We liked the hotel. A few things could have made it better. A little more attention to cleanliness of lobby and stairwells. Also, I did not like the linens on the bed. My sheets were torn and ripped and there was no real comforter. I must say the staff was very friendly and it was nice getting a call after we checked in to see if everything was okay. "Terrible Beds..."

We got there room was not like the PICTURES. they said it was Expedias fault. They didn't want to give us another room we thought we paid for. I would not have even gone there for the price we paid.we are a military family and don't to have to deal with false advertisement like this and the breakfast made me sick after I ate the eggs. "We recommend this hotel"
We arrived very late and our room was all ready for us. When the toilet stopped up the second night they immediately offered to move us to another room. We asked for adjacent rooms for our family and they arranged for that as well. Breakfast included a large variety of hot and cold items that were well stocked except on mornings when there were a lot […] of people there. Then it took a bit longer- as expected. For the most part the people staying there were quiet and respectful of each others privacy and the employees were friendly and accommodating. Our only complaints were: frequently only one hand towel instead of two in the bathroom, room not vacuumed daily, bed sheets not changed daily and we stayed there for two weeks! "Okay for a night's stay."
Our room needed additional blankets. Our room key also failed 3 times! Had to keep going back to the front desk so we could get it reset and that didn't work one of the times -- they had to let us in the room. We were late to an event because of this issue.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia
"Great Hotel for a Family"
The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the staff at the frond desk was polite and made you feel welcome. Our room was clean and was a good size. "Friendly personnel, basic motel"
The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants and about ten minutes drive to Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are definitely tired-looking with an old tv, dated dark furniture, etc. however, it was clean enough and certainly adequate for the price. Breakfast was served in a room off the lobby but nowhere near big enough for all the guests. […] They had eggs cooked hard in a round shape, round sausages and some sort of potato wedges that were truly unidentifiable and nasty. The breads were white and English muffins with two kinds of mini muffins- basic supermarket stuff. They did have Dannon and Yoplait fruit yogurts, plus apples and bananas- our favorite part. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and accommodating. Our room was always clean, bed was made, and fresh towels available every day! I enjoyed having a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker. "Servicabe but dingy"
Met most of our needs. Just be aware that hotel is dingy and in need of a major renovation Staff is friendly. Pool area is very crowded in evening. Elevators have no AC and very hot and stuffy. "Friendly staff. Good value for the money."
We stayed 3 nights and went to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Our room was cleaner than the rest of the hotel's common areas. We only stayed one night on our way to the beach, but it was a very clean and comfortable place. The pool was nice for the kids. "Williamsburg on a Whim"
This the perfect hotel for what you pay, it was right in the middle of town. We literally walked to dinner and mini-golf about a block away. It had all the basic stuff, breakfast, internet, pool, etc so the kids were happy. It would have been nice if the pool had been open a little later at night but other than that everything was great. "Good location, helpful staff, needs cleaning"
We stayed here for a week at the end of July. Positives: microwave/refrigerator in room, close to lots of eating places/shopping and close to Colonial Williamsburg. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My money jammed in the dryer one night and staff went above and beyond and dried two loads of laundry for me in the housekeeping dryers. "Good, basic hotel for families"
Hotel was very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg/Busch Gardens, and close to many restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Hotel itself is a little shabby and could use some updates, but clean and totally adequate. This was my family's first visit to Williamsburg and it couldn't have been more perfect. We have stayed at Best Western's before and have always loved them and this hotel met our expectations.
