for our three guests...the room had only been set up for 2 guests. Breakfast was great and so was the provision of internet sites for guests. Great location, 10 min walk to the RAI theatre, 5 min walk to the station which is a 10 min ride to Schipol Airport, 5 min walk to the tram to get to city central and all the sights

The Hotel is in the Southern part on Amsterdam - about 20-30 minutes by tram to the center. The tram is close to the hotel. It was a typical Novotel experience, good without being excellent and at a reasonable price.
