Även om andra hotell i området gör tjänsten erbjuder transfer - det ofta är bokat, och taxi kan vara ganska dyra. Betala lite extra kan hålla något värde när du får sova i en extra timme och börja dagen utan stress. Vi har nyligen renoverat våra rum, och vi hoppas att du kommer att sluta i nästa gång du besöker Calgary att kolla upp dem.

We checked in late at night and there were some issues with rooms not being ready and ours had some items missing, however if you look through that the hotel is located literally steps from checking in on your flight so if you do early online check in its great. The standard room temperature for Delta Hotels is 20°C, so I have followed up with our Executive Rooms Quality Manager to ensure that this standard is being met for all rooms, as well as having the heating system checked for noise every time the room is serviced. I’ve also forwarded your concerns, regarding the quality of the breakfast you had received, to our Outlets Manager and Executive Chef to follow up with their teams. I hope that you will allow us another opportunity to provide you the four-star service you’ve come to expect from the Delta Calgary Airport.

I've passed along your concerns to our Executive Chef, and we actually did a recent re-vamp of our YYC Lounge Menu at the end of November. We've taken off some of the less popular items, kept the guest favorites, and added over 7 different poutine options including bison, duck, and lobster! Hope you have a chance to enjoy some of our new items next time you're passing through.

No parking available at the hotel. We found body hairs in the shower and on the pillow. Room was very small and bathroom was not bigger than a closet. Staff was not friendly and not professional at all. The stay was not worth the price!Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia

Awesome! Great Location. Only disappointment was the pool was WAYYY too cold and there are no steps to get into the hot tub which felt kind of dangerous. "Handy for Early morning flights"
Hotel was harder to find then we thought. Stayed here on our way home from Vegas. Very handy to be close for late check in and early flight out. Room was small and furnishings dated, but it was clean and quiet. Wouldn't be worth half the rate anywhere else other than at the airport.Verifierad gästrecension

"AIRPORT- VERY EARLY FLIGHT"
Overrated, the only reason for this hotel choice is the location for a early morning flight, room was too hot even with the continuous noisy fan, after a sleepless night, left the hotel at 4:00 am without any rest, will never stay or recommend this location. better elsewhere and taking a taxi. I’ve tried to follow up on your file; however, I was unable to trace your reservation based on your screen name. I’m truly sorry that you had the experience you did, and I’ve forwarded your concerns to the Front Office Manager to follow up with their team in regard to addressing any guest discomfort during their stay rather than have you leave feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope that you’ll allow us another opportunity to provide this level of service to you, and hope, despite the sleepless night, that you still had a great trip to wherever you were headed.

Walls are very thin. I stay at this hotel often (Cannot beat the convenient location when you have a late flight or layover at calgary airport) but there was a cancelled flight and a huge lineup of voucher passengers waiting to get checked in when I arrived. I had a reservation and they were extremely disorganized. I had to wait in line with the voucher […] folks and it took forever to get checked in. Customer service is not their strength. I have since followed up with our Front Office Manager, and have been able to revise procedures for our guests checking in late to avoid them having to stand in line with guests who do not have reservations. We’ve also spoken about blocking rooms based on departure times as well, so that guests arriving late or leaving early receive a quiet night’s rest. Again, your feedback has been tremendous in resolving these issues to avoid them in the future, and we look forward to seeing you again next time!

"Overnight at the airport"
Fantastic location. Hotel was a bit pricy but worth it. Restaurant is good and staff very friendly and helpfull. If this hotel was downtown it would be a bit expensive but for where it is it is a great deal, and I felt very comfortable in my stay there.
