Nice hotel at a perfect location in Fishermans Wharf. We stayed 3 nights near union square (Galleria Park Hotel) and 2 nights at Radisson. It's a bit dated, but still nice and clean. Great beds! Nice little poolarea, but it's probably mostly for kids since the weather during the summer isn't really warm enough to lay around a pool.. All in all we can […] recommend this to others. Hotellet har bra läge direkt vid Fishermanns Warf, gångavstånd till färjan ut till Alcatraz och till Cabel cars. Vi bodde på fjärde våningen och hade utsikt från balkongen mot poolen och mot Alcartaz.. Fint! Vi var två vuxna och tre barn i rummet och det var lite trångt, fick begära upp en extrasäng. The location was great just one block from Fishermans Wharf but the hotel was poor. First night we got a room with no working shower, next day a plumber in the room under the time we was in the room. No working WiFi. Got a new room after a discussion with front office and the WiFi started to work. No we not coming back.

Ett bra hotell med fint läge, dock lite dyster och mörk inredning.

Hotellet ligger bara fem minuter från Pier 39 och ca 10 minuter från Alcatrazbåtarna! Vi hade inte en kyl på rummet vilket jag tyckte var ett minus. Annars helt ok! San Francisco är en fantastisk stad!

Hotellet ligger bra till - mitt i Fisherman's Wharf och nära till det mesta. Men i övrigt behövs en rejäl uppstramning, främst när det gäller servicen. Vi var 2 vuxna och ett barn på rummet, som efter amerikanska mått var ganska trångt. Vid incheckningen fick vi veta att vi kunde få ett kylskåp till rummet utan extra kostnad. Det kom så småningom - […] efter flera timmar och två förfrågningar. Vi fick också fråga efter en tredje handduk samt efter dricksglas som inte fanns på rummet. Kaffe fanns visserligen på rummet, men endast en portion (det fanns en utan koffein också, men det är inte kaffe!). I samband med ett av flera samtal angående saker som saknades, frågade vi efter mer kaffe och då fick vi tre portioner. Men vi fick inte nya rena dricksglas nästa dag - det var tydligen lite för mycket. Den andra dagen testade vi att lägga fram några dollar bredvid de smutsiga dricksglasen och det funkade - då fick vi nya glas, men inte nytt kaffe! Överlag svajigt när det gällde städning/rumsservice - det fanns också en ganska äcklig lukt i rummet som påminde om kräklukt. I receptionen fanns en "concierge" som kunde hjälpa till med beställning av biljetter, t ex till Alcatraz (mycket svårt att få tag på visade det sig). Han var mycket oengagerad men efter ett tag tipsade han om att vi kunde gå dit tidigt på morgonen och se om det fanns återbud etc. Vi frågade specifikt om alla var tvungna att ställa upp eller om det räckte att en av oss gick dit. Han sa att det räckte med en - men det visade sig vara felaktigt. En tidig uppstigning till ingen nytta med andra ord. När vi nämnde detta för den nya personen som satt där sa hon att de alltid påpekade detta för gästerna... Förutom detta bör också nämnas att hissarna (särskilt ned till parkeringen) bara fungerade ibland. Det samma gällde internet som var mycket opålitlig. Ett perfekt läge nära Pier 39. Fint poolområde. Boka rum med balkong mot poolen och försök att få våning 4, då har ni utsikt mot Alcatraz

Trevligt hotell, Jättebra med balkong. Bra läge nära Fischerman`s Warf. Bodde in mot gården så där hördes inget oväsen från Embarcardero. Frukost vagn finns i lobbyn Rekommenderas

Hotellet ligger med 5 minuters promenad från Pier 39 (där även färjan ut till Alcatraz går varje halvtimme och tar ca 15 minuter) och du kan promenera till downtown (Chinatown, finansdistrikten, Market Street, etc) utan problem. Om du vill bo bekvämt och stillsamt så välj detta hotell eller något av de andra vid Pier 39. Bor du däremot på Union Square […] vid downtown så är det lite mer liv och fart. Vid hotellet finns även hållplats för buss och trains om du ta dig ut till Golden Gate Bridge mm. Passa även på att testa de kända SF-spårvagnen. Hoppa på Powell-Hyde linjen vid Hyde Street som ligger 3-4 kvarter från hotellet. Köp ett endagspass för 11 USD. Vi åkte buss med Greyhound till SF från Sacramento. Bussterminalen ligger på Mission street när Market street. Och vi kunde enkelt hoppa på spårvagnen som tog oss till hotellet på 10 minuter. Läs mer

This hotel needs some major improvements, especially new windows and insulation. This was the noisiest place that I have ever stayed. The sound level was so tremendous that it sounded as if someone were dragging a metal dumpster down the street when an electric bus went past the hotel. Yikes!!!! There were some people on the street in the middle of […] the night and we could hear every word they said. Not cool. My recommendation is do not stay at this hotel if you want to sleep. Läs mer

Everthing was great and an outstanding location if you want to be where the action is on the wharf. Very close to Pier 39 and trolley line. Don't need a car. Use the shuttle from and to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay any other place if we went to San Francisco again

Very busy hotel with prime location - if you want to stay at the Pier - this is it. If you want quiet luxury - look elsewhere.

we were on the go and had a wonderful experience staying at the Radisson.

Hotel staff was incredibly helpful with getting us a bigger room and rollaway for the 5 of us. Rooms recently remodeled- very nice. The location couldn't have been better. We parked the car and walked or took a bus to everything we wanted to do. The kids had a great time. If you want to go to Alcatraz get tickets ahead of time.

The location is excellent but they need to do more updates to the property to bring it up to current standards. The price we paid doesn't match the accomodations we expected. The elevators were small and very old. Need to get rid of the sleep number beds. Very uncomfortable and our kids bed didn't even work. The parking charges were outrageous! You […] would think that if you pay so much for a hotel then the parking should be reduced or free! Plus the hotel charges a tax for parking!! Also we used the phone to order a pizza and was charged for a local call. The front desk said that was hotel standard! If you book them be sure to add about 50% to what you thought you might spend as they charge for everything! Lastly, when you walk into the lobby you should feel welcome. The porter at the door was the only one to greet me. When I got to the front desk the lady acted like I was bothering her. She took my info,gave me my key, and sent me on my way. No welcome, any info about the hotel, fees I may be charged,etc... Bottom line...needs better customer service and more hotel updates. This will be my last visit to this property. Läs mer

The hotel had a really good location. Public transit was easily available. The only down side was that the knowledge of the concierges was really poor. They did not know anything about local restaurants and while giving us directions to the Exploratorium they failed to tell us it was closed Mondays.

Close to Fisherman's Wharf and public transportation. We had a room with a view of the bay and Alcatraz. Handicapped facilities were very comfortable.

Exactly as labeled. We checked in late (midnight) and the staff was very accommodating. Everything was excellent. No glitches.

The Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf has a great location with associated every-day type restaurants around the entire block. More upscale restaurants are located within an easy walk. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the outdoor heated pool was great fun.

Stayed here for my 5th wedding anniversary. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. But there are a ton of other hotels near by that would probably have been much better. Our room was so small it reminded us of a cruise ship. The bed was horrific and the pillows were so flat they might as well have not been there. Also, our room was basically […] in the middle of a parking lot - there was a car parked 4 feet from our room window! And they were doing construction down the hall from us. We had to walk through it to get to the elevator. Not very safe considering we had our 14-month old with us! And the ice machine room had a pair of woman's underwear on the floor all three days we stayed there. No one picked it up! And the hotel concierge didn't seem to know the area at all. The customer service was completely lacking. We will never stay here ever again nor at any other Radisson. My husband teased me the whole time that I picked the "ghetto" hotel. This hotel is perfect located due to access to the most well known atractions in San Francisco. The standard of the hotel is a bit lower than a five star, but if you just are looking for somewhere to sleep, this is the better place to stay.

The hotel locatIon is great but it is too noisy. Try to get rooms on the non- street side.

Location, location, location! Everything else was great too!

Perfect location and outstanding staff. Evan from Arizona helped us check-in and he was probably the most friendly hotel staff that I have ever come across. I can't say enough nice things about him and the staff in general. We were upgraded to a corner bay-view room which was beautiful. Will definitely be back. Thank you Evan!

I liked how the lobby looks but there are a few things I dont like. 1. The fact that you need to pay every Night to back at that hotel 2. That you have to pay for food in the mornings, 3. That I found someone else's buggers on the night stand. 4. There communication with staff members weren't the best but responded very fast. 5. The sleep number beds […] that they had probably haven't been serviced recently. Beds weren't working correctly. I like the location of the hotel next to food and the wharf, Which was a plus. Room was dirty.

Good service and convenient to Alcatraz attraction. Overall hotel room is clean however I was there for 2 nights and can smell vomit in my room!

the room was incredibly noisy from the street below,. the front desk clerk who checked us in was wonderful!! She shared my excitement at being in San Fransisco and made it even better!

This was the best place to stay it was not only clean and comforting but it was so convenient and close to the pier and shops. Great place to stay I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Fishermans Wharf. Unfortunately the hotel is under going major renovations and remodeling.at the moment. Facilities were not as neat and clean as I am sure they are usually. Also a pet peeve of mine is not having an easy chair in a hotel room. My new husband and I stayed for one night in our comfortable sleep number beds. Everything was great. However, I got sick with a cold and we decided to stay in and watch a movie on the nice flatscreen. I felt a little robbed but really wanted to watch a good movie since there was nothing else to do. They charged us 17.99 to rent a new release. I could […] have bought the DVD for that much. The words did not match the actors (at first) and we could not pause or rewind the movie. The hotel was under construction so the elevator to the 3rd floor was not open to guests. However, it was accessable, guests just could not use it. Good location - close to Pier 39.

GREAT LOCATION..FRIENDLY STAFF..KIDS LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND FIRE PIT..

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The proximity to Fisherman's Wharf was perfect. Rooms were good and clean. They were doing a renovation while we were there, and I'd like to go back on my next visit to see the updates.

excellent location

I loved the location of the hotel adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf....The main problem I had with our stay was the fact that our neighbors were smokers and had to go outside to appease thier habit and the hotel doors are heavy and when they would exit their room at all hours of the evening the door would slam and it was very disturbing.
