Great stay! Will stay there again!

Had a lovely stay at this Holiday Inn in New Bern. Supermarkets were nearby and downtown was reachable in like 5 mins. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Zero complaints from my side! Breakfast was ok, not as much choice as I would have liked and seen in other HIEs. Nice Easter decorations too.

We will definitely call this our residence while visiting New Bern. Excellent and everyone was so kind and helpful

Had an excellent stay. Room was clean, quiet, and the price was right. The free breakfast was excellent.

This exceeded our expectations - the room spacious, clean and presented itself as a Five Star Hotel! The bath towels were plush and shower had plenty of water pressure. The atmosphere was quiet and the staff pleasant and engaging. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and was hot and delicious. I enjoyed my stay here, the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly!

The room was very nice but I had a reservation for 2 double beds and got a king bed-only complaint but since the confirmation was 2 double beds I think I should have got what was confirmed.

This was not a Hyatt experience. However, for the travelling persn in need of a n excellent hotel, you can't do much better. Clean, Qiet, great breakfast.

Very nice employees. Everyone was very helpful. Rooms very nice. Large TV which is a plus with DH. Great hot breakfast with variety.

Nice staff and warm pool. We were happy to find a laundry facility on site. The breakfast was wonderful, but the hot water used for tea was gross. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The phones didn't work.

This was without a doubt the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, courteous and eager to answer questions about the area.

The hotel is a must stay with a good price. The hotel is not in the heart of town but it is surrounded with eating places and shopping places. Walking on the waterfront in the evening is nice.

Room was comfortable and great. Breakfast was great. Be aware hotel mandates taking $150 deposit for incidentals and if its the weekend it takes three days to get the money put back on your card. This was an inconvenience. Would probably choose another local hotel in the area due to this.

My wife and I are on a several week road trip visiting children and grandchildren; we are very senior citizens. Our evenings are used to recharge our batteries via some TV. The Tv in our room was really below standrad [it was an older TV] and was difficult to watch. The manager did - professionally and courteously - replace that TV with a flat-screen […] TV that made our evening very comfortable, Credos to the mgt. for its response to our needs! Läs mer

I stayed one night here on a recent business trip, and it was by far the best experience I had had of my several nights on the road. Very clean and new hotel with a wonderful and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, and had the opportunity to get a great recommendation to a local Italian restaurant from the front desk. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was courteous and timely. Room was in good condition and clean. The breakfast was also weel done I will stay at the hotels again.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel with an attentive staff. The excellent holiday decorations were in place (we arrived on Thanksgiving Day) giving the lobby a special holiday feel that was very effective for a hotel of this type. The breakfast area adjoins the lobby without partitioning. That seemed odd at first but works well in practice. There is […] another gathering space on the second floor with a large screen TV and comfortable seating that looks down over the main area on the first floor. The hotel is on the main highway in a out of New Bern which made it easy to find, easy access to places to eat and shopping and minutes away from the down town area.

This hotel is located across the main drag from a large shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants of an upscale nature. Downtown was just a few miles away.

the hotel was very nice . I got there early because i drove and the desk was very freindly . near resterauts and gas stations if driving.

I spent one night in New Bern. The hotel was good. It was a little far from my destination site but it is conveniently located with easy access to major highways to get you where you want to go.

Anne at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The full breakfast was very good. We had a nice time while we were there. Will definitely stay there again.

Good hotel to stay at while visiting New Bern. It wasn't too far from down town. One draw back was getting back to the hotel due to the medians - you either had to go down and back up another street or do a u-turn to get to it. Very friendly staff.
