Perfekt för en övernattning nära flygplatsen, stora och rena rum, gratis internet; en restaurang precis intill hotellet men annars finns det inte så mycket runt omkring.

det var inte det billigaste hotellet i Atlanta, men priset var festande.Rummen var stora och vackert inredda. SPA avdelningen bra. även om den stora poolen var för grund att simma i. Baren där man kunde äta gott och ta ett glas var så mysig att man inte ville lämna hotellet,Brunch buffen var den mäktigaste jag sett under hela min resande tid.Allt som allt var det 3 dygn i lyx och bekvämlighet

Fab place to stay at if you like customer service and nice design. Great experience - REALLY wonderful staff and lovely place! I will always look for indigo hotels from now on - but this one will be hard to beat!

the only draw back from this hotel is that on one side you hear the Marta train every 15 minutes it seems. If you sleep with earplugs you will be fine; if not, ask for a room on the other side that does NOT face Marta tracks.Verifierad gästrecension

"Bumps along the way, but they were fixed"
Overall, I must say I was pleased but there were avoidable disappointments. Upon my arrival to the hotel at 2:00 am my family and I just wanted to shower and hit the sack. However, even though I had booked and paid for double bed occupancy, I was told that my room was not available. In other words my room was given away to someone that was a walk in. […] This was upsetting because why book a hotel a week before and then not be able to obtain it. This led me to believe that Hotels.com and Overall, I must say I was pleased but there were avoidable disappointments. Upon my arrival to the hotel at 2:00 am my family and I just wanted to shower and hit the sack. However, even though I had booked and paid for double bed occupancy, I was told that my room was not available. In other words my room was given away to someone that was a walk in. This was upsetting because why book a hotel a week before and then not be able to obtain it. This led me to believe that Hotels.com and Marriot did not communicate my booking.So being so tired we slept uncomfortably in a king size bed. The next day I spent it trying to change rooms from my phone as I visited various attractions. 2 friends and I stayed here from thursday-sunday for a trip to atlanta. the area was quiet, had alot of shopping and restuarants, perfect distance from teh downtown area. the hotel was perfect, the staff was amazing and the room was a great size. The room service costs were ridiculous very high prices but it is marriott. Will definately stay again this […] summer when I return to the ATL with my husband and children. The only issue was parking in the evening of Friday and Saturday , alot of weekend guests checked in Friday and there was a ton of teenage and young children all over the hotel, the hallway wasnt noisy though only the common areas, pool, resturant on site ect. There is not a starbuck on site as the listing claimed, the resturant does however serve basic starbucks coffee. the small "store" on site is very overpriced a 4 pack of huggies diapers for $10. "not bad minus the price"
Hotel is in good area with perimeter mall and restaurants within 5 minutes.. hotel didnt blow me away and the regular rooms are pretty small especially for the price normally charged. "Nice hotel... High Internet cost.... Long walk."
I think a weekend Internet Rate of $12.95 a day is excessive. Perhaps Buisness travelers can afford this thru the week price, since most of them would be able to get reimbursed. However, most weekend travelers are not getting compensated for such a high internet access rate. I will surely look for a hotel that offers free internet before usbacing this […] hotel again. Despite the fact that it was very nice in most other aspects. Our Accessible room was almost as far away from the Lobby as it could get. Was this because I booked via Expedia? "Expensive Hotel but BAD customer service."
I paid a considerable amount of money to stay at this Marriott. After getting at the hotel, I lost my cell phone. It just died. When I asked about internet in the room, the front desk staff told me that it was $12.95 / day. I've stayed at Red Roof Inn's and paid one third the amount of money and got free wi fi in my room. Also, they charged me $8 to […] make a 30 second phone call home to let my family know that I would be unable to call them due to my cell phone being broken. I had asked to be put in a room closer to the elevators which would make my walk to the front desk and entrance much shorter. I asked for this due to me just having had hip replacement surgery. The only thing the front desk could suggest was to use the back entrance and park around back so I'd be closer to my car. The hotel staff didn't seem to care about my physical limitations. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable for a hotel of this price range. In my opinion, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I'll never stay there again for sure when I go to Atlanta. "What a disappointment"
When you don't book with them directly, the hotel staff treats you like a lower class. I booked my hotel room a week in advance and ended up in ground level room that was actually a floor below the lobby. I had a view of a manhole and a concrete slab. My boss traveling with me got a room when he arrived and ended up on the 9th floor. To make matters […] worse, there was a dirty towel in the shower stall and dust every where. "Service without a smile"
After checking in and getting to my room, I notice I was given a handicap room without requesting. I returned to the front desk to make changes and the front desk inform me that no other rooms where available at this time, and once one come available they would move me. "dont go now...under construction"

"Currently under renovation"
The rooms are not modern and do not offer all of the perks that are standard in hotels of this type. For example, there is no in-room wi-fi and the in-room ethernet uses a (cable?) modem that has instructions for Windows 95/98 and Windows NT/2000. You also have to pay for the ethernet. There is free wi-fi in the lobby though. The hotel is currently […] undergoing renovation to update the rooms and the lobby. One of the main elevators is out of service, and some of the rooms are being used for construction offices. There is a lovely view of construction equipment from certain rooms. I had an odd experience where when I checked in I used the main elevator to go to the second floor then went left out of the elevator lobby to the wing where my room was (oddly number 23xx but on the third floor, while the lobby is on the second floor.) The next day I go the same route but there is a new wall and locked door where I would have turned left, leaving me confounded. Apparently they blocked off that whole corridor going to that wing on that floor during the time I was out. I had to go back to the first floor, walk the same path there to the wing, then take the elevator in the wing to the second floor. The meeting room facilities were pretty decent, but I estimate would not support a large conference of 800 or more. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to a MARTA station. A very nice and safe location that is very close to the MARTA rail station. I also enjoyed the nearby shopping at the Perimeter Mall. Hotel is never overcrowded or desolate, a nice balance. Very nice workout facilities, enjoy the treadmills with televisions or the eliptical. Pool is indoor/outdoor and kept up nicely as is the hottub. A good amount of […] free weights are also available. Complementary internet available in the lobby, but must pay if you want it in your room.
