Rymliga och rena rum om än inte av absolut senaste standard. Mycket bra sängar. Lite störande trafik vissa nätter. Bra läge och trevlig personal.

Hotellet ligger inte optimalt för turistande, men det finns gratis shuttle till metron varje kvart, alternativt 10min promenad. Gratis shuttle till inrikesflygplatsen i närheten. Frukosten som inte ingick i min bokning var relativt dyr, men det finns några helt OK frukost/lunch-hak över gatan och runt hörnet som är billigare.Trevlig personal i reception och bar, testade inte restaurangen på översta våningen. Stora enkelrum. Biluthyrning finns inom 5min promenad, finns alltid minst en taxi och väntar utanför hotellet.

"Always Niced to be Pleasantly Surprised"
Have had mixed luck with Crowne Plaza, hotels but this one was attractive and well located for my purposes. Ease of access and signage to the building could be better but that was only a minor issue and staff were both attentive and well trained.Verifierad gästrecension

Typical hotel room. Supposed to have free breakfast with room, but tried to charge us for buffets for a 3 and 7 yr old. Did drop the charge when we fought it, and were very polite about it - 15.00 for a 3 yr old eating at a buffet seems ridiculous to me (think she had a piece of toast) but waiter seemed a bit jaded. My only critique was a mandatory […] charge for housekeeping?? I thought tips were supposed to be obligatory and at the discretion of guest. If not, then it's a charge, not a tip. We're happy about our stay at this hotel, iit was clean and comfortable. However, it seems like there was an issue between Hotels.com system and the hotel. We booked this hotels with two double beds through Hotels.com but we checked in, the room only has one king bed. I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel, it was nice, quite, clean and good. My only advise would be if you are trying to decide if u want the breakfast included or not, I say take it! It is very clean and put together. But if you were more a Starbucks fan than don't take the breakfast option because there are 3 Starbucks in the area 2 in the […] mall and 1 next to whole foods which is right next to The Westin hotel in the area:) I stayed there on a Saturday and checked out Sunday! It is within a walking distance to Tyson's corner and there is a gas station also within a walking distance. Nice resturaunts in the area including inside the mall itself. "Close to Metro and Shopping"
Comfortable bed with variety of pillows. Complimentary full breakfast was included in the rate. Ample free parking available. Front desk staff always friendly and eager to help. "Great convenient location."
Everything was great until I got home and found a $40 charge on my debit account. Supposedly they do that when you check in for security purposes but no one told me that. When I arrived they said they had no info we had a dog, yet when we booked here, it was specifically because they were pet friendly. Front desk said we were lucky because they only had one more room left. Told then there is a $75 cleaning fee for pet. Should have been told up front. Very small dated room. Walls were stained.
