Hotellet har stora rum och rummen var tysta. Sängen på mitt rum var lite mjukare än vad som är vanligt vilket jag uppskattar. Det finns de vanliga finesserna som är brukliga på amerikanska hotell. Luftkonditioneringen var av den fönster´monterade typen dock var det en tystgående modell. Hotellet ligger vägg i vägg med en Chilis men i övrigt måste man vara bilburen för att komma någon vart. Det regnade och var dåligt väder så jag uppfattade omgivningarna som utomordentligt tråkiga - Jag provade tyvärr inte gymmet men det finns ett sådant. Frukosten var helt OK men inga svenska specialiteter.

one of the best hotels i ever been to. The service of the portiers was awesome, the room was great, we rented a suit and the room was huge, dubble tv etc.. just awesome.. only downside is that u either have a car or take a cab to a train station to get into philly. but thats only 1 downside. Lots of stores near the hotel

"Sheraton is a place to sleep good"
The cleaning was good and the staff was friendly. The toilet accessories smelld good and the bathroom was nice. The best thing, altough was the beds. They were so comfortable and you were able to make the room totally dark, so go here if you like to sleep like a baby. The pool weren't as nice as it looked at the picture, it was very small. "Conveniently Located and Inexpensive"
We stayed here for a weekend. We parked the car and walked around Center City -- this was a good place to do that! There were many things to see within a 15-minute-walk from the front doors.Verifierad gästrecension

"Best Location"

I was very disappointed in the condition of the room. The rug had large black stains, the furniture was very tired looking, lots of nicks in it. The water pressure coming out of the shower head was very poor, just a bit above a trickle. There must have been a water saver in the shower head because the tub spout had plenty of pressure.Verifierad gästrecension
We booked our 3 hotel rooms about 3 months prior to our arrival. Our rooms were not available until 6pm. 3 hours after check-in time of 3pm. This was for a special event and we had to leave dinner to come back to check in. I will not be staying at this hotel again.Verifierad gästrecension
"Excellent stay near the Convention Center"
Just a 2.5 block from the Broad Street entrance to the Convention Center is extremely convenient. Walk is safe and by hospitals and outpatient centers. Not much for food within a block radius, but Reading Terminal is another block and a half away. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are some of the most comfortable I've had in a hotel. The […] hotel was sold out for the convention in town and I had a room right by the elevator, but it was extremely quiet, with exception of one day, where the cleaning staff that was slamming every door as hard as they could down the hall during the day. Downfall is there is no fridge in the room. Prices were jacked up for the convention week. We have been staying at this hotel for the last 30 years for an annual event that has been hosted in this hotel. This stay, like the previous, was good.. "Not recommended"
We were not pleased that when we were checking in, we were told that the type bed we had reserved was not available, and that if we wanted that, we would have to pay an upcharge. The person checking us in was very matter-of-fact, and not willing to work to accommodate us. We were disgusted to see the condition of the floor in the hallway, that stayed […] that way for the duration of our stay. "Awesome stay!"
We're from Texas. First time in Philly. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location for walking to all the tourist places. It was cold! "Great Stay"
Nice hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of amenities. Restaurants and coffee shop on site . "To bad they don't live up to the location"
This is a nice hotel. But very mixed in quality. The main thing is there was a convention there the weekend we stayed and the hotel was NOT prepared or equipped for it. They were obviously overwhelmed, which was apparent from the moment we pulled into the drop off area... which was congested, the garage full and only one bell staff member outside to […] deal with quite a mess. Not much improved in that way. It was not the fault of the staff. The hotel management clearly did not staff up or plan well for a capacity weekend. The rooms are spacious and nice, though some chintz in the quality of fixtures, especially in the bathroom. Stayed here during the Flower Show 2013. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location (apx 5 blocks from convention center) - within walking distance. "Great location for sight seeing"
Clean room, comfortable stay and temperature, helpful staff. Phillips, restaurant within hotel was very nice. This hotel is just OK. They honestly could have offered a better rate. The room was small, had no amenities and was rather drab. The view was amazing, however. The Sheraton is in a great location--within walking distance to the museums as well as the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable.
