Tyckte det var riktigt bra. Fint område med goda förbindelser. Tio minuter promenad och tio minuter tunnelbana så är man på 42:à gatan

Mycket nöjd. Snygg inredning och rent. Inga vägglöss :-) Väldigt bra och trevligt läge nära tunnelbanestationer och någon minuts promenad till central park. Mycket sköna sängar och kuddar. Personalen var mycket glad och hjälpsam och gav oss gärna tips och information om stan vid fråga. Vi förstod oss först inte på varmvattnet, men det visade sig att det måste saknas cirkulation i ledningarna så vi fick spola ett tag - sedan kom värmen.

"Great location, not so great hotel!"
It might be worth it to pay 30$ more and go to another hotel in Paramus! The location is amazing, 15 minutes from NYC! But the hotel is outdated and the "renovations" are just a bit of patching here and there.You should either pay 30$ more or drive 15 minutes more and go to the Courtyard by Mariott in Mahwah.

We booked this room for a night out, We got the king size bed with the jacuzzi. A very large, nice room and a good price. They have breakfast included. I will definitely take this location any time for a local event. Its conveniently located right by the mall and other local shopping and eating areas.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Hotel entrance was hard to navigate, but location was close to malls, restaurants and major routes 17 and 4.

"This hotel was very old and in need of a facelift."
This hotel is very old and in need of a facelift. The carpeting is old and dirty, and the bathroom sinks were in terrible condition. Given the price, I was expecting much better accommodations. I do not recommend the Holiday Inn Express/ Paramus.
"The hotel needs an update"
I would like to report three points: 1 ) The person in the front desk didn't give me any information at all. He handed me the keys and said "your room is in the first floor". Wow, what a revelation !!! 2) The bathroom ventillation was awful. 3) The bathroom furniture need an updated.

Hard to get to if unfamiliar with area however, well worth the effort!

Room is spacious; however, the bed is just too soft. While location is convenient, but getting out of the hotel along Route 17 is kind of dangerous as cars travel too fast.......
"Under renovation"
The room was fine -- clean and comfortable, but there was no elevator. Also the hotel is kind of hard to get in and out of off Rt 17. The staff was okay, but did not go out of their way to help. The fitness room left a lot to be desired. No weights. There were two treadmills and one bike. Both the treamills had slipping belts. I managed to get in my […] run on the one with the least slippage, but it was a bit on an adventure. "m wc"
This is a clean well run generic hotel. The location is convenient to lots of stores and across the street from IKEA but it is very difficult to find/get to from the highway. You do not see it until you are past it...and crossing the street is next to impossible without a GPS. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights, looks like it is new. The beds were fantastic! Everything clean and great service. We will definitely book again.

This is one of their nicer properties. In addition to being conveniently located, it seems to be well-maintained (and recently renovated?) and reasonably priced.

We stayed here for a wedding at which we were all booking at different times etc. It was very easy to locate all our rooms close to one another. Good location, comfortable and nice for the price.

I stayed overnight in King Bed with whirlpool and fireplace. When I checked in the people at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in great condition. When I went to my room I was surprised how big it was. The bed was comfortable and everything was neat and in place. The only thing I would complain about were the windows. You […] can hear everything going on outside at first I thought the window was open. The windows do not block out the outside sound and they also did not have the blackout curtains.
