Rent och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Litet badrum. Vi fick uppgraderat rum pga att vårt rum inte var klart vid incheckning, fick rum på 11:e vån! Härlig utsikt! Vi prövade ej frukost, tyckte den verkade dyr...

I've got no complaints with room standard or standard of service. The location is central but not perfect. It's not priceworthy, but I guess no hotel in London is. Edgware Rd, the main road nearby, is apparently also the center of "little middle-east", so first we wondered were all the English people had gone. I recommend the Indian restaurant Mahal […] on Edgware Rd. They serve excellent Indian food until late in the evening. Läs mer

Hotellet är bra beläget nära Oxford street och har det mesta man kan önska sig. Frukosten är helt suverän där man kan få i princip vad som helst. De hjälper också till med biljetter till fotboll, transporter mm på ett mycket trevligt sätt. Hotellet rekommenderas!

marble arch är ett mycket bra hotell med ett centralt läge man kommer på ett lätt sätt ut i london antingen man går elleråker the tube (tunnelbanan) hotellet är fräscht med mycket bra service och fina rum

The location is great to connect to various parts of the city. the food is terrible. buffet breakfast is really bad. in room options are very limited and doesnt match to marriot standards.

My only reflection was that on the confirmation from Hotels.com ther was breakfast included in the price, but when checking in at the hotel, the information was that breakfast was not included in the price. We solved this ang I got breakfast included in the agreed price.

This hotel was quite comfortable and well positioned albeit in between tube stations and strangely enough there is another Marriott adjacent to Marble Arch, making this's name slightly confusing. hops and I read that it was in a multicultural neighbourhood however it appeared to consist mainly of one group. It is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the […] shops in Oxford Street and closest tube stations, with buses running down Edgeware Road to the centre of the city. when I made the reservation with you you promised a deluxe room. when we arrived the room was small. i complained and was told this is a deluxe standard not what i requested. they moved me the 2nd night to a bigger room. the hotel is under renovations on the outside. i asked for extension cord and it took 30 minutes to arrive and it was 10pm . when […] they moved our room i asked if the extension cord was in the room and when i got there it was not. very disappointed with Marriott. the girl gave us a comp breakfast but the first lady wanted to up charge for a bigger room but i refused Läs mer

Good location for the sites but situated in an area dominated by Lebanese restaurants and so on. Great if you want that. We did not although not phased at all by it. Otherwise excellent comfortable hotel with polite and attentive staff.

the hotel is located very close to Hydepark, Oxford st and Edjward Rd. the executive lounge is offers light breakfast in the morining. they have good afternoon snack and wine

Hotel facade covered by scaffold, overlooking the backdoor entrance to the local Halal butcher shop. Marble Arch is a stretch of a name for this hotel; little Arabia would have been more precise. We arrived late, and service was at best slow, but we got our room after a quick backoffice trip by the front desk personnel. Rooms are kept tidy and clean; […] housekeeping are up to standards. Annoying that a warning that we had not been checked in properly appeared at the TV screen every time it was in use. Bar personnel are slow, forgetful and appear unprofessional, as if untrained. Low service degree. Breakfast restaurant manager is attentive and does a good job. Her staff (pancake chef) appears untidy, and has poor hygiene standards. An exeption was the eggs/omelette chef; she knew her business and gave a positive impression and smiley service. Breakfast personnel (waiters and cleaners attentive. Beautiful hotel in a good location (5 minute walk to Oxford St or Edgeware Rd). Impressive front lobby with polite, eager to please staff. My only complaint would be the overbearing perfume / air freshner smell in the lobby. This really does need to be toned down! The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained and tidy. Our room was a standard […] double - a good size with desk, tv, chair, king bed (very comfortable!), wardrobe with good facilities. I would have liked the opportunity to put on an extra blanket on the bed but nothing was available. The ensuite bathroom was clean and I loved the shower gels/soaps that were provided. Good location for the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the Marble Arch and Oxford blvd where all the shopping is and good place to take a tour bus from. Good breakfast and a helpful customer service.

I got a smoking room after asking for one without. they had no free other room

The hotel is nice enough inside, but nowhere near worth the price paid. The Executive Lounge space is too small for the usage. We liked the day that the lounge was closed, though we had to wait 45 minutes to learn of it, and we were able to eat in the restaurant. Hotel is a modern marriott hotel with good room size , good facilities. it is not at Marble arch but 3 block away . Area is very international with large selection of restaurants. Good value for money

Typically pleasant Marriott experience. Perhaps better-than-average concierge staff that was attentive and voluntarily helpful. Location is central and an easy 4 block walk to either Marble Arch or Edgeware Underground Stations. On line maps suggest using Paddington which is a mistake as it is furhter away, though it may have assumed arrival there via […] Heathrow Express. Hotel is located in densely populated area of Middle Eastern restaurants. If you have any uneasiness about that, this isn't the hotel for you. It is however a perfectly safe 4+ star property, and offers guests the opportunity to explore new foods around the corner. Only negative to property, and even that's unfair, is lack of alternative venues for breakfast. We typically try to save a few dollars and experience local flavor by eating off premises (Marriott really needs to reassess their global pricing for breakfasts). Unfortunately, the closest alternatives were Costa Coffee, Starbucks, and McDonalds. So we had contintental breakfasts and used lunch and dinner for experiences. Overall a great stay. My wife, 9 month old child and I stayed here for two nights while visiting friends and doing some sight seeing. The location of this hotel is excellent, approximately 5 minutes walk from Oxford St. The room was spacious and very comfortable and all staff were very helpful. The only gripe I would have with the hotel is the £15 charge for 24 hours internet […] access. This to my mind is absolute extortion. What an excellent all rounder this hotel proved to be. Firstly, if traveling by train to Paddington, the hotel is only 15 minutes walk away. The welcome and comfort level was excellent, the room was all one could ask for, very quiet, clean, air-con or not to your preferance, and of a decent size for a city hotel. It's normally difficult to find a hotel in London when traveling with 2 kids - the Marriott is an excellent solution to the problem. The rooms are large and comfortable and the location is excellent .

I bestillingen min sto det at jeg hadde bestilt rom inkl. frokost for 2 personer. Når jeg kom til hotellet påsto de at jeg ikke hadde betalt for frokost, selv om jeg hadde med utskrift av bestillingen. Måtte selv ringe hotels.com og få de til å kontakte hotellet. Håpløst å ikke bare gi det til meg når jeg har bevis på at det skulle være inkl. Fikk frokosten […] etter at hotels.com hadde tatt kontakt med de. Situation idéale, centrale et proche du metro. Proche des zones de shopping. Excellente qualité de service par du personnel aimable. Buffet de petit-déjeuner avec large choix, bar sympa. Concierge efficace, competent et aimable. Chambre confortable, excellente literie, calme. Un seul bémol, bruit de la ventillation. A stopper la nuit.

Suveren service, god beliggenhet ved Oxford Street. Topp frokostbuffet. Anbefales!

Kjempekoselig hotell med hyggelig betjening 5 min fra Oxford street. Utrolig lekre rom med stor behagelig seng, og liten salong. Lite bad, men innholder alt du trenger.

Situation finalement pas très proche du métro, et à la frontière entre 2 quartiers: résidentiel de luxe très british d'un côté, et ambiance arabe et narguilés de l'autre. Personnel de l'hôtel aimable mais sans plus, surtout avec la clientèle familiale que nous étions (on sent une ségrégation avec la clientèle affaire qui prend des taxis à 100£ pour […] se déplacer). Très bonne literie, belle chambre qui correspond aux photos, et piscine superbe! Nous avions une chambre "exclusive" 4 personnes avec accès au salon privé. Salon très bien, mais l'accès était pour .... 2 personnes seulement !? On a payé en plus pour les enfants, qui de toute façon ne sont pas admis au salon après 18h car il y a de l'alcool. Du coup, vous avez le choix entre ne pas prendre votre apéritif à l'hôtel, ou y aller en couple sans les enfants .... En conclusion: mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Läs mer
