Spännande och samtidigt overkligt. Efter miltals körning genom en öken kommer man då fram till något helt osannolikt som heter Las Vegas. Detta var något helt fantastiskt. Det var skönt att komma in till ett tyst och ljudisolerat rum.

Ballys är som de flesta andra Las Vegas hotell, stort, mycket folk och ett rökigt Casino. Frukosten som ingår innebär en voucher där man får gå till ett fik och välja från deras meny till ett visst värde. Det var 30 min kö varje morgon och det var dyr frukost så man fick inte så mycket för pengarna. Poolen var jättebra och man får stolar och handdukar […] gratis. Rummet som vi hade var stort (2 queen size) och hade ett bra badrum. Det var rent och fräscht och sängarna var sköna. Nåt som var riktigt negativt var att de tar bra betalt för wifi, och behöver du använda telefon så kostar det också pengar även om du ringer lokalt. Mitt samtal bröts och jag fick därmed betala dubbelt. Läget är toppen. Ligger i princip mitt emot Bellagio och Ceasars Palace, båda värt ett besök. Det är typ i mitten på The Strip. Dessutom är Ballys en av stationerna på monorailen som kan ta dig från ena änden på the strip till andra. Bra om du har en show på MGM du ska se. Om jag åker tillbaks skulle jag överväga Ballys igen, men då är jag mer beredd på frukosten och de extra avgifterna och får förmodligen en trevligare upplevelse. Läs mer

Superbekväma rum och väldigt bra standard. Hotellet är väldigt stort och har det mesta. Och det som inte finns här finns i närheten. När vi bokade trodde vi att det det skulle ligga på en sidogata men det låg verkligen mitt på the Strip! Rekommenderas verkligen!
"bally's: prisvärt med helt rätt läge"
Bally's har ett kanonläge på strippen med Bellagio-fontänen rakt över gatan. Kvarteren söderut med Paris, Planet Hollywood, Arias och MGM/New York känns betydligt trevligare än den något bedagade norra delen av strippen (östra trottoaren med imperial, casino royale, O'Haras osv.) Allt fungerade till belåtenhet. Uppgraderade till Norra tornets Deluxe-rum. […] Mycket bra rum men tråkig utsikt. Är utsikten från rummet viktig ska man välja på södra tornet. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen och bra service då vi behövde förvara våra väskor under 4 dagar. Inga problem med det. Helt okej kasino. Enda anmärkningen är en medioker frukost-buff'e. bally's ligger mitt emot bellagio och väldigt centralt på strippen. Rena och lagom stora rum. Vi bodde i norra tornet och de rummen håller god standard. enda synpunkten var frukostbuffen som var hel värdelös. Inte värt pengarna.

Värt sitt pris och nära till allt. Fint casino. Vi fick matkuponger av hotellet o fick själva välja var o när vi skulle äta. Stort rum med fin utsikt mot the Stip. Sköna sängar. Kommer att återvända!

"Great deal right in the heart of Las Vegas"
Our first impression was not the best: We had booked 3 nights in advance, but arrived one day early and thought it would be no problem to get a good deal on an extra night as we already booked three. no can do. The guy in the reception area was a bit rude, and the rate offered was the same as for our entire three night stay. Needles to say we went looking […] for another hotel (I can very highly recommend Gold Spike in old Downtown. GREAT room, free wifi - though not as good location as Bally's right on the strip). Anyways, we returned the next day, and got a free upgrade to a suite on the 15th floor in the North tower. Awesome room, and very clean facilities. No complaints at all, and for the price we payed I can only give this hotel the highest score possible. The pool area was good and the location of the hotel right in the middle of the Strip was really good. I highly recommend Bally's if you are looking for an affordable stay. I do not understand some of the complaints I read here prior to booking (maybe they got a room in the south tower which is still in need of refurbishing) Läs mer

Jätte bra läge mitt i stipen, men någorlunda gammalt hotell. Allt om allt ett bra hotell för det priset man gav. Hotellet har dock inga bra resturanger eller kaféer så man får ta sig till andra hotell in närheten om man vill äta buféer.
"Front desk nonchalans"
Anlände till Ballys och bokade in kl 12.00, vi hade bokat genom hotells.com, Frontdesken frågade endast efter namnet inte bokningsnummer, således fick vi fel rumstyp, vi hade bokat Luxyry room men erhöll ett basic room, ned tillbaks till frontdesken köa vänta och fick sedan rummet utbytt, men inte som vi hade beställt ett rökrum, men fick vänta 4 timmar […] på det, första halvdagen i Vegas spolierades, sedan visade sig att inte frukost kupongerna inte fungerade på grund av att dom inte gav oss nya som var kopplade till vårat nya rum, tur med vädret räddade vår tre dagars vistelse i Vegas, nästa gång blir det nog Cecars Palace eller annat hotell,men inte Ballys. "Bally's - Bad and Good"
I recently stayed at Bally's in Las Vegas while on a business trip. Overall I would say that I was very happy with the stay and would recommend it to others. The bad: When I checked in I was informed that there was no non-smoking room available. The room I first got when checking in (south tower) wasn't exactly spotless. The glasses in the room were […] very dirty (filled them with water which turned yellow), shower door stuck, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom etc. The good: When I went to reception to ask them to send up shampoo, soap and clean glasses (I only asked for these items. I didn't start making a complaint) they immediately apologised and had a runner come up to the room with these items. They also provided a new room in the north tower from the following day. Same style room but this time very clean (non-smoking) and generally a nicer feel than first room. No complaints at all on this room and would be happy to stay there again. Staff: Nice and courteous. Location: Good location on the strip. Walking distance to most places you'd want to go and easy access to the monorail. Other: Both rooms were very spacious (goes for the bathroom as well) and had a nice general feel to them. The first room overlooked the strip, the Eiffel tower at Paris and the fountains at the Bellagio. Since I was there on business though this had a downside as the noise level in a room facing the strip is really high. The second room didn't face the strip so the view wasn't much fun but on the other hand it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again but would make sure to get a non-smoking room in the north tower from the start. Läs mer

Vi stannade på Bally's för en billig peng och det var värt varje krona! Vi har hört kritik om hotellet men vi förstod verkligen inte varför? Personalen var toppen, renligheten var grym och allt låg inom gångavtsånd! Inredning var lite klassisk men det betyder inte att nåt var dåligt för det? Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell! För en billig penning bor man här så centralt det går. Hotellet är lite gammalt och slitet men det sitter ihop med Paris som är fräschare. Superläge mitt på strippen.

We were so unhappy with the hotel, so we left after one night although we pre-paid for two nights. The shower had mildew, to the point that we didn't want to use it. The mattress in the king size bed had a deep "valley" in the middle of it.

"Good Value"
I attended a conference that was being held at Caesar's Palace but did not want to stay in the hotel that the conference was being held in. Bally's was reasonable, the room spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. I only had one issue- there was a garage destruction across the street behind the Flamingo in the wee hours of the morning […] that we were not warned about. "Bally's is fab!"
Could be cleaner in bath and under furniture, but great staff, great locations and great value! Would stay there again for sure!
Overall the rooms were good. Fairly quiet, except the traffic noise. Very spacious which was great. However, room service was very rude and not helpful at all. Also, the first night, our flight was delayed and even though we had pre-paid the room fully, they gave our non-smoking room away. We ended up in a smoking room, in a different tower from our […] group. The woman who had to stay in the room is severely allergic to smoke, but the front desk staff refused to do anything about it. They did end up moving her to a non-smoking room on the same floor as the rest of us the next night. However, we did not receive anything for the inconvenience. All in all it was an ok hotel. Just make sure you check in early, as apparently you are not guaranteed a room, even if you have paid for it. Läs mer

"Huge letdown!"
This hotel is a joke. My sister got there before me to check in to both rooms and she was not allowed even though I cleared it via phone. Our flight was delayed, which we notified them of and they gave my room up after my sister held the room with her credit card AND paid $20 extra to do. Its is as good as any hotel in a casino. As long as you go in not expecting any amenities (like free wifi, refrigerator, microwave, breakfast, etc.) then you won't be disappointed. The room was nice and the staff was kind.

Our visit started out very well when we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The receptionist was very kind and polite when we were checking in. We've never stayed at this hotel before, so we were quite excited. The room was pretty nice at first glance with a huge tub and bathroom with two vanities. After an evening out, we returned to the […] room in a very cold condition. I turned the temperature up so the heater would kick on, but only cold air came out of the vents, so we turned off the air altogether. The walls were kind of thin; the neighbors across the hall woke us up at 5 with loud voices and the TV in the room adjacent to us was extremely loud. The next morning, we looked forward to taking warm showers before we checked out ... NO HOT WATER whatsoever! We left the water running for a while, but it never even reached luke-warm temperatures. I'm not sure I would stay at this hotel again; I definitely appreciated the upgrade, but wonder if the standard room would've been a better choice with hot water and a better ventilation system. "Great location ok hotel"
The room was clean but from the elevator to the room was very dirty. There were a number of empty glasses and discarded straws all over the floor. The carpet was very dirty. Don’t walk around without shoes!! We were made aware of getting free redemption cards that allow the casino players to earn points for playing. We went to the Gold and Platinum […] information desk to obtain the redemption cards. The employee was extremely rude. "Vegas on the Strip"
Excellent stay, close to all the famous Vegas attractions. Room smelled a bit of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. This is a problem in most Vegas hotels that have a casino and smokers!!
It was great. wish we could have stayed there while we visited Death Valley.

"Value for cost."
Our stay was of acceptable quality other then the cost of food & drinks. I would also highly recommend that you upgrade you system of removing the air of the smell of nicotine and smoke. I also think that you could have a more descriptv map of the locations of the Pool & gaming area.

"great should have stayed longer"
too short
I would have liked an in-room coffee maker and better quality pillows. Liquid shower gel, and separate shampoo and conditioner. They had only a combination of shampoo and conditioner in one. I also had a problem with the TV. The staff was excellent, very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Bally's.

Overall the location is great but modernization is needed in this hotel. The lobby is a smoke cloud. Room was nice. Not a very solutions oriented hotel though were able to help when asked.

I love Ballys! Will stay there again. Nice hotel plus shuttle to Rio and shuttle to Gold Coast and Orleans on corner.

A nice hotel midway down the strip. If you like to walk, it's within walking distance to most sites, and you can get to most other casinos by their sky-trains (?)
