Check in and check out was very fast. Breakfast was not big, but good enough for business traveler to start a day. Rooms are clean. Some signs of age in buthroom but nothing terrible. Good, comfortable bed. Aircon pretty noisy, so I had to turn it of for night.

I usually love to stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this one was not of the quality of the rest. The hotel and rooms are old and pretty worn. On the other hand, the staff was more than accommodating, the breakfast was great and the location was nice too. For the price i guess it wasn't too bad.

We chose this hotel because we had four adults and needed two queen beds. I have stayed at several hotels in the area that were much nicer and a better price, but all have two full beds. It wasn't bad, but it was just "okay." Our room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time, though the hotel said it was all non-smoking. There was no breakfast […] attendant to replace items when they ran out, and our bathroom door was so filled with smudges that it could have stood another coat of paint. If I could find another hotel with two queen beds in the same price range, I'll change hotels next time. If not, I might come back, only because we need the larger beds. Läs mer

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The water went out before 7 in the morning and wad not turned on until afternoon. There was no sense off urgency

Everything is good except the air condition. It smelled when the air condition was on. I think they need to change the filter.

It was a very nice place close to places to eat and close to the Versizon Amphitecture. I will definitely use the hotel again if needed.

Very disappointed with both hotel.com and holiday inn express. Have stayed at other holiday inn express locations and this one was not worth the price. This was my first and last time to use hotel.com. As for holiday inn I may try other locations but will not stay at this one again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms (we had two) were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This one was fairly uneventful: I checked in around 10pm and was out by 8am. I slept and showered. I didn't use the internet, although it was provided at no cost. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good, although I wish hotels would provide two shampoos (I use the extra as body wash, since the soaps are essentially […] useless). If you have even the slightest chance of needing to cancel a room do not book a room here. We gave 24 hour notice to cancel our second night and we were told that we would still be charged one nights stay plus a fee! We were also told that "it doesn't matter if someone dies or you get stuck in a snow storm, the owner doesn't not refund money." we then […] contacted the general manager which got us nowhere but she did feel it necessary to add at the end of our phone call " you do know there is damage deposit" obviously implying that we would damage the room because of being unsatisfied! My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel after we saw Incubus Saturday night. The room was very clean and comfortable. We decided to stay at this hotel due to location, price, and breakfast. Plus check out was not until 12 noon. Very pleasant experience.

The hotel is situated in a very good location. The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean and good. The breakfast that is included in the rate is also very good. Easily accessible to a variety of restaurants. Easily accessible to stores like Walmart, home depot etc..

The hallway and rooms carpet has an odor. Needs to be cleaned. Bathroom fogs during shower. Fan not strong enough. "Hot Breakfast" served was trivial. Not much option. Serve full breakfast or don't serve it at all. Overral below the standard I was expecting. Stayed in other Holiday Inn Express that was much better.

Except for the message light on the phone being totally messed up (No voicemail in mailbox but phone still insisted that I had a message by blinking a light all night). it was a fine choice for the area and would stay again. Great Breakfast choices.

We were so impressed with this hotel. Close to local restaurants, near a WalMart and Target. Easy access to highway to get to where we wanted to go. Room was neat, large, breakfast hot, had someone to help replenish or get you anything you wanted. Local maps available, everyone at the front desk was good about directions. Very pleasant stay. No hassles at all. I have enjoyed my stay at hotel the most. Cannot except more.. Only thing which could have been more good was the breakfast timings. Closing at 9:30am was to-early, so days we could not make it and missed it. If it would have been till 10:00am then it would be wonderful for the people who want to get up from bed […] little late. We found this hotel to be a great place to stay for business, travel, liesure, etc. The hotel was quiet and new-feeling. It was convenient as well, being near Hwy 400, which gives you great access to all the local restaurant, shopping, churches, etc. Staff were very friendly, with the morning breakfast host greeting everyone in AND out of the dining […] area, wishing us a great day. Excellent stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or needing just a few nights off. As long you aren't expecting chocolate on your pillow every night and fancy ammenities found in $600/night hotels, you could even make this an affordable romantic night or two out with your spouse.
