great place for kids to enjoy swimming n the waterslides, except oneminor detail, the room was extremy HOT, all evening, nite, until 0430 am when nose bleeds started due to the climate in the room, unbreathable, unbearable...unsleepable, kids were mad at the hot air in the room we all had a rough hot nite... I had to call front desk and they rebooted […] the air system n ten minutes later their was a flow of fresh cool air....very upset and sad that I had a very bad HOT room to sleep in,,,the management should've never let this happen, the air should be controlled at all times....other then that...perfect stay. I slept a solid eleven hours and never heard a peep, so I would say the facility was quiet. The beds are always so comfortable at the Vagabond. Being that it is right on Albert, it is very convient for my company work which is just to the west of it on Rae Street. Walking distance really. Room 427 is my favorite room there!! The hotel is extremely well kept up. The staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent (close to main avenues and tourist attractions). Very reasonable prices. Great atmosphere for couples or families.

We arrived to find our room next to the elevator and a pop cooler. A call to the front desk and we where placed in another room exactly as reserved except it was on the executive floor. The hotel was great for young families with a waterslide and pools to play with your children or grandchildren. We really enjoyed it. We had a room with a balcony, which was nice for my husband and I to be out there once the kids went to sleep. Our kids had great time on the waterside. It wasn't a fast slide, but that was good for them because they like it slow. Nice warm pools!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Travelodge. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable (I want the same bed)! We had a balcony overlooking the pool area. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel lived up to my expectations, for sure considering the low rate I got on Expedia. The pool area is awesome for kids and adults alike, the rooms were clean and neat, recently redone, and very comfortable. The poolside balcony was great too. The hotel was extremely busy but the lady at the front desk was able to assist us. I felt like she was the only one happy to see us since the other 2 at the front desk were not interested. The room was nice and the location was perfect.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. I had a great time checking in and joking around with her. My room was well laid out with a couch, desk and bed. The bathroom however was plain weird. There was a jucuzzi style bath/ shower, that was good. The counter space around the sink was large and could accomadate plenty of toiletries. […] The flaw however was with the direction in which the the toilet faced. Location was typical between the counter and the bath, but when sitting on it you faced the bath, which puts you facing away from the door!. Talk about turning your back on the world. Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were great and the staff were very friendly. The only negatives were the elevators carpets were not clean looking as was the carpeting in the hallways but what I don't know is whether the hotel is in the process of updating those. There was a strange hum in our room that kep my husband awake (and subsequently me awake). We were in a room just behind the elelvator shaft. I suggest if you are a senative sleeper that you request to be moved if you are placed in a similar room.

Not as nice as it is rated on-line. Sounded like the pool motor was running all night in our room. My husband got very little sleep. Bed was not firm like most are. In general it is over-rated.

I must say this hotel gets it! The room was amazing; clean, comfortable, decor was nice, and it had the largest tv I have ever had in a room! I will stay here again!

Booked three rooms for the night before an early morning flight. Very impressed with the friendly, efficient check-in. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. A requested crib was delivered in short order. My three-year-old grandson (and other family members) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Popcorn (from popcorn […] machine adjacent to lobby) was also a big hit with said 3-year-old! Hotel was easy to locate from #1 highway (driving from Moose Jaw). The hotel was clean, the only staff I had any contact with were the front desk clerks, we were allowed to check in a bit early which was very appreciated, but we weren't given any direction to the hotel amenities. There is no included continental breakfast and I predict that if they do not start including soon, their little hotel restaurant may go out of business.
