Hotell Motel 6 Tulsa Airport - Tulsa

I selected a non smoking room, and showed up about 11pm from a long drive. We got in the room and it smelled of smoke. There were burn marks on the bedspread, and lamp shades. Lipstick or something on the wall and mirror in the room. In the bathroom there were cracks in the shower, no tissue in the tissue holder. No blowdryer on the wall, scratch/claw […] marks on the inside of the bathroom door, the sink barely drained. The outside door to get to my room was in the back, some room #'s were hand written. Shady people outside in the parking lot and wandering the halls. Very ghetto! The next day I went to the front desk and asked for a NON smoking room, and was given a room more up front of the motel, and the room was much better! Totally night and day! We stayed just one night, the guest services was fine. We had to go out to get something to eat even though they had a resturant listed it was more of a bar and grill, which we would have eaten at but it never looked open. The pool area could have used more light but we were happy with our stay for what we paid.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a baseball tournament in Claremore, OK. The hotel was easy to find, close to our destination. Only things I wish were better was that there was better lighting in the bathroom, and pillows that weren't so flat. Other than that great stay for the cost.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. It wasn't ready after we arrived. Dirty bathroom and towels. The pool area wasn't clean either, which was the main reason we picked this hotel, so our grandkids could swim. Thank goodness there was a convience store close. The hotels idea of breakfast was a box of donuts next to the coffee urn.

it was just OK till we checked out and 2 hours later realized we left some personal items in the room . we called and was told by several employees and finally the manager that we need your phone number and we will call you back. that went on for a week till the manager did it. The hotel is older but clean and the staff was super nice and helpful, the beds were a little firm for my taste but that was the only thing I could say was not good, the kids and I stayed for four nights and we would definately stay again

Wasnt bad for a quick place to catch some sleep and then get back on the road. For the price it was what I expected. I would not stay there over one night, but it serviced the purpose for our need.

First of all my reservation was not there so they had to call Hotels.com they said they would fax over then after a 45 minute wait with a tired two year old in the hotel lobby, she called for the second time and still waited another 30 mins.. Hotel is older, but for the price it is great! Front desk clerk, Sam, is super helpful and so sweet! Pool is warm and it is nice to have the option to eat at the hotel restaurant. I asked for a slightly later checkout time and they were gracious about it. Overall, enjoyable. :)

First they gave me the wrong kind of room. Then i got that fixed and the new room was dirty. The bathroom had dirty towels and there was stuff on the toilet. The curtain didnt close so i could see outside and anyone going by my window could see inside. I will never stay at that hotel again.

A closet with towels in the pool area would have been nice, so we didn't have to ask for extra towels. :) This was a nice place to stay. The staff was really nice. Should offer discounts for BMX Racers during the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend for the Grands National Race that happens at the Quick Trip Center. This used to be a Ramada, as you can tell from their big indoor pool, bar and grill, & other amenities you don't usually see on a motel 6. The continental breakfast is just glazed donuts and terrible coffee though, which was my only problem. Great value though. The pool was nice enough that I'd stay there again

You don't ever want to stay at this place unless you are in the business of selling drugs or whatever else you may own. The rooms were horrible, we had to change rooms 4 times, the keys didn't work, the heater nor the phone worked either. It was a total freaking nightmare. There were very questionable men wandering the halls all night long. Families […] that actually live there did nothing but fight and scream at each other oh and at one point when I was escorting my daughter (in the daytime) to the soda machine,,,,in one of the near by rooms you overheard people threatening to shoot each other. Got what I paid for! Kind of a desolate area where the doors from the outside are not secure. No matter what time you get there, you do not need a key to enter the hotel. That's pretty scary. I arrived rather late and was given a room all the way around the very back of the hotel, where cars looked like they had been parked there for months. Customer service wasn't bad they did try to accommodate me. The hotel has potential it needs a real good remodel. (Carpet and bed was stained. Phone cords pulled out from the wall) The room was not clean just straightened up

The room smelled - Febreze took care of that - the beds were comfortable but we got 2 doubles instead of 2 queens - breakfast was 'Donuts and when they are gone, they are gone." it's nasty, police called to girl who was assaulted, not very nice people staying in the rooms. Nothing in the hotel worked, pool had a film on the top, equipment didn't work in the gym, staff and manager very casual. When asking the reception why the gym wasn't functioning they just said bad maintenance. Couldn't recommend it.

Upon check-in, the front desk lady was not able to answer my question about the breakfast hours and made excuse of herself that she's just on her 5th day in this job...No hair dryer. No shampoo and conditioner, only bar soap. Nobody picked up our calls so we can at least request for these needs/supplies. I was not happy with my stay at your hotel this time around. The website ad that I booked from stated a couple things that were to my dismay: Heated indoor swimming pool - when we went to enjoy some pool time it was ice COLD both in atmosphere and water; we even had to beg for towels as there were none prestocked in the pool area. This was my fourth stay at this hotel since June and I can see that the hotel is making every effort to improve its quality. The facility is old and shows its age but for the price paid it is still a bargain. While I had no major problems with my room, desk personnel was eager to please and did advise me to contact them if anything was found to be unsatisfactory […] (nothing was!) I did not like the stay at all five minutes after I got there a saw a roach crawling on the door, The phone jack was ripped out of the wall so there was no phone thank god for cell phones the cable didn't come in half the time the bar and restaurant that was advertised were closed the whole time i would never recomend anyone to ever stay there i do […] have to say that the front staff was very sweet and helpfull and friendly that was the only thing Motel 6 had going for it. If you want a coffee maker you have to request it. The refrigerator and/or microwave have to be asked for. We had an iron but no ironing board. No hairdryers. Maintenance is practically non-existent.
