"BIRTHDAY BASH"
THE HOTEL IS UNCHANGED AND SOMEWHAT DATED BUT STILL CLEAN AND CONVENIENT IN LOCATION TO THE NW OKC. ROOM KEYS GET INTO THE BAR FOR NO CHARGE WHEN THERE IS A COVER CHARGE. THE BAR IS HOPPING BUT NOT ENOUGH STAFF AND POOR SERVICE. GO FOR THE BAND (SUPERFREAK) BUT NOT SURE I WOULD GO TO THIS BARVerifierad gästrecension
"Confusion about breakfast tickets"
Marriott is usually reliable in it's standards.So was now except that we were not issued our breakfast tickets when signing in and it caused confusion the first morning @ breakfast room. "Our stay at Marriott"
Was very nice. We had a room with a balcony on the lake side. Pretty view. My only complaint about the Marriott is you have to buy wireless service for Internet. I could hard line but I had my tablet instead of laptop. I just used my personal hot spot and tethered to my iPhone instead. Marriott is a beautiful hotel.Verifierad gästrecension
"Best Days are long gone"
This hotel must have been the spot...30+ years ago. It is very dated and run down. The first image you get is the destroyed " arriott" sign facing the lot at you come in. From the lower lot in the rain, it looks like Disney's Tower of Terror...and aesthetically speaking, it's downhill from there. Staff was super friendly, and accommodating. Hotel was […] far, far cleaner than you would ever anticipate it to be. This is obviously a well run hotel by the numbers...but it requires a FULL Renovation immediately. As a frequent Hilton Honors traveler, this was the first (and last) Marriott experience for me. "Good Location in OKC"
I enjoyed the stay....The only situation that I found a little discouraging was the knowledge of the front desk staff. Seemed like they were very new employees and not really sure of all the ammenities of the hotel.Verifierad gästrecension

"over billed and under served"

"good location but..."
Our room smelled funky and the noise from loud guests partying in the middle of the night was bad. The matresses were past their prime.The staff was friendlly and helpful. "Renovating Not Pleasant"
Chose one of the more expensive hotels as a treat for our family. Big mistake! Upon entering the lobby, immediately faced with plastic covers over furniture and the smell of smoke. When checking in I asked about it and was told they had some hail damage from the last storm (months ago). We wernt to the 11th floor for our room and more plastic, dust […] all over carpet. Then we get to our room.......it was at the end of the hall and two full size beds were crammed into a tiny, trieangle shaped room! This for a family of four!!!! We checked oiut the next day and went down the street, paid 1/2 the price for our second night and sooo much better quality. Disappointed and angry about our Marriott stay. "Great Marriott stay"
Our stay was only one night but the hotel provided everything we needed. Room service was prompt and very good food. The business center provided easy access to print our boarding passes. Room was clean and very comfortable beds. The hotel was very easy to find and located very close to Penn Shopping Center.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia

"Hotels.com Prejudice"
This hotel is nice but with a hotel as large as this one and staying on a Saturday night, I was very disappointed in the room they gave us. I'm sure that since we booked through Hotels.com, they put us in a room in the far corner of the hotel that would qualify as only 3/4 of a room. The rest of the room was cut off due to the design of the building. […] I could understand this if the hotel was full but the parking lot was only about 1/10th full and I'm being optimistic that it was that full. I believe they put us in the room because we booked through Hotels.com. I've had this happen to me before but not this bad. On top of a very small room because it was cut off, they only had full size beds. It's probably good because queen beds would not have fit in this small room. "Okla City, Dirty folded towels and face cloths"
All was very nice as usual, with the exception of all the folded in fans etc were so dirty some were black in the folds. Please have housekeeping fold new one each time. Thanks Steve AVerifierad gästrecension

"nice place - will stay again"
The hotel was lovely - the room was fantastic. Very welcoming desk staff. We paid for the buffet breakfast to be added to our room - and the food was typical hotel buffet - but the service in the restaurant seems to depend entirely on the server assigned to your table. Our server was inattentive, did not check back to refresh coffee, did not ask if […] we wanted 'to order' egg or breakfast items that were supposed to be available as part of our meal. There was no one on duty in the serving line to take those orders, so they had to be placed with the individual servers at the tables - and we didn't have that option.
