Et bra budget hotel om man ska bara stanna över i Houston några timmar, hotellet skickar bus till flygplatsen gratis. Free wifi, jatte trevlig service.

Om du måste stanna mellan punkt A och B är detta hotell tipptopp. Bra service, tyst och lugnt. Här finns tvättmöjligheter, bra lounge med complementary snacks och dryck. Bekväma rum. Måste ha bil, bra med parkering.

"Comfortable Business Hotel"

"Service spotty, room a bit tired"
This property does not live up to Doubletree's normal standards. My room was tired - stains on carpet, obvious repair areas. Desperately needs refreshing. Staff service levels were spotty. Some would go the extra mile, others would not. Quality of staff not super high. Yet the lady running the coffee bar helped me get breakfast even though she had just […] closed up. "Clean and efficient..."
This is right next to the airport but surprisingly nice. There is a great pool there and people are super friendly. The cookies are wonderful of course but the great thing is that it is a well appointed property.Verifierad gästrecension

The Front desk people exemplified awesome customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The gym was amazing. The only complaint I had was the service of the Derrick Restaurant located inside the hotel. There were only 2 waitresses and the poor things could not keep up with the tables they had. "The best I have had in a long time."
The staff at the front desk where amazing. We didn't have our luggage so the lady at the desk gave us complementary tooth brush and paste and deodorant. And the last four warm cookies. "Pretty Good-but the shower"
We liked the room, it was on par with the comfort of the bed and cleanliness. However, the shower was not, the water pressure was really low and the shower head was not working properly with the stream of water. There was a large group at the hotel, so it was a little loud at night but not terrible, I just wish the front desk would have given us another […] room on another room floor. The front desk staff was friendly, and very helpful! The cookie after check-in was a nice touch. Shuttle was a short ride, though it was a 20 minute wait from the airport and the shuttle driver was a little scattered and took off without me the first time maybe he was in some kind of rush but he shut the door on me, so my boyfriend and i had to wait/call […] for the next one. "Nicest and friendliest for the price."

"surprisingly pleasant experieince"
Close to airport with convenient transportation to and from. Well maintained hotel with bar/restaurant open until 11pm. Had surprisingly good tortilla soup. "Double tree at IAH"
found small pieces of paper towel on the floor of our room, the hot water did not work in the shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor when you flushed the toilet. you will be hearing planes taking off and landing but that is the drawback to being close to the airport. At least they had ppv movies to watch and the tv's were flatscreen with alot […] of HD channels to watch. They have a restauant which was good, and the staff was friendly. the only drawback was that my room was opposite to some exit doors and there was constant opening and closing for awhile but then I fell asleep and that was it . the drivers of the airport shuttle were very courteous and even had cold water in cooler fro shuttle from airport....would stay again but ensure room location is different .Verifierad gästrecension

Hotel is excellent and they run a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area was lovely, with lot's of loungers and chairs.
