I didn't expect much due to the cheap price and some other reviews that I read before I got there. The motel was better than i had thought, big room that didn't smell and lots of tv channels. They also cleaned my room every day, even though I left at 2pm two of the days I was there.

Vår vistelse på Hilton Portland & Executive Tower var mycket bra. Perfekt läge mitt i centrala Portland (där allt i centrum ligger inom gångavstånd), trevlig hotellpersonal och god mat i hotellbaren. Rummet skulle må bra av en liten uppdatering men i övrigt har jag ingenting att klaga på hos detta hotell. Jag kommer förmodligen bo där igen vid nästa vistelse i Portland.

Mycket trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Gav oss råd om billig parkering när deras var full (den var till och med billigare än deras egna). Dock dåligt att disk inte var diskad när man använt ett glas eller så. Fanns inga disktillbehör för att göra detta själv.

Söderut och sydväst om centrum ligger detta familjevänliga område med några av regionens frodigaste betesmarker. I Hayhurst ligger det 21 hektar stora Alpenrose dairy complex, med en idrottsarena och en velodrom. Dairyville är en kopia av en western-stad och här finns ett dockmuseum, ett operahus och många andra sevärdheter. På Portland Children's Museum erbjuds mängder av aktiviteter för barn.

"Good for the overnight stays"
The location is good if you're looking for something close to the shopping areas! Quick drive into town. Room was quiet but hotel service was okay. "Wonderful experience"
When you travel to a new area, you never know what you will get which lends a factor of uncertainty to your trip. Well this time we were so thankful we made this particular choice. The room was very comfortable and clean and nicely arranged with the convenience of a full kitchen, large space, and lovely grounds. It is convenient to many restaurants […] within walking distance including a Trader Joes, and the freeway is central to the activities we wanted. It was nice to be out of town center in a quiet place, but just a matter of ten or fifteen minutes from the city on the freeway. There is also access to the city's rail and bus system nearby. "A good home-away-from home"
I chose the Residence Inn for several reasons, but primarily because I wanted a kitchen and I needed to be close to both West Linn & Portland. The hotel is very clean and the staff is professional, friendly, responsive & helpful. There's a Trader Joes' a block away, and several restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. "Lewis and Clark Graduation Stay"
We usually stay at the adjacent Fairfield Inn. We opted for the Residence Inn because of our extended 6 day stay. Having the kitchen available was very nice. Our room had been recently recarpeted. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The comforter on the bed was a sheet and I was in a downstairs room and had to hear the people upstairs walking around until 2 am. The creaking of the floors and insulation was extremely poor and I got very little sleep. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. We had a wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean but shows signs of age, it's almost to the point where it needs to be refreshed- some new paint, carpet and vinyl. The staff was great & the accommodations were great. We were in a room on the first floor. There was a unit above us. We listened to the person on the second floor walking around at all hours of the night and early morning. The ceiling didn't seem to be insulated at all.
