Trevlig personal, nära french Quartet. Men det vara bara 1 kvarter från ett område man inte skulle gå till. Men killen var snäll Ica berättade vart man inte borde gå. Vi bokade samma dag som vi kom så vi fick ett rum med 6 st sängar. Det var i ett gammalt hus och var lite läskigt med så många sängar och så stort rum. Men skulle kunna bo där igen för det var lämpligt gång avstånd till det vi ville se och mysig innergård.

"bra läge"
Ett kanon hotell, bra läge (kan knappast bli bättre). Rena,stora snygga rum. Bra med pakering i samma hus. Ända minuset är att man fick vänta länge på hissarna trots att det fanns fyra st, och att det inte var frukost.Verifierad gästrecension

"Holiday Inn - i hjärtat av New Orleans"
Om du väljer att bo på detta hotell kommer du att hamna i hjärtat av New Orleans. Du bor nära allting - restauranger, nöjen, tåg, andra hotell etcetera. Eftersom hotellet ligger så centralt ska man vara medveten om att det hela tiden händer saker och ting runt hotellet. Nattlivet är hektiskt. Trots detta var det lugnt inne på hotellet. The hotel was in a great location. Was able to check in early (8an). The only bad thing about using the parking at the hotel was the cost ($30) and I had 2 cars in their lot.Verifierad gästrecension
"Great Location"
Great location for tourists, block away from Bourbon St, right on Royal with tons of shops and art galleries to browse through. Right by Canal to catch public transportation and the Airport bus. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Convenience store across the street, CVS on the corner, Chase Bank on the corner, grocery store a few blocks up, Subway […] next store, Sandwich shop across the street - every convenience at your reach. Room was clean, good complimentary toiletries, had a room on the 20th floor with a great view of the river and sunrise/sunsets. Stayed here previously back when it was a Holiday Inn, and will stay here again. So conveniently located and so easy to walk in and out at all hours of the night - just remember to have your room key as they lock the front doors after midnight and the keycard is also used for the elevators to access your floors, love the security measures they take. If you forget your key they are very accomodating and will give you another to get to your room. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel, but didn't eat there - no need to, you're in NOLA, go explore! Also have a pool and fitness center I didn't take advantage of, next time. Free wi-fi in the room, which was great. Wish there was a safe in the room. All of our personal belongings were accounted for, but would have liked to use it for our more valuable items instead of "hiding" them. Overall - great hotel. Läs merVerifierad gästrecension

"Good Location"
Good location, nice big room, close to the Bourbon Street action. Parking was a little steep ,$30. Elevator was a little goofy. Got in late and left early, was in the room for 3 hours, I'd stay there again.Verifierad gästrecension
"Great location, friendly staff"
The hotel itself is older but they keep it clean. The indoor pool was great and all the staff was friendly. The location was perfect with a Walgreens a block away and several restaurants within walking distance. "Good on certain occasions"

It was extremely convenient being right on the French Quarter but the advertised picture was a bit misleading. The quality of the hotel and rooms are not as luxurious as depicted. I think it was newly purchased by Windham and has not yet been remodeled.Verifierad gästrecension
"Great location"
The hotel is in a great location but needs some work. The lobby is too small for the groups that book here. The room was small but clean. The maid service was spotty- she entirely missed us one day. The front desk was pleasant but they should have warned us that if you keep the hotel key card near your cell phone the key is deactivated.Verifierad gästrecension

"great french quarter location."
the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. if you are on the 19th or 20th floors you have to take two elevators. a bit of a pain, but the views are nice.Verifierad gästrecension
"Motel 6"
The customer service was good. Corridor carpets are old and dirty. Keeping in tune with the French Quarter, the ventilation system had its own history. You could smell just about everyone and everything old that that has been through it. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time. "Love the location!"
Strange having to take 2 different elevators to get to 19th floor. Never ran across anything like that before. The wind was blowing pretty hard Friday night and the noise coming through the A/C was annoying. A/C worked just so so. I will stay at this motel again if the need arises. "Filthy room"
Our room was very dirty the sheets had not been changed. We insisted on new sheets. The housekeeper that changed the sheets acknowledged that the sheets were not clean The room was still very dirty but we had to live with it. We paid a very high rate as it was Jazz Fest weekend. "Very close to great restaurants and sights"
The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The concierge came up with some great restaurant suggestions. "Beautiful Surprise"
I had read some of the reviews for the hotels and became skeptical. However, I was running out of option since it was the first weekend of JazzFest 2013. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and the room was just as nice on the 14th floor.Verifierad gästrecension

No major complaints about the hotel. They full filled all of my needs. Bathroom could use some updating. Exhaust vent was not operating in the bathroom. Used the attached restaurant for breakfast, nice buffet on the weekends.Verifierad gästrecension

Although we had some difficulty finding the hotel, it was no worse than to be expected in New Orleans! However, upon arriving I was informed that parking was an additional $30 a night. It was comfortable and clean. By no means was it worth any where near $350.00 per night! The prices were raised due to the French Quarter Festival. We were in town for the George Straitt Concert so between the two events the hotels had jacked up the prices. The streets were blocked to the hotel so we had much difficulty getting to our hotel and parking […] garage. Due to the street blockages we were unable to have taxi services while in town.
