Du måste betala resortavgift oavsett om du använder området eller ej. Ingen som upplyste om att poolen närmst vårt rum inte var uppvärmd utan endast det andra området. Rent och snyggt men rummen behöver en uppfräschning. Området ligger precis sidan om Ripley´s believe it or not och med gott om restauranger på gångavstånd. Ett hotell att rekommendera om man ska till Orlando och Disney World. Nära till allt och man tar sig snabbt till Disney området med bil. Hotellet var fint med många olika pooler att välja mella med restauranger och barer. Det negativa var att det ej fanns gratis Wi Fi på rummet och avsaknaden utav kylskåp. Luftkonditionering fanns även om den var mycket […] omodern och lät för mycket om nätterna. Övrigt var vi väldigt nöjda med våran vistelse där och det kan rekommenderas till andra. Läs mer

The main issue we had with our stay at this "Resort" was the quality of service...it was poor at best which was quite a dissapointment.

The location of this hotel on I-Drive couldn't be more perfect. The room was clean but could have been more fragrant. I could tell this was an older resort from the bathroom amenities and the wooden flooring. Outside of that, I had a lot of privacy and the hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Location is great, but rooms were a little outdated for being a wyndham.

This hotel seemed pricey compared to other hotels in the area. No wireless internet in rooms. Buildings spread out over many acres; not convenient for conference attendees.

Had high expectations, as other Wyndhams I've stayed at have been very nice. The lobby and the customer service up front seemed to uphold those expectations. But as soon as we walked into the hallways to the actual hotel, that changed. The whole place smelt like a swimming pool. The hall carpets were stained. Paint chipped on the doors, and our door […] didn't close unless you yanked hard on the handle. Bath tub stained. All told, it struck me as a side-of-the-road motel rather than a "resort". It's a decent place, and was certainly a fine place to stay... as long as your expectations aren't too high :) At the very least, it's clean and safe. There were burn marks on the tub & it didn't drain properly. They sent up a repairman straight away (& it was fixed quickly).... but the outside walkways were so dirty (not w/trash but w/sticky dirty marks where people dropped things).

VERY NICE HOTEL..PARKING LIMITED, BUT WHEN FULL, THEY ALLOW YOU TO PARK IN HANDICAPPED SPOTS

The hotel itself was nice but the rooms were slightly above decent. I was disappointed that a king bed was not available even thought that is what I booked and was there before their check-in time. Also check in time said 3 pm on the website but Wyndham staff said check in was 4 pm. Didn't like that while waiting in line to check in the staff skipped 6 people in line to help someone that could have waited her turn. Also didn't like the leaky dripping faucet in the shower while i was trying to sleep and the noisy kids on the second floor. It also took hotel security 30 minutes at 11:30pm to get the kids to quiet down. The rooms were not clean, the AC needed repairs. The door to the room was about to fall off the hedges. The beds were ok. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortble. It was easy to find and close to what I needed. I would stay again.

I am sick of hotels that shamelessly add a "resort" fee as a way to increase revenue. I was told it was to pay for parking and pool fees...Aren't those two items included in most hotels fees? I would rather pay more for the room than to have a back door price increase. Other than the shady resort fee, it was a decent hotel.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. Location and setting of resort was more than I expected, I was very impressed that I did not have to leave the hotel if I didn't need to with the amount of things to do, such as the bar, dinning, ice cream shop, pools etc. Room was very clean and atmosphere was relaxing. On further observations bathroom ceiling […] should probably be cleaned better above shower and sheets should probably get looked at for smaller stains. I loved the proximity to both Disney and Universal parks and although the surrounding neighborhood wasn't ideal, I was very happy to find that we were just a short car ride from the Doctor Phillips area where we could eat and shop in a non-touristy and upscale environment. Three things that really stood out and the main reasons I didn't rate the hotel […] higher were all found in the bathroom (lack of hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc.; peeling / bubbling paint on the toilet seat and ceiling; and mildew on the interior of the shower curtain). we've stayed in the area many times. this hotel was my favorite by far! the grounds are beautiful!! the pool is awesome and the pool bar and restaurant were very nice with great food and drinks. we could walk to most everything along I-Drive and it was a short trip to the parks. i also really liked that the rooms opened to the outside instead of a hallway. […] loved this place!! cant wait to go back. Hotel service, cleanliness, and updating of the hotel all could have been better. Do not deal with the wyndam resort people in the lobby trying to sell you timeshares at there new resort.

I found the hotel conveniently located to Sea World and Universal. The grounds were lovely. There are a number of walking paths right in the hotel complex. The breakfast buffet was also nice and competitively priced. I would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. The room is cramped and the bathroom was dirty. We saw earwigs and spiders in the bathroom on both nights. The walls and ceiling are paper thin as well. We had very noisy neighbors and called security on them twice and could still hear them running around above our room.

asked for directions from front desk; they got their right and left mixed up (??)

For the price it's pretty good, but it could use some refurbishing. We had some breakdowns with a non-working phone, a missed wakeup call and finally, ants, but the front Desk/office made it up to us.

I would not recommend this hotel. The service from hotel staff was not bad at all but the room was extremely dated, cramped and dingy. The place is in desperate need of a remodel.

The lobby was georgous leading me to believe the room would match. Phone didn't work, floor lamp with no available outlet to plug it into, hair dryer broken, outlet in the bathroom inoperable, bugs crawling around in the bathroom, and the worst part - the tub filled with 4 inches of water while showering and water got in between the vinyl tub and the […] form making it feel like you were standing on a sponge. Overall rating is a 1.5. The quality of service is below par. You have to drive to get to the front desk from your hotel room. Response to "emergency" is rudeness. My room card key did not work when my family and I got there at midnight. My kids are practically passed out on the floor. I called the front desk only to abruptly notified to stay put and […] got hanged up on. I had to drive all the way to the "front desk" to get a new key card and to find out that another family is there trying to resolve the same issue. They were not being serviced neither. For cleanliness, the place is great on the outside. The pool area and buildings are very outdated but kept clean. The insides though is another matter. There were rusts on the hinges especially in the bathroom. The outlets do not work. The place has not been updated seems like from the 80's. For the comfort of the room, it is very tight. Not enough space for two people to pass one another. The bathroom door opens to block the shower along the with toilet bowl. The door does not close properly. The location is good with most of anything you need just around the corner. All in all, I do not recommend the place because for the same price you can definitely get a better hotel than this. Although called a "resort", it is far from it. It is basically buildings around a pool. The pictures online IS NOT what it actually is. Very deceiving. Läs mer

When we first arrived I was alittle taken aback by the nonchalance and "rudeness" of a few of the staff members but after expressing my concerns to the reservations agent checking me in she kindly upgraded my room- she didn't have to and I honestly was not expecting it. Our room was nice but smelled a little "beachy" the next morning the room service […] attendant shocked that we had been checked into the suitepromptly removed the source of the smell (a soiled rug). The rest of the trip went excellent! The hotels was so conviently located. Traveling w a toddler and an infant a playground on site was a welcomed ammenity. Our phone in the room didn't work, no internet connection was available, rust was all over top of door frame in the bathroom. Shower head needs to be replaced... very sparse water was coming out. Our door didn't shut unless pulled on very hard. Chairs needed to be cleaned-fabric was spotted with dirt. THE ROOM LOOK LIKE IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN CLEAN AT ALL. THE WALL HAD STAIN OF BLOOD LIKE THERE WHERE BUGS IN THE ROOM.

it was comfortable!!! the bathroom had a leak, and the parking was a mission to find , but the rest was amazing!!! GREAT location, comfortable room!!!

The Wyndham Orlando Resort was a decent place to stay, and it was close to all the theme parks. The resort is on a large piece of property with three pools, two restaurants, a ice cream shop, and a deli. The rooms are spacous and great for kids. We had bunk beds in our room. The resort is within walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants on […] Internation Drive, so you don't have to drive every where once you arrive at the resort. This was an affordable comfortable resort, and we stayed in blgd 16 which was on the west side of the resort,.it was very quite, and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves, which was very relaxing. I would like to make a recommendation to the hotel manager, and that is to have all the mattresses steamed cleaned or replaced. When I pulled my sheets off the bed we noticed brown substance that was flaky and easy to brush off but when I used soap & water to clean it off the spot just smeared and did not come out completely, so we just asked for new sheets put on the bed. Steam cleaning the mattress would ensure that the beds are cleaner for the many future guest to come to Orlando. Läs mer
