The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Place was clean all around. Love to stay at this chain!

Very clean, great price, comfortable and great complimentary breakfast!! Perfect location near great food and drink places also right next to the freeway!

All was very nice and as expected. The particular room was very nice in appearance with the wood finishing. Ice machine on 4th floor was either not working or completely depleted by visiting girls softball teams (very cute young girls all ready for their competition and uniformed up and in full spirit) but the one on first floor was fine. Microwave […] and fridge in room were nice and convenient. Room a little small and the bathroom door swung into the room taking up its own occupancy but hardly worth shedding a tear. I loved staying at this hotel the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to many restaurants and location was safe. The guy at the front desk was able to check me in a little earlier. The hotel room was clean and we even had free breakfast in the morning. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel.

Second time I've stayed there in 2 months... and it was great. only thing i can say is that if the towels were better and toiletries nicer, it would be absolutely perfect!

We love the Hampton Inn becasuse the breakfast is so convenient. Beds were a little stiff at this one though.

I have no complains everything was perfect including a very good and clean breakfast service. We will stay here again when we go to magic mountain again. Thanks

The hotel was convenient to where our family reunion was held. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed Easter weekend. The hotel was crowded with many families and youth sports teams who tended to overwhelm the breakfast buffet. As a result, we were unable to get breakfast before we had to leave for our reunion. The stuffs are very nice. Though we had to leave the hotel early for catching a flight, they made us breakfast to go bags which was really considerate. The room are nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. Only thing that we hope that they do not have is on their TV there are too much adult type program, which was really disturbing.

everything was nice... But like in my profession they say, I need to find out at least one thing to complain. and this time it will be a miss of real wine glasses. i can survaive with plastic mug whilst on breakfast but wine I should enjouy with proper wine glass ;)

The manager and front desk staff were extremely helpful!

This isn't the first time I've stayed at this Hampton Inn. I will stay at this hotel location again. I love the friendly, courteous staff.

We were traveling to San Diego and decided to cut the trip in half and stay in Santa Clarita overnight. Selected the Hampton Inn based largely on price. For an excellent rate, we got a very nice room, that was updated and comfortable, and a FREE breakfast. Can't beat that!

Everything was outstanding expect the bed. The bed was just ok.

Great hotel to stop at on our road trip up north. My husband thought the heater made the air very dry and a bit uncomfortable. I thought their breakfast selection was good. They didn't just have a bunch of unhealthy options. The yogurt options they had all had artificial sweeteners,but delicious oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts available made up for […] that. Läs mer

I absolutely loved this place. My husband and I stayed here for one night while celebrating our anniversary. The room was spacious and immaculate. The king standard room had a couch and flat screen tv. The complementary breakfast was great. They had everything from cold cereal to oatmeal, bagels, eggs, even fresh waffles! The front desk were super friendly. […] In the morning while having our breakfast, we discovered in theater movie rentals were available in our room (additional charge of course). so I called the front desk to see if they offered late check out. She checked and got back to me with a yes...we'd be able to stay til 1. I said to go ahead and charge the late check out fee to my card and she replied that there would be no extra charge! What an easy place to get to. The staff even asked us if we preferred rooms away from the highway ...if noise would disturb us or not. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The room was very welcoming and the customer service by staff was great. The breakfast was awesome!

This hotel was a perfect location for us, visiting family in Sylmar, touring LA, Hollywood and Disneyland. Never had any problems with the hotel, staff was friendly and the only problem I had was not having enough time to use the heated outdoor pool! My family and I would stay again.

Older, dated hotel but maintained very well for age. Rms on the small side but clean and functional. Front desk staff couldn't be friendlier. Breakfast attendant, Lorena was fantastic! She refilled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffle batter & toppings, fruits (whole), juices, coffee, milk, water, yogurts, breads, bagels, oatmeal and cold cereal, BEFORE they […] ran out -very efficient. Kept floors swept and dining area clean and interpreted for front desk when needed too! Lorena was as sweet as she is efficient -I even gave her a hug for doing such a great job. She is a STAR employee for sure! Thank you Lorena!! If you get a good deal at this hotel, you will not be disappointed with your stay. Approx. 10 min. drive to Magic Mountain. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. Two grocery stores, party store and gas stations also convenient. Felt like a safe area. We would stay here again the next time Läs mer

The location was right off the freeway, the rates were excellent! The room was fabulous! Not to mentio. A pretty sweet breakfast spread! It was located near many shops places to eat, movie theater and directions to any of these place are given by the front desk. They also had a very friendly staff!

We stayed here on our way to Palm Springs it was easy to continue our trip from this Inn.

This was a great facility. Its clean, comfortable, near I-5 and very affordable. I stayed there on my way north from Southern California. Its a great bargain and facility. Its also close to everything like gas, restaurants and grocery stores.

This is a super-nice hotel with all the comforts of home. Starting with a really large room, comfortable bed and perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was great and the coffee was the best I've had in a long time.

This hotel is nice as Hamptons always are. The only problem was we booked a two queen room and when we got to the room they were double beds. The manager assured us they are queen beds. My husband and I have slept in a queen for 12 years and we know what size a queen is and they are not queens. Maybe Hampton Inn Hotel Queens to save money but not normal […] everyday people queens. Overall it was a great visit. Their complimentary breakfast area is too small but other than that is was a great hotel.

The stay was wonderful, the staff were great. I wasn't in the room much but when I was I enjoyed it. I love a hotel with great beds! I will stay again, I am sure.
