Ett hotell att trivas på. Här var rent och snyggt överallt och vi blev väldigt trevligt bemötta. Vi uppskattade den goda frukosten för de valmöjligheter som fanns.

Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen vilket är perfekt som första / sista natten boende. Området känns lite ruffigt men vi upplevde inte att det var obehagligt på något sätt. Dock höll vi oss på hotellrummet när det började skymma. Rummet var RIKTIGT fräscht och det fanns allt man kunde önska, Badrummet var prydligt ordnat med gott om handdukar och diverse toalettartiklar uppradade vid handfatet. Frukosten var helt okej även om man ska vara beredd på att det kan kännas torftigt för en frukostsugen svensk. Hotellet har även ett låst parkeringsgarage så hyrbilen får stå ifred. Jag skulle utan tvekan bo här igen!

"Conveniently Located."
the four points sheraton is conveniently located near the 405 which made it easy to go to venice beach and beverly hills. you can even go to beverly hills with a 10 minute drive, going local. conveniently located RIGHT across the street from the Westfield Mall, freeway, and Target if you ever need anything. overall, enjoyable stay.

"It's alright"
It's good for those that like to drive around the city. The rooms are alright, service is very good. Yes, you have to pay for parking, but you get in and out service and it's a flat rate. The location is a bit out of the way if you wanted to get on a freeway to downtown or east L.A.
This hotel is good for quick business stay but overall I wasn't impressed. You pay extra for self parking, using a fridge, and breakfast. It ended up adding alot to the final bill. I got a room next to the highway which was a bit noisy, but the plumbing of the room next to me was so loud. when i first arrived i thought this was going to be a great and relaxing holiday. It was for the most part however in such a competetive envrironment, a pass is just not good enough, several things wrong, for example the tv is so dark you can barely see it when its in movie mode and there is no way to adjust the brightness. The air conditioning is loud […] and complicated, there is no simple on/ off switch. Also despite previous reviews i could hear traffic and noise from the surrounding area this is very annoying. Good points are that the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food here is very good and reasonably priced. the cleaning service is excellent except that they seem to come very late, i had my room done at 4:45 which seems very late to have a room cleaned. all in all a passable stay but with so many other hotels in a similar price range nearby passable is just not enough. but not a bad stay i just think there might be better out there Läs mer

warm welcome big room , comfy beds everything clean, friendly staff , pool clean and warm .near shops...downside was traffic and air con noise.

Very convienently located, right off the freeway, but not to close so you can hear the cars. Great shopping close by, the Getty center 15 minutes away, Disney 40 minutes. Very helpful staff that is very friendly. Small rooms, poor resturant.

Our over all review for this hotel would be it is close to all freeways great for the business traveler. Very disappointed that the hotel charges $ 10.00 per night to park your car on their site ! To solve this problem we parked our car across the street at the mall. It was a short walk across the street and the car was safe. Checking in and out was painless, the staff that works at this location are almost all above and beyond helpful, courteous, and friendly. (we had one unpleasant encounter but clearly she was an exception) I can't say enough about the staff. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day even though sometimes I didn't leave the room until noon, the staff I […] met in the hallways and lobby always greeted me with a smile, and room service always arrived promptly and the one meal I had was simply amazing. That being said, there are a few things worth knowing about the hotel itself that should be noted. As someone who sleeps odd hours, the fact that the curtains had a gap between them was my first concern. I called the front desk and they told me all the curtains in the rooms are uniform, so apparently there is no escaping this problem. The sheet thread count is not impressive, and the bed was a little hard on my back, though not impossible. I was expecting more. I got my reservation on special, so I didn't pay the usual price, which seems to generally be on the high side. Because of that, I did expect that with the exception of occasional room service, there wouldn't be many other charges. When I arrived, they wanted ten dollars a night for a mini fridge, and ten dollars a night for a microwave. Needless to say, I opted out of both, which meant I had to run out for food at every meal, because the prices in the cafe and restaurant were far from reasonable. My last issue was the laundry, perhaps the most disappointing part of my stay. The website indicates that there are laundry services, but for the price they charge, you might as well buy new clothes, which is what I found myself doing. The area is great, but the Marriott is right next door, and the Radisson is across the highway. The mall is directly across the street and I bought most of my supplies at the Target and Old Navy there- no shortage of clothing stores, but not all of them are affordable. "Four Points Culver City...might be ok another time"
They were doing maintenance during our stay; if we had known that this maintenance would include testing the smoke alarms from 9am til 4pm, and having no hot water for six hours while they changed the water heater, we would have stayed somewhere else.... Check the sheets before you get in the bed and make sure they're clean; ours had some scary looking […] stains on them... ewww! The location of this hotel is great. Close to freeways and you can walk across the street to the mall. Plenty of restaurants close by. The parking is also convenient and plentiful. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was even smaller and not in the best condition. The shower didn't work properly. The hotel feels and smells old. My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton Four Points while visiting our son at UCLA. The hotel is located off of the 405 about 20 minutes drive from the university; it is near a large mall and convenient to many sites within LA. We had reserved a Deluxe king with breakfast and when we got there they wanted to give us a room with two queen beds […] and also did not have a note that our reservation included breakfast. The desk clerk made a couple of calls and figured it out. We got a room with king size bed and breakfast. It may not have been a Deluxe room because it was quite small. But the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great a full hot breakfast including omelettes. Food was quite tasty; we weren't told that custom made waffles were not included and were charged $10 for an order of waffles...For the most part we were satisfied but the wait staff in the dining room is not friendly and could use better training. This hotel was a nice getaway place to stay. There are no "extra" frills, but it is clean, friendly and located in an area that is close to everything. Marina, mall, restaurants etc The one downside for me was the small rooms. I stayed at the 4 Points for 2 weeks on business. The room was very spacious and comfortable for my long stay. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything needed. The bed was very comfortable and the staff kept everything very clean and organized. Overall, it was very good stay.

Hotel is difficult to find and charge additional parking fees. The hotel room I have at first floor has car parking facing windows. Air condition also not good. Restroom is small.

I was pleased with the service from the moment i checked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel had best price in the area. If you're looking for space, this is not the place. The room was small and the fitness facility was even smaller. I did not use any of the other ammenities-the pool area did look nice. Not bad. Would stay there again for a quick overnight.
