The hotel need to be updated with more electrical plugs. There was no Continental breakfast. The room was very clean.

It was a good location for traveling out of ROC. Staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The only complant (and it is a small one because I am a light sleeper) is the that heating/cooliing system was a bit loud for my taste. But it was a good stay and I will stay there again when I need to.

I chose the hotel for the heated pool as I am a disabled person visiting the hospital. Called and did not tell me pool was closed.

Was upset about no elevators. Was placed in a room on second floor. With my mother being handicap, was very difficult to get around. Beds were comfortable. About the pool visit....There was way to many people in the pool at once. Kids screaming for 2 hour and no one asked them to lower there voice. Now about the food in the restaurant. Overall, it was a good stay. I noticed a piece of trash remained in the same spot in my room for 2 days. Other than that, all was well.

The room was clean and comfortable. What stood out was the friendliness of the hotel staff, from the front desk to the room service guy to the shuttle driver. They were all grandfather types who made us feel right at home. Even though I had two big suitcases they lugged them up the stairs without complaint (I was carrying my toddler). Staff was very nice, pool was enjoyable and warm not 72 degrees like some hotels brrr! Rooms could definitely have been cleaner as it had remnants of a kids party i.e. hats, rings. smarties under the dressers, by the beds etc which was an issue as we had a toddler with us so we cleaned.

We had a great New Years Eve, we went to a hockey game at the Blue Cross Arena, came back to hotel had an excellent dinner in their restaurant and finished in the bar. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay -- we will be back. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Staff is awesome and extremely accommodating! Arrived late (11:30pm) and the front desk held our bags so we could get something to eat in the bar. Bartender was ready to close but stayed to make us the best wings we've ever had and served us drinks even though she had everything cleaned up. We really appreciated […] that! TV remote didn't work which wasn't a huge deal but called the front desk and someone came immediately to fix it. Only complaint I have is the shower... water is not hot! Just got back from an international trip and really, really looked forward to a nice hot shower but alas, it wasn't meant to be!! Hotel has many building, unless if your in the main building, it terrible walking in the cold from builing to building. Main desk looks sloppy, computer were down, had to wait 30 minute at 2am in the morning to get a room. which turned out to be on the far side of the property. Room and hotel were clean. Was a obviously a busy weekend, and front desk personelle seemed a bit stressed. Were not the most friendly. Staff in the restaurant a bit on the gruff side.

The hotel Met The standards i was expecting but what really kept my attention was The Good service i got from The person driving The shuttle service at 4:00 am on october 18th. Since i got to front desk for check out this person was there making sure everything was fine. He picked up my surcase and invited me to grab a coffee or something else from […] The bar. He led me to The bar and showed me where all Products were. After having my coffee ready, we made our way to The airport. When we arrived to airport, i realized i had left my phone at my room and my boarding passes were electronic so i really needed it to go through. I explained him The situation and he recommended me to get into The line, get registered into The counter and that he would take Care of going Back to The hotel and tray to find my phone and that i wait for him 30 minutes outside of The airport for giving me The phone.He left Back to The hotel, i went INSIDE and did my checkin and then went out and wait for him. Exactly 30 minutes later he was there with my phone. This saved my trip and avoided me to do many things due to all The Information i had in my phone. It is always Good to See people like him doing servicing. I Will never forget this action and such a Good service and Good Will for making a client satisfied. Läs mer

The general items of the hotel were good. The room was clean, the staff was generally pleasent. What was disappointing was the morning breakfast they charged for. Most of the hotels i've stayed, it is included. The first morning (sunday) it was a buffet, we were seated at a dirty table and had to ask for silverware, and had to ask for drinks several […] times. The main waitress was kinda rude. On Monday it was order only and my 4 year old only wanted a pancake, which he didnt eat, and they charged a full meal price?? It had the feeling that the price of the hotel was on the higher side of some of the others we looked at and everything was about making extra money on you. That was disappointing. Not bad for the money. Close to the airport, and just a short ride downtown. Rooms fairly clean, public spaces clean but dated. Restaurant disappointing for lack of local flair, but otherwise OK.

Paid more for the bigger room which felt smaller than the standard room in the last Holiday Inn we stayed in. Also looked smaller than the picture of the room we thought we were booking online which had a couch and this one did not. Service attempted to be good, but did not rectify the discrepancy with what was advertised online as opposed to what was […] actually received. Pool room way too hot to even attempt to swim in it let alone go in the spa. The room itself was comfortable, just smaller than we requested. There was nothing horrible -- and we got a very good rate. But the furniture was uncomfortable, the bed sagged. The bathroom was OK, but old. It's always funny to see a large rack on the bathroom wall for what used to be multiple small amenities. Now its three shelves held only two small, lonely vials. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating, and ready to help. I was there with kids. The lifeguards didn't seem so friendly. They were a bit gruff when talking to the kids. The location to RT390 was a plus to get back and forth to University of Rochester. Everything about the hotel was superb. The dinning room service was excellant and the food was very good. We will be sure to stay here on our next visit to the area

Convenient location (right on highway into town). Left car at hotel and cabbed it to the ballpark to catch a minor league ball game. Stayed at the hotel during a wedding reception/party, but was not at all affected by the quantity of guests/noise levels.

We had a great time staying at Holiday Inn. Staff were very accommodating and the hotel itself was very clean. Swimming pool was open til 10pm on a Saturday which was great for our family! Our bathroom floor and bathtub seemed slightly unclean. One of the desk clerks and a lifeguard at the pool seemed to be real sourpusses. Overall, it wasn't a bad place, but I wasn't impressed with the area and, in the future, would opt for a hotel in a smaller, nearby town.
