I was losing faith after 5 minutes with no hot water from the shower, but it finally kicked in. Other than that, nothing memorable about the hotel.

This hotel was awesome. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and this ranks right near the top. Excellent and friendly staff, clean, spacious, nice TV, etc. Airport shuttle arrived 5 minutes early and got me to the airport ahead of schedule. Wonderful hotel.

Nice place, but why do they have to charge so much for internet?

1. Room Service that is reasonably priced 2. Proximity to the office in Omaha (<10 min) 3. IT'S A CASINO 4. Ace's Diner - Great food, huge portions, good prices 5. IT'S A CASINO

The main part of the room was ok but the bathroom was nasty. Definitely not impressed for how much we paid.we ended up going to horseshoe to gamble because the casino at harrahs is really pathetic. Probably better to find a cheap hotel and drive to where you want to go. At least the shuttle from harrahs to horseshoe was free.

Clean, Reasonable and has all you need.

The room was excellent. Probably one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Anyone who stays here definitely has to try the deluxe funnel cake at the diner. I would highly recommend staying here.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The price seemed a bit high, but I would definitely stay again.

I was pretty frustrated with everything. The question you should ask yourself is what do they have and what do they do for you because it is nothing. It is so smokey especially in the casino. The casino only has 2 craps table so they were full and you couldn't get in to play. So you couldn't breathe or play. One reason I was there was to go to a convention […] at the MAC which is in a 2 mile radius and they do not shuttle over there. They don't shuttle anywhere. That was disappointing. The wifi is not free. There is no pool or hot tub. Took a shower in the middle of the afternoon and had only cold water. The room was fine but nothing great. It was clean. Läs mer

This hotel was spectacular......................I will stay there again when I go back to the Omaha area!

45 th aniversey Got there no food open other than a hamberger dive oh were sorry right on our 45 th. had to go elsewhere . had a great steak in C Bluffs.

This was the first time I'd been to Omaha, NE. I figured I'd be spending a week there in the middle of nothing, with nothing to do. And then along came Harrah's - it truly made my work-related trip worth it! I am actually looking forward to returning in a few weeks!

My sons' flight arrived at 10:30 p.m., and the hotel charges $20.00 for a short shuttle ride from the airport. Cabs are only $18. After checking in and visiting the casino, he was very disappointed to learn that there were no open cafes or even vending machines with sandwiches. Hotel portion was excellent. We would have liked to stay in the casino longer.Unfortunately, we were forced to evacuate the premises early due to the heavy second hand tobacco smoke that permeated all levels of the casino ... including the so-called "non-smoking" area.How disappointing!

Upon arrival, my initial opinion of the hotel was not good. I have asthma and am sensitive to smoke, and this place is very smoky. However, my room (on the 8th floor), was surprisingly refreshing. There was no apparent smoke scent or residue. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with everything a bathroom should have. […] And the area around the hotel is filled by the river, a golf course, and open land, which led to a very quiet night. I slept great. The hotel is situated walking distance from downtown Omaha (across the river) and only a few miles from the airport. I ended up walking everywhere and saving cab fare. From Harrah's, over the marvel-of-engineering walking bridge over the Missouri River, and into Omaha, and then all the way back. The area seems very safe and is well-kempt. Harrah's casino, while smoky, was rather fun. It was surprisingly busy and lively. Plenty of cocktail waitresses taking orders and I ended up doubling my initial gambling investment (the dice were on my side for a change). I found most people, dealers included, are quite friendly and easy to talk to. And finally, I recommend a visit to the 360 Steakhouse, atop the hotel. The view at night time is magnificent. You are close enough to see downtown Omaha all lit up, but far enough and over the river so no other large buildings obstruct your view. The cocktails were generous (and surprisingly affordable) and the steaks were good (not great) for the price. The lobby smells like smoke from the cassino, but our room did not smell. Very nice room and great service.

Nice place for a romantic weekend getaway.

Hotel was nice, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint is a VERY SIMPLE fix that the hotel should have every maid inspect everytime they are in the room: Caulk the showers!!! White caulking is very inexpensive and goes a long way in the appearance of a bathroom.

Forgot casinos allow smoking. Great rate. Excellent room. Clean, large, modern. Failed to notice additional charge for wireless internet...$10+. Didn't use it. Great value.

Spent 3 nights. Room was comfortable but hallway traffic was loud (loudest elevator chime ever) and could be heard all hrs of night. As far as a casino, marginal at best. No gift shop in hotel for incidentals. Ate at 360 last night there. Food was marginal but view and service was good. Wants to be a top steak house, quality of food not there.

room was clean, quiet, and secure. The matteress might have seen its better days but overall I feel that for the money paid it was a good value.

Arrived around 7:00 pm and room was not ready. Luckily casino was there and we played for 45 min. Checked on room again and was finally ready. Best room we have stayed in in a long time.

The hote was great! More electrical outlets in my room than I've ever seen in a hotel room. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large and bathroom was roomy. My only disappointment was my check-in. I got there 1-1/2 hrs before check-in began (I knew I was early), so had something to east and went to casino. I came back at check-in and room still not […] ready. Desk clerk called and asked that my room be done next but then never informed me when it ws ready. I had to watch 6-8 customers walk right up to desk and immediatley get their room, while I had to sit and wait even though my reservation was prepaid. I finally had to get in line and inquire again if my room was ready and it was. What would have been so difficult about checking occasionally and then informing me since I was sitting only 20 feet away with my luggage and the clerks knew that's where I was. There should be some mechanism in place to inform housekeeping when a guest has arrived and is waiting for the room. Thankfully the rest of my stay made up the seeming lack of customer service. Nice place. Easy to get to in spite of the high water from Missouri river issues. Our compliments to the hotel team for working around that issue this year.Thanks!

Although I was satisfied with the overall hotel experience, I was still disappointed with the price of the rooms considering it was a Monday night in a casino based hotel. There were no other events that night and the place was nearly empty. I was shocked that I HAD to go to hotels.com to get a better price than I did calling in myself.

We stayed on a Sunday, which there were not many people around and then on Monday went to the Horseshoe Casino and was offered a coupon valid for a free night stay Sunday thru Thursday. We spent a lot on the room which we could of got free if we would of went to the Horseshoe before we made our reservation.

Everyone I encountered at the hotel was terrific! From front desk, to the restaurant, to the security guards. A+ to the entire staff!

The hotel staff was very friendly. My only concern was the overall condition of the bathroom. The tub was filthy. We were unable to use it. The sink in the bathroom was also filthy to the point that water would not drain from it.

A nice clean hotel, but watch for add-on charges like wi-fi and local calls. The main reason I chose this hotel however was for the casino which was small and disappointing. Another problem was shuttle transportaion........the hotel shuttle does not run to/from the airport from 7:30pm to 4:30am unless you want to pay more than for a taxi.

Great location on our trip to the other side of the country. The room was very nice with great toiletries. Building in great condition. Restaurant on the 12th floor could be smelled throughout the hotel. Shuttle to other casino very convenient.

Loved our stay. The only complaint is that the soda machine on our floor was Pepsi..and didn't even have water in it. You COULD buy the FOUR DOLLAR bottle of water that was in the room if you wanted.
