Hotellet var bra och hade trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Inuti hotellet var det enda negativa att det stod en illaluktande soptunna i samma rum som ismaskinen. Hotellet är centralt beläget men trots det saknar området intressanta saker att göra. Det finns barer och restauranger men inte så mycket mer.

Jättebra och fräscha rum med ett litet kök/pentry. Det var inga problem att få in en extrasäng och man kunde sova 3 personer i rummet utan problem. Mycket god frukost som ingick i priset. Mycket trevlig personal och bra allmänna utrymmen med soffor. Ligger en Starbucks i samma byggnad. Mycket nära till 6th Street där alla barer finns.

Bra läge, typisk amerikansk frukost dock ett plus att de hade yoghurt. Bra service, internet funkade, men inte så var det supersnabbt. Fula färger på rummet. Men för priset var detta mycket bra. Klart värt.

Fint rum med GIGANTISKA kuddar och bekväm säng. Städningen var perfekt och hotellet fint. Frukosten var bra, men inte mästerlig, hade väntat mig mer av ett sheraton. Övriga maten som serverades var också god. Underbar uteterass och fina inne och utepoolområden att slappna av vid. Hotellet var perfekt placerat intill Red River där många musikbarer med lite vuxnare klientell (inte collegebarer) ligger, sixth street (partymecka) låg också på tio minuters gångavstånd och likaså Capitol. Ett hotell jag med glädje rekommenderar och skulle bo på igen!

"Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!!!!"
The room was dirty, a lamp didn't work and no hot water. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room. It was also dirty and a lamp didn't work but at least their was hot water. After my shower when I stepped on the carpet my feet were black. I don't believe the room had ever been vacuumed. After returning to the room after my second day […] the towels had been folded but nothing else in the room had been cleaned. The beds hadn't even been made. I called the front desk and they offered to move me again or make note of it for the next day. I didn't change rooms again. The next day I returned to find the room dirty still and only one bed of two having been made. This was the worst experience I ever had. When I complained to the front desk I was told that they were sorry but no action was done to remedy the poor service. I will never stay at a quality inn again!!!!!!!!! "Simon's disappointing stay at Quality Inn"
Hotel location was convenient and easy to find, but I left the room on Saturday 05/04 at 10am and returned at 7pm and they had not cleaned my room. Also, the WiFi connection was very bad..I had to carry my laptop to the front desk and have them show me how. And the next day they changed the password.Verifierad gästrecension

"Just bad."
At least the lobby looked nice. Very deceiving upon check in. I thought the rooms would be comparable. Wrong! King bed so low to the floor I felt I was on an air mattress in someones basement. Shower had pitifully low pressure and hot water took forever to kick in. Long hairs everywhere! Yuck. Oh! And we were told the pool would be open. "Terrable conditions"
The photos of this hotel are not accurate. I didn't expect a lot for the price but this room was not worth what I paid. The door was broken, a good push was all it took to get in and there were bullet holes in the bathroom mirror. If I wasn't staying with my husband I would have found somewhere else to stay. "Cheap hotel near downtown"
The hotel is very clean and everything is provided. it is close to the interstate, but rather far from the airport, so for an overnight stay before the next flight, may be not the best choice. "Not what the review says..."
First we didn't get the room we reserved and the room we did get was terrible. The room had a terrible dusty smell and rooms were not the cleanest. The next day room service didn't come until late afternoon and then didn't properly clean. Not a great stay and certainly not was the desription says about the hotel.Verifierad gästrecension

The room smelled really bad. The drawers looked like they were about to fall apart and the restroom had peeling ceilings and a hole in the wall. There were also cigarette burn marks on some of the furniture. Would not stay there again.Verifierad gästrecension
"Whatever you do DO NOT stay here"
This place was filthy!!! There was mold around the bathroom tub fixtures, dirt everywhere, dirty walls and doors. Also, there were holes in the walls, the microwave had food in the back of the inside of it...grose!!! When I told the staff about it, all that they said was "Oh". There were many guests attempting to have breakfast, the food and drinks are all in one corner of the service area. Only one person can get any thing at any time, leaving long lines and waits. "Skip it"
Here is the problem. We booked through Hotels.com. We stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately we arrived late on a Friday night. The room we were in seemed to be under construction and it was clean, but not maintained or deep cleaned, but the mattress in that room was absolutely incredible. In the morning we realized that there was no hot water in the shower. […] When we approached the staff, they said that they would have someone fix it at 8am, they didn't have any other rooms. The parking lot seemed pretty empty to be sold out. We had to be somewhere early, so no shower. By the time we left, we asked the front for another room. Unfortunately we weren't able to check it until we returned later that evening. Again, this room didn't have hot water in the shower. It was around 9pm. We called the front desk, which we couldn't get using the room phone. I had to use my cell. They said that they would send someone that would be there in 15min. After 30 minutes, I called again and told them the situation. I needed this taken care of immediately or I needed my money back to get another hotel. Someone came within 5 min. We had hot water!! But no cold water this time!! The next morning again we had to leave early. But that evening, which happened to be Sunday, I approached the front desk and explained what happened. "Not impressed"
The room was dirty and stirred up my dust mite allergies. I saw a cockroach crawl across the wall within 2 hours of checking in and a dead one on the a/c. When I turned on the heater it smelled like something was burning. The walls of the bathroom looked like they tried to faux finish with black/white combo but looked more like the walls were moldy. […] Mirror had lots of chips in it. The beds were hard but the pillows were soft. The fitness room is a joke. The treadmill was missing two buttons and wouldn't turn on. The equipment was at best home quality. The recumbent bike was wobbly and loud. Jerky outdated loud machines. They should quit advertising a fitness room. The pool was locked too. I didn't see anything saying that it was only opened seasonally. I was there in mid April when it was in the mid to high 70's and it was closed. Never again. Oh and even though my hotel was paid for, when I checked out 3 hours after checking in, they billed me additional fees for some unknown reason. Waiting to hear back from the hotel on that one. "Not happy with stay"
For starters when we arrive at 10pm there is 5 others waiting in line and the only one that is helping us is on the phone so we all wait and wait. then about an hr later we get go up to are room and it is just one bed when I booked online dble. called down and they said that is what I booked , NO im looking at my print out here that states standard […] dble queen bed. then to top that off to make the shower work you much mess with it to get it turned just right because it is broke. "I am not satisfied"
I called the hotel and told that we want to check-in in between 10-11AM in the morning and got a confirmation also from the hotel front desk that our rooms will be ready by that time. When we reached there, they told it will only be available by 3PM. We were all tired and looking for taking some rest in the hotel before going for the city tour. but […] could not do that. If they can not make the rooms available they should have informed me beforehand so that we can plan accordingly or go for other hotel. The breakfast was also very bad. The location to relays were excellent. The room had 3 light bulbs out, the microwave didn't work and we needed to use it, the faucet to the sink was just above a drip, and the tub was dirty and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. There were people that hung out all night talking and playing loud music, clearly there was no security. When I addressed […] the front desk the young lady (I failed to get her name) acted like my concerns were not important because all she could say was I'm sorry very nonchalantly and tell me that it was a busy weekend which had nothing to do with the conditions I described about the room. The first night we had no hot water. Was told there was a problem w the boiler and was moved to another room. Also the room was in bad shape, horrible bed ans tv didn't seem to get all the channels. Plus there was no channel guide to know which channels were availible. Second night, in our new room, toilet wouldn't flush down toilet paper. The hot water […] took 15 mins to get hot but there was no water pressure to use the shower. I still had reservations for another night, however we checked out and went home the nxt morning. Never stay there again ever. People were very loud, woke up my kids. Tried to open the door twice at 3 and 4 in the morning. Very very tiny of water coming out from the shower. No mini refrigator.
