Ett hotell att trivas på. Här var rent och snyggt överallt och vi blev väldigt trevligt bemötta. Vi uppskattade den goda frukosten för de valmöjligheter som fanns.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht. Personal trevlig och gav bra service. Maten i Restaurangens mat var helt fantastisk, man kände att dom verkligen försökte göra nåt utöver det vanliga. Läget kan vara något off men det visste vi innan dock får man fin miljö i form av den stora marinan. Santa Monica och Venice ligger bara 10-15 min bilresa därifrån. Perfekt boende innan eller efter ett besök i LA/Hollywood exempelvis.

Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen vilket är perfekt som första / sista natten boende. Området känns lite ruffigt men vi upplevde inte att det var obehagligt på något sätt. Dock höll vi oss på hotellrummet när det började skymma. Rummet var RIKTIGT fräscht och det fanns allt man kunde önska, Badrummet var prydligt ordnat med gott om handdukar och diverse toalettartiklar uppradade vid handfatet. Frukosten var helt okej även om man ska vara beredd på att det kan kännas torftigt för en frukostsugen svensk. Hotellet har även ett låst parkeringsgarage så hyrbilen får stå ifred. Jag skulle utan tvekan bo här igen!

"Travelodge on Vermont/Silverlake"
Old school 2 floor motel that achieves the basics. Nothing extra, but it is a very good value if you want something close to Sunset and Hollywood Blvd's. Rooms had surprisingly good beds and four pillows per bed--nice if you like more than one pillow to moosh around when you sleep. A "continental" breakfast is available...two cereals, bananas, coffee, […] and store packaged rolls/muffins. Cheap white and wheat bread is available for toast. "Hollywood Vermont"
First trip to Los Angeles for my family and I. Location of hotel is close to Vermont Sunset Metro and bus-stop - travelling is convenient and easy to Hollywood Boulevard, North Hollywood, Century City, Union Station. Room is nice and comfortable. Very pleased with the complimentary breakfast. NIce and friendly staff. Would love to return again.

"Great Location"
Initially I was a little worried about staying at a Travelodge but I'm glad we did. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and helpful as well. The room was very clean. I never found a single hair anywhere in the room, and I looked because that is one thing that will completely gross me out. The overall location was good in terms of public […] transportation. After just one day of driving in L.A. I was thrilled that the subway station was a short walk away. The continental breakfast was terrible though and is my only complaint. It was plain instant oatmeal packs, underripe bananas, prepackaged cheese danish, and two types of cereal, and the usual tea, coffee, and juice. Overall, my daughter and I would definitely stay again. For the great rate we got the room at in that area, I can deal with the lousy breakfast they offered. Läs mer

Good location, only 4 miles from Universal and that is what we needed. Room is clean and check in/out was easy. Con - Small rooms. Very small. Not a lot of room to move. Water was too hot and In had hard time in the shower.

Had an interview at one of the local hospitals. This place is very close to Kaiser, Children's Hospital, etc. All the basics were included. The internet was slow. There were strange noises outside during the middle of the night that disrupted my sleep several times. I liked how there were a few free TV On Demand programs. "Hollywood Vermont/Sunset Travelodge"
The hotel was very basic. The location was ok only two underground stops away from downtown Hollywood and the tube station was a two minute walk away. The neighbourhood was a bit unnerving with all sorts of characters around but LA is full of characters!

I liked almost everything, especially the free breakfast and parking. It was also a very good location for the purpose of my vacation--visiting family and friends. The only thing I did not like is the fact that one day, after coming back from running errands, I turned on the television and found it to be on a Hispanic channel. "Poor breakfast"
Cheaper than the rest and nice location if you have a car. Poor breakfast though, served near the front desk in a place too tight for the number the guests they host.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to all the attractions I was interested in and local ameneties good. If flying into LAX, think twice about a taxi as it was very expensive to get to the hotel. I can honestly say I'd stay there agin.

"Good Value/ location"
Great Location for price, only stayed one night, but would go back, rooms were a nice size & clean, free buffet breakfast was an adequate start to the day saving much needed time for sightseeing
"Nice motel"
This is actually a motel in a very good location. Everything is OK, including the staff, the breakfast and the Wi-Fi. The only problem is the tiny walls, since you hear every noise from outside the room. Definitely I will book there again!

Nice hotel for the price, good location very close to the subway to Hollywood boulevard. Rooms were cleaned and replenished daily. Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Room was very clean and smelled good. Bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked perfectly. Provided complimentary coffee. The only downside is that it was hard to find parking because it's too small.

"Great value"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood/Vermont Travelodge. The staff was great, and the breakfast was adequate. The hotel was conveniently located to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater and the Grove. There were also many restaurants within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi was also a nice perk.

At the price that I pay, it value for money but it away from town and no shopping area around. But nearby to Universal Studio.

We arrived only to be told after check-in that the pool wasn't actually open for our stay, a bit of advance notice would have been nice as it was one of the reasons we'd booked to stay there. Spent 2 nights at the Hollywood Vermont Travelodge during a 16day trip to the USA. Location was really good, easy to find and easy to get out and about to other places in LA. The room was excellent, large comfy bed, clean hot/powerful shower, a/c, free WiFi and cable TV. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent and set you up well for the […] day with a range of fruit, ceral, toast, muffins etc. Staff were friendly nd helpful. I will be staying at this hotel again. Location is good, price was right, beds were cozy, breakfast bar, though limited, was kept up nice and fresh. Best part besides comport, was metro station a block away. Grocery store, and restaurants near by as well. Micro and fridge, awesome cable line up. Table in room! Was really nice for the price. "Hollywood Vermont/Sunset Travelodge - Good Night!"
This was a last minute overnight stay - booked easily online and very easy to get to and find. Helpful, courteous desk clerks. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The online purchase was easy. I recommend this for a day or two - they even have a pool. A/C worked great (it was 92 at 11pm!). Nice shower and amenities.

It was great experience to stay in this budget hotel located in famous neighbourhood of Los Angeles.Close to subway station was really good for low budget travellers.Front desk service was excellent,neat and clean room with daily maid service was definitely a plus in city like Los Angeles.Superb and generous breakfast was really to appreciate.However […] breakfast room was not spacious,need to manage your breakfast timing.Tourist information,brouchers are available at front,so over all it is a nice place to stay with low budgwt in Los Angeles.I would strongly recommend this hotel for future visitors. The hotel was what you would expect but the pool was closed for rénovation and no one tought of advising us head of Time!

I was a bit worried about this hotel but it turned out to be more than fine. The Hilton it's not but then you're not paying Hilton prices. The room was huge and it was great to have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small but clean. Things were definitely a little tired (marks on the paint work, holes in the sofa etc) but it didn't bother me […] too much. Breakfast was pretty minimal but coffee, orange juice, cereals, muffins were all adequate. Free internet for 10-15 mins is a great bonus and the reception staff were all polite and helpful. The location was great, right by the subway station to take you straight to downtown or Hollywood, and on main bus routes. Is it the nicest area? No but as it's near the hospitals it's a pretty busy area and I felt safe enough walking around by myself. My room was on the front of the hotel and I wasn't disturbed at all by sirens. Overall compared to the prices that you pay for accommodation I thought this was hotel was a great deal and would definitely consider if visiting LA again. Läs mer

We were close to everything we were interested in seeing. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Before checking out, we did one last check to make sure we didn't forget anything and found a sock and a water bottle under a bed that weren't ours, presumably left by a previous guest. "Service extremely poor; far away from Hollywood"
The official check-in time is 3 pm, we arrived at 5 pm. After getting the key card, we took our luggage from the car and went to the room. Unfortunately the maid was still busy in there, still cleaning the room. Thus we went back to the receptionist and friendly asked for another room; there was none available. Thus we accepted a short wait ("20 minutes"). […] After 45 minutes the room still was not finished; the maid commented this with "it's not my problem". This beginning exemplifies our whole stay. To give just a few more examples: - The hair drier seemed to be extremely dangerous. The cable was already melted and the drier itself was falling apart. - The breakfast room was extremely dirty and far to small. The second day we had to eat while standing. - The floor was very old and needs renewal. In front of the bath room, there was a 10 inch hole. Even though the hotel is located next to Hollywood Blvd. and Sunset Blvd., the famous places are not in walking distance. Good budget hotel easy to get to close to all the sights would reccmoend Fred52 up the road for meals and few nice places to eat arround that. If you want a plush hotel this is not it but as a budget place was very comfortable and teh pool was clean and nice for a quick dip after a long hot day sight seeing

Rolm was clean, practical and beds especially were very comfortable. Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Free wi-fi. Location ok, few restaurants within walking distance but would need to get a taxi or bus to main areas. Overall very satisfied.

This Travelodge does pretty much what it says on the tin, rooms have all the facilities incl fridge although double beds are small. Pool small but very user-friendly, breakfast ok if limited choice. A good place to stay for the money, very convenient for Universal Studios and Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd on the Metro, but Sunset Strip and other […] Hollywood sights are an expensive taxi ride away. The distance to the Walk of fame and hollywood is not as close as what I had expected.
"Not a bad place to stay for the price and location"
From the outside this motel seems a little sketchy, but the person working there was very nice and the room is surprisingly clean and inviting. It seems as if they updated the rooms recently. The breakfast wasnt bad either, cereal, toast, fruit, brand name packaged muffins and danishes.
