Mycket bra läge om man ska flyga från LAX då hotellet har shuttle-bus som går ofta. Fint i allmänna utrymmen, men lakanen i det rum vi först fick var smutsiga på ovansidan, och rummet luktade av gammal inpyrd rök, så vi fick byta, och det rummet (på 16 vån) var mycket fräschare. Bra övernattningshotell nära LAX.

Perfekt hotell när man ska flyga tidigt. Hotellet har shuttle bus till flygplatsen. Perfekt när man ska flyga tidigt. Mycket bra restaurang.

Bra och nära till flygplatsen, gratis schuttlebus som tog 10 minuter. Vi bokade ett rum med två dubbelsängar för fyra personer, men det var knappast plats för två. Trasig fön, ånglok till AC - tur att det bara var en kort natt innan tidigt morgonflyg.

disappointing!! we will try another hotel next time we want to stay near the airport in L.A.

Checked in and no greeting just demanded ID and credit card. Then get to the room and there are no towels, I called 2x to get them only to use the shower full of hair that would not drain, room was updated but shower was not. I would not stay here again nor recommend.

It was a good choice for our stay. Didn't have much time to explore hotel or surrounding area but was good for the night.

I stayed for 2 nights. An exceptionally clean and well-staffed hotel near L.A.X. There is a live jazz club on the premises with great enterainment. Food at the hotel restaurants was pretty good. A grilled salmon sandwich and fries was sixteen dollars. The hotel room was on the 14th floor and was had the most comfortable King bed I've ever slept on, […] including the one in my own bedroom. Nice, forceful water pressure in the shower for my lengthy thot showers (that's important to me). Also, hotel was right next door to a 24-Hour fitness center, even though the hotel had a "fitness center", I used 24-Hour's. Overall, I'd highly recommend this except for 2 things: parking was $15.00/night (right next door in a mult-floor parking garage. And, I could jets landing at L.A.X. in my room, muffled, but I could still hear them. That's why I travel and sleep with earplugs when on business! Läs mer

It was fine. I arrived at almost 10:30pm and was out the next day by 5am so I didn't do much there and saw next to nothing but the room. I did note that they wanted to charge for use of their computers to check email or whatever and I thought this was a bit silly. On the other hand, the room was nice, quiet and clean.

Happy with most things but it is very strange in 2012 that this hotel doesn't provide free Wi Fi To charge for this is an absolute RIP OFF

It is ridiculous in 2012 that any hotel tries to rip off guests with Wi Fi charges 15 bucks a day for such a big hotel is robbery It should be free in all hotels

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with a few friends for our girls trip to LA. The location is great because if you have a car it is about a 20 minute drive to any major tourist attraction. You can't beat the prices at hotels around LAX either, they are much more reasonable than spending $300 a night to be in the middle of all the madness. Overall […] I was very pleased with the hotel itself. The staff was great, very attentive. There were only a couple issues I had with this hotel: our room faced the airport so it was epecially loud. If you plan on staying here just ask for a room that doesn't over look the airport. The second problem we faced was one night we came back to the hotel around 11:45pm. My friend was brushing her teeth and all the sudden all the water stopped working in our room. I called the front desk and they said they were doing maintenance from 12-3 am, and that all water would be shut off. We were not informed of this at check in. It wasn't the end of the world, my friend just used a water bottle to rinse the remaining toothpaste out of her mouth. Finally, my biggest issue: parking. Although paying only 13 dollars a day for LA is unbeatable, it always took 10-15 mins to get out of the parking garage. I wish they would just use a room key system to get in and out of the garage, but someone is manually collecting money & signing off tickets as people left the garage. The influx of cars led to us waiting in a line to get out of the garage. Overall I recommend this hotel. It is comfortable and a well known hotel. The area was safe. It is idea if you have a car. A free shuttle is offered to and from the airport, if you are just spending a night before catching a flight home. Best of all was the price! Läs mer

Unfortunately, our stay was on the less than pleasant side. I should have checked, but there are no microwaves available in the hotel at all for heating up our baby's food, they charge for internet access and parking, and you can hear the flights and traffic from nearby LAX all night long. Our room alarm clock also went off at midnight, which was annoying. […] On the plus side, the staff was pleasant, our room was clean, and the room service food was delicious. Läs mer

The staff was friendly but we were a little disappointed in the condition of the hotel. It is in bad need of renovation which they are in the process of now. If the need arrises I will try it again in a year or so when the renovations are complete.

They were not very helpful with transportation BUT overall it is a great hotel airport. This is my 2nd trip and I would stay here again.

As usual, the place was great. The people were helpful and cordial.

I don't expect much when staying an airport hotel. The lobby at the Crowne Plaza LAX was nice, but the rooms were below average. I understand that they are going through renovations so that should greatly improve the run down carpet, old furnishings, discolored tile grouting, etc. The bed and bedding was OK -- the funny thing is... there's a flyer in […] the room to say you can purchase the linens for your home. Why? It's definately not Westin's Heavenly Bed and/or bedding. The hotel staff were friendly, especially the phone operator. Would I stay here again? Probably... but only if the rates were signifcantly lower than the LAX Four Point, Marriott, Hilton, or Westin. Läs mer

Nice hotel, clean. Very freindly and accomodating staff, much quiter than I expected being so close to the LA International airport

Speedy pick up and drop off service to LAX. Very friendly service personnel from the driver, to check in to restaurant. The beds were extra plush and comfortable. A very good full service restaurant with large persons so two people could share a meal. Ask to have a room not on the airport side for a more quiet sleeping. I would definitely stay there […] again. New renovations are very nice. The staff are always so pleasant. Room service with a nice glass of wine is great after the long trip

The grout in the bathroom shower tiles need to be re-done as it shows mildew.

We had to pay for parking which was ridiculous. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the front desk clerk that checked us in was fairly rude. I refuse to return here - Marriott is better choice

Not a family Hotel. Be prepared to pay extra for Parking, Internet and Breakfast. All inclusive you pay nearly 45%to 50% more for each day room rate. If you are planning to stay with your family add all these costs for each room other wise Stay Away.

Although the staff was nice and lobby was new, the room we were put in had a stained carpet and chipped furniture and stale smell. There was a note saying they were renovating, but it didn't help us - I didn't even want to touch the carpet with my bare feet - and the noise of the airport came through the window all night - hope they improve the room […] greatly as they renovate - not only new carpets, etc. but better window sound insulation. Although the rating for condition & maintenance of hotel is only 3 this may change soon as believe there is work in progress. Heating unit was very noisy as it looked an old system. For all that we would use it again if in that area.

Convenience is the word. Flew into LAX, took shuttle to hotel, checked in quickly and the room was clean, especially the bathroom. Had meeting the next day and flew out.

Location of the hotel was great, close to airport. The airport shuttle was convenient. The room was dated and carpet dirty. Needed renovation. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice, and just what you would expect/hope for on a business/commuter trip. Unfortunately, I was traveling with my kids this time, and while the hotel was nice, clean, up to standard, etc; it is not the most kid-friendly place available. I would definitely book again, when traveling by myself (or with other adults), but if you are traveling […] with kids be prepared to make adjustments. Läs mer

This is my 3rd time here and this time I was on a floor where the rooms were remodeled. Very nice! But they need to get the other floors up to date! I give this a 3 out of 5. I would stay here again.

I had a non smoking room but the hallway smelled like smoke.

I really enjoyed my stay there so much that i actually stayed there for two night. The room i had was great along with the price the view was wow i can go on and on I will be back there next month.

Not at all impressed with this hotel, the room was very dated and so was everything in it. For the money we paid for the room it was very dissapointing. We would not recommend it to anyone
