Hotell Ramada Hotel Los Angeles/Commerce - Commerce

We were attending my daughter's graduation ceremony at USC. Since all the hotels downtown (the ones we'd want to stay in, at least) were booked, we opted for the Ramada Commerce. While it's not in a great neighborhood, and it is right off the 5 freeway, it's not all that bad. But the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, and friendliness of its staff, […] more than made up for it. I would absolutely recommend this as an option, especially at their rates. The rooms smells, pillow smells like pomade and the other smells like perfume. Floors smells like someone peed on it, Bath tub overflows when you take a shower. Toilet seat ,paint are scratch off. Again we left early before our check out time.

I would have checked out of this hotel if I had not paid for it already. We were booked into a handicap room and when we asked for extra towels because the water from the shower got all over the floor, instead of saying no problem, we got asked how many people were in the room. Ridiculous since we had already explained the problem. The we were offered […] to move to a dirty room and for us to move our luggage to it until it was cleaned by the maid. We needed to use a printer and the one that they had for guests was broken and instead of offering us an alternative, we were pretty much told, "oh well". It was kind of okay but service wasn't good at the price we paid. TV was not working. No coffee in the room. Room wasn't so clean and in the night there was lot of noise on our floor. Find something better

Good: room looks cute, bed clean and comfy, Denny's right next door, hotel staff very nice . Bad: shower was gross with hair in it and we lifted the shower mat and it had mildew. The cleaning ladies came 3 times in the morning starting at 7 am. We didn't have a do not disturb sign so I kept having to say NOT RIGHT NOW as we were sleeping. This hotel meets the basic needs. It was clean and quiet. All furniture was well worn and didn't present itself well. Room was small, but sufficient. The surrounding area offered limited places to dine, and was nothing to look at. I will not stay here again as there are many choices in this area that are newer.

Traveling with infant. All request, including a baby crip were met. Staff was helpfull and courteous. Location had armed security patrol 24/7. I must say, in regards to all negative comments I' ve read, none of them are true or they are simply just exagerating based on a bad attitude. This hotel was affortable and nice all around. There is a Dennys […] restaraunt next door. Instant access to interstate 5 right accross from hotel provides travelers with easy acces to Disneyland, Downtown LA, Knotts Berry Farm, nearby outlets, etc. I saved money by staying at this hotel for six nights and I did it without sacrificing quality and comfort. Easy check in and check out. Needed wireless so went to contact the desk and the phone did not work. Went to the front desk and got information on how to connect to wireless (should have supplied that upon check in). Then 3 people came in to figure out the phone. Never said a word to us but came back twice - the last time with a new phone. Service in […] that respect was good. But at no time did anyone really speak to us. They all spoke to each other in front of us in another language. Even at check in they spoke to each other while checking us in. No conversation at all with us. Room quiet, very very old furnishings. Carpet had a repair that looked bad. Hot water in sink made very loud noises when turned on. Old but clean. Was not very close to places to eat, unless you like Denny's. Läs mer

this is my worst experience i ever had in any of my trips. I have to wait more than 2 hours to have my room checked in even i made a reservation early. There is problem with hotel .com and the communication with the hotel. Amount was paid but they spent more than 2 hours to verify.. We stayed there for four nights. Just an average hotel and it's next to the I-5. This hotel is not in the best area, however, drive a couple miles north and you will find Costco and an outlet mall.

I was looking for a nice and cheap place to stay with my husband while our vacation in LA. Last time I've been in LA I had very bad experience in "Motel 6". In Ramada Hotel I found what I was looking for- clean and welcoming room. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Although the hair dryer and the remote control did not work at once, they were quick to send a maintenance guy to fix them and they were fixed quickly and the maintenance person is courteous and friendly. Shampoo and soap are of a good quality as well. The towels were fine, […] just that on the second day, one of the towels is torn. One opportunity though, the staff are not very friendly. When I checked in, I there were 2 employees in front...they guy was doing something and the lady, was looking down and not only after maybe a minute or 2 that I was standing and made a noise that she asked me what I need...no good afternoon or no smile. I felt that my business is not welcome. Hotel is located about 10 minutes away from an outlet store, but surrounding areas are warehouses which we didn't mind since the interior of the hotel is clean and nice. had Denny's restaurant next door which was great. Food was good compared to other Denny's. Place was clean and it had a security over night watching parking lot which made me feel safe. The price was convenient. I'd go there again.

The shower only had cold water and there was a weird vent opening thing inside the shower it seemed kind of shady. The room was kind of dirty and just about everything in the room was falling apart. I am a business traveler. This is by far the worst Ramada I've ever been in. The second floor was scary. The whole hallway smelt dreadful. Also, looked VERY run down. The hallway molding was either gone or fallen on the floor. Eck.

The rooms where tidy and the staff friendly. Two places to eat within a stones throw of the hotel. The rooms where quite and comfy. The bathroom was also tidy and contained a powerful shower.

the front desk lady was very rude very greeted me with a smile, the Ice machine was broken for 2 days and i stayed at the hotel for 4 days, My room was sad to say but looked worse the a motel six for the price i paid on hotel.com i could of stayed at the hotel across the street for half the less i paid at ramada this was not a discount the room carpet […] was nasty the power plug in wall mounts were broken, the bathroom shower tile was NASTY brown yellow or dirtiness I would of gotten my money back but was a firm reservation I would not recommend for anyone to stay at the ramada especially for the price it was a rip of Läs mer

We never had maid service our whole stay there. The lady at the front counter didn't seem to care too much about us one way or the other. The shuttle was great and made up for the lady at the front counters attitude.
