det var inte det billigaste hotellet i Atlanta, men priset var festande.Rummen var stora och vackert inredda. SPA avdelningen bra. även om den stora poolen var för grund att simma i. Baren där man kunde äta gott och ta ett glas var så mysig att man inte ville lämna hotellet,Brunch buffen var den mäktigaste jag sett under hela min resande tid.Allt som allt var det 3 dygn i lyx och bekvämlighet

Fab place to stay at if you like customer service and nice design. Great experience - REALLY wonderful staff and lovely place! I will always look for indigo hotels from now on - but this one will be hard to beat!

Bra läge på hotellet, mycket bra service och bemötande. Frukosten var enkel men helt ok. Rummet vette mot gatan och var ganska bullrigt; för en lättstörd person var det svårt att sova både p g a gatuljud och p g a lyhördheten. Alla lampor i rummet var ihopkopplade förutom sänglampan, så mysbelysning var omöjlig. Likaså fläkt och badrumslampa ihopkopplade, vilket var irriterande. I övrigt bra.

"Happiest stay"

"Don't call a "cab""
I stayed at this hotel to attend a show at Red Clay Theater. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. My issue is this: I asked Lisa at the front desk about getting a cab to the theater. I also asked what the cost would be. She said she did not know, but that there were a couple of companies that they recommended. She said she would call a cab for […] me when I was ready. I called the front desk 10 minutes before I wanted to leave. I was told the cab would be there in 10-15 minutes. After waiting more than 30 minutes, an unmarked SUV finally showed up. The driver did not know where the venue was, and had a very difficult time even following the GPS instructions. I had to tell him three times that he had missed a turn. Even with all of that, my issue is that this wasn't a CAB (which is what I requested), but some sort of car service. There was no meter in the car, so I had no idea what I was going to be charged. The hotel was no more than 7-8 miles from the venue. Yet I was charged $30. I wanted a simple cab ride. I wonder if the hotel is getting some sort of kick-back from this car service. "Good hotel"

"Great Place to Stay, in every way!"
Wow! What a great place to stay! Our group of 7 ladies had 2 suites and we decided we are definitely staying there again. So clean, comfortable, affordable, beautiful, and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to help us decide on sight-seeing activities and other needs. "Duh! When it's time to leave."
Only concern I had was obvious mold on the bathtub caulk and the drain was slow. Also wasn't pleased with the housekeeper asking me what time I was leaving. Duh, how about at checkout time..Verifierad gästrecension
"Close to the highway and in decent area"
Our overall stay was very good. We actually loved the set up with the Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove, and Microwave, although we really didn't get a chance to use anything but the Fridge and the microwave. The computer in the business center did not have an up to date version of internet explorer or Mozilla, so we were unable to use it for anything like banking. The breakfast was pretty good and had a variety of choices, but the location was just too far away for what we wanted. We needed to be closer to downtown or midtown., but the price was right for a last minute booking during a holiday weekend, so we couldn't pass it up. Room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was nicely done. Although all personnel were friendly and professional, it took more than one phone call to get something fixed, i.e., stopped up lavatory, beeping/broken dishwasher. Overall I was very pleased with our stay. The pool was nearby our room, stores and restaurants were also close at hand. We didn't use the kitchen as much as we wanted because it didn't have an oven, and I wanted to make cookies to take to my granddaughter. The hotel's computers were down, but they had a back-up plan that allowed us to be checked in fairly quickly anyway. It was nice that they had a "manager's reception" so we could get light food since we hadn't had time to get stuff from the store to use in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The studio room was quite cozy and clean and made us feel at home. Beds very comfy. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection. This hotel is located nearer to most of the well known malls. Free shuttle service provided by hotel within five miles makes it convenient to go around shopping. "Great place to stay"
Everything was great. It was in my top 3 places that I've ever stayed. When we walked in, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Very comfortable and at a good price. The service was great. We have never been in the area before and didn't know were things were but the front desk was a big help. Our first night we wanted to go to Dave & Busters […] and the guy at the front desk took us. I am a real big fan of the Hyatt. I must say this hotel was a lot better than the Hyatt. I am real big on amenities. The grill area was excellent, the pool, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. I was in town for a convention in duluth. This was one of the best hotels i have ever used. It was only about 7 minutes from the convention site. It was convenient to I-85, gwinnett place mall, and lots of great restaurants. The rooms were quiet. Excellent location. I loved the fully- stocked kitchen. Rooms were very clean as well as the linen. No complaints […] at all from me!!! If i had to make a suggestion it would be please get king-sized beds in some of your rooms, if you dont already. I am 6'4" tall so anything less than a king i have to curl my legs up so my feet won't hang off the end of the bed. But that wasn't really a big deal. Just a thought. "Residence inns compared"
Over the past 3 weeks, I've stayed at the Residence Inn in Gwinett, Residence Inn in Alpharetta and the Residence Inn in Alpharetta North Point. The Gwinett is by far the best hotel and the Windward one is by far the worst. The people in Gwinett were polite and bent over backwards to help. The Winward people were pretty much the opposite. The rooms […] in Gwinett, especially the 2 bedroom suites were TWICE as big as the ones at Windward. They were also cleaner, and the maid service was better as well. All in all, run TO the Gwinett Residence Inn and run AWAY from the Windward Residence Inn. I'm not kidding. There is that much of a difference. But make sure you watch for potholes if you go to the Windward Residence Inn. There is one in the entrance that will destroy your tire if you hit it entering the place.
