We had two nice days in Key West. The hotel is quite ok, cozy older motel style with low-rise buildings. Nice pool area. Large and spacious rooms. One minus was that the sofa bed was broken and gave poor comfort. The service was very good and had friendly staff. Good bus connections to downtown area Can go back to the hotel

Vi var 5 personer som bokade ett rum med två queensize sängar och en extrasäng. Vi sade till som extrasängen vid bokningen (Hotels.com ringde och de fäörsäkrade att de hade det). Vi sade till vid incheckning och de lovade att fixa extra säng men sedan när vi kom hem vid 22:00 tiden saknades det. De lovade att försöka hitta en säng. Ingen hörde av sig. […] Jag ringde till receptionen och de letade fortfarande men skulle höra av sig. Efter ytterliggare 30min ringde jag igen och då sa de att extrasängarna var slut. Det slutade med att jag fick sova på en luftmadrass... De ville också ha en extra avgift som de sa att hotels.com inte lagt på men drog av den när vi klagade. Läs mer

Det står att frukost ingår men det gör det inte! Istället tar de ut en x-tra obligatorisk avgift på ca 60 kr dygn för kaffe, te mm.

Jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fantastisk service, shuttle bus till stan och beachen.poolhanddukar, dusch vid poolen. Jättebra med tanke på hur billigt det är!

Mycket trevligt bemötande. Ligger trist till. Om du ändå ska till Key West lägg till några USD och bo i stan

the hotel is nice but the location makes it very expensive if you are going to spend your time in the "city" and dont have acess to car. Going by cab from the hotel to the "city" costs 4,5 dollar per person. So think about that when booking. But if you have a car the hotel is really good.

Utan tvekan hade personalen ambitioner att göra sitt bästa. Prisläget i Key West kändes betydligt högre än i resten av Florida. Med bättre planering kunde man säkert hittat met för pengarna. Hotellet är slitet, ligger långt från centrum men priset är bra även om det inte är prisvärt.

Nja!! Det var inte ett dyrt hotell, men man får oxå det man betaler för. Hotellet var ganska slitet och rummen är små, vi var 5 personer och fick in en extra säng,sen var det fullt!! personalen var ytliga, inte otrevliga men inte heller så trevliga!! Ska man stanna en natt och inte har några krav,så duger hotellet fint. Men om man vill vara på hotellet och spendera tid där så skulle jag välja ett annat hotell. Poolen var riktigt sunkig och det kändes lite billigt i allmänhet.Men vi sov där en natt och sov riktigt gott.Taxi till stan gick smidigt och likadant hem. Så helt okey men inte mer

Bra hotell med uppvärmd pool. Väldigt trevlig personal, hjälpte till med allt. Enda negativa att hotellet låg avsides till downtown, så man fick åka taxi på kvällarna. Annars var allt jättebra.

Bra hotell i sin klass. Bra alternativ om man har bil och kan tänka sig avstånd till centrum. Behöver bil för att transportera sig dit. Annars allt ok enligt den beskrivna klassen.

Very average stay....what one would expect from a Days Inn. It had a bit of deferred maintanance work all around the premises that could/should be taken care of...but overall an adequate place to spend one or two nights on Key West on a budget.

If you are dependent upon WiFi you may not want to stay at this property. Though the WiFi is free and "open" the quality and availability depends upon your location in the property due to the patchwork way in which the guest network is constructed. Also, except for one day shift maintainence man, support for IT problems is non-existent and communications […] of guest problems / requests being relayed from one shift to another for action is non-existent. The hotel was ok, the only problem was that we bought an excursion in a Fury boat, they sold all the sunset view, and with that terrible weather nobody could see anything. WE spent a lot of money for nothing, but the hotel again was fine.

With as much as they charge you would think they could do a better job. The carpet was filthy, the room was in disrepair, the WiFi was not strong enough in our room and we had to sit in the lobby too use it, they don't offer breakfast. I will never stay there again unless I have no other option.

We've stayed at the Days Inn - Key West on numerous occasions. It's generally a comfortable place to stay for an aging property well away from the downtown partiers. Two big negatives stand out: Walking barefoot across the carpet, my feet turned filthy; When we were gone for 5 hours, housekeeping couldn't even be bothered to put in fresh towels. When […] I called the front desk, rather than rectify the problem the young man took an accusatory tone, attempting to blame me for having the "do not disturb" sign on the door...which I did not. i asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room , it smelled like an ash tray , tried for 3 days for staff to get the telephone in the room to work so we could use our phone card to call england , they didn,t do the phone for us , obviously wanted us to call direct and pay a fortune , spring break kids loud although i know thats not 100% hotel […] fault , we had friends stop in lovely accomodation near duvel street for less money , wouldn,t use the hotel again , very unhelpful staff Läs mer

The people at the hotel were helpful. The free shuttle service was a plus and the gal that ran the service was great. We had 2 suites that were suppose to be non smoking. One of them had been smoked in. It also had a water leak that we fixed. The carpet next to the bathroom had a wet area where the water had been leaking. The battery in the smoke alarm […] needed replacement (was beeping). I told the office and it still wasn't fixed when we left. It was spring break and bike week so you had to put up with some noise but the staff did a good job of keeping thse people isolated from the rest of the guests. Läs mer

On check in, I asked for an easy accessible room. We got a 2nd floor room. After getting our luggage up to the room, I turned on the A/C. The noise was very, very loud. I called the front desk and asked to talk to the manager. I was talking to the manager! I said the room was unacceptable. After a pause, the manager offered a first floor, pool side […] room. She brought up a luggage cart and helped move to the new room. A lamp had a torn shade and the furniture was well worn. After getting our stuff stowed, we went to check out the pool. The gate was locked and the pool taped off. It was closed. My wife went to the front desk and was told that State of Florida had closed their pool. We were not told at check in. I proceeded to find another hotel and checked out of Days Inn the next morning.Our main reason for choosing Days Inn was the pool. We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Although we were a distance from Duval Street the shuttle service was very good, drivers friendly, and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Only loud rap music on a shuttle ride home was a little annoying - lol. A little sad we could not use our reward card. Not sure how much […] we may have saved but using this service. The rooms were dirty, the toilet didn't work and had to call for maintenance. Bathroom fan made loud noise then finally just quit working all together. Towels, cloths and sheets stained. Carpet very stained and dirty, bathroom floor behind door not moped or swept. Tub stained.

Key West is a great get away destination. The Days Inn while not a 5 star hotel, is a reasonalbly priced stay. The island is small so getting around is made easy by using the shuttle service from the hotel to the attractions on the other end of the island.

The location was the best part of the hotel the rug in the room was filthy the bed spead was stained with what looked like nail polish or paint and they charge for drinks and wi-fi even if you don't use them

Hotel is very old and dirty. Microwave was rusty and Nast. Bed linen was dirty. Me and my wife where very uncomfortable. Do not going in there if u have choice of another hotel

Overall, it was only okay. There was no ashtray available for a smoking room, and the water in the dirty bathtub never drained. We couldn't seem to get it fixed.
