"It's ok.. Not the best. But not the worst."
Was there overnight to be able to check into a nearby hospital. The service was good and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were some things in the room that really needed fixing. The fridge would not get cold and there was a big hole in the ceiling above the tub along with flaking plaster. The toilet leaked onto the floor in the bathroom. […] The area was good. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, the lamps needed to be dusted, and the floor in the bathroom was filthy. Not sure if we'll stay there again or not. However, the location of the motel made it convenient for our stay.Verifierad gästrecension

"Cheap in great location for medical center..."
Delapidated/old facilities but they did their best to church it up...a little dirty/dingy in spots. There were big water stains on the ceiling/wall, bathroom tile grout was grungy and the shower curtain was full on musty. Still, the furnishings were actually nice, the bed was comfy, nice flat panel/fridge/micro, etc. For what we paid it was fine (think […] medicaire eligibility age). Was supposed to be a non smoking room told the me it was smoking odor was so bad had to get deodorizer , they told me at the front desk it was nonsmoking but there were ashtrays in the room. Room was dirty - towel bar kept falling off the wall - not all outlets in room were functional. General manager asked me to keep my grandchildren quiet because there were nurses staying in the hotel that worked the night shift! For a cheap hotel, it was fine. I take call at a local hospital so I have to stay at a hotel and I don't want to pay a lot. The air worked great. Location was perfect. You do hear some outside noise, but for the most part it was quiet. Management was extremely nice and helpful. I will stay again.Verifierad gästrecension

we changed rooms because the first was a smoking room we asked for nonsmoking but that was not a problem, its an older hotel but we were close to war memorial stadium ( we walked to the event that night) and the zoo that we went to the next day. breakfast was good, staff was friendly, some rooms have fridge and microwave. it was nice for the price. "Looks can be deceiving."
From the outside this place looks above average, what one would normally expect from the La Quinta Inn. What a deception that was. First of all the clerk that checked us in was terribly rude. I felt as if I were bothering her by being there. We had booked a non smoking King. They didn't have our room available and she made no apologies for it. At the […] time we tried to check in they didn't have any room that was ready for us and it was well after the posted check in time. Finally after about 40 minutes she managed to get us into a room with a King. The clerk never smiled or offered an apology or even a thank you. The room was a horror story. It was supposedly non smoking but it reeked of smoke. It was so bad that upon arriving home I had to wash everything we took inside the room because it smelled so strongly of smoke. The room was dirty-floors had debris, walls scuffed up, bathroom had hair laying on floor. Had there been anyway of getting a refund I would have left and never looked back. "great location"
We stayed here last weekend while we were going to the zoo and it is in the perfect location for that. The pool was nice and clean. The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke like some reviews said. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in in a hotel including the more expensive hotels. The breakfast was good and there is […] a Mexican restaurant next door and also a convinient store next door. You can't find a better hotel for the price. "Disgusting rooms in horrible area"
We did not know the area when booking. This hotel was in a VERY bad area and we actually listened for gun shots and looked to make sure our car didn't get stolen. We arrived later in the evening and our first room had 1 bed with no sheets, just bare mattress. The second bed had stains all over the comforter. I asked and was given a new room. This room […] smelled horrible and had one disturbing stain on the carpet that looked like blood or vomit. I couldn't get out of this hotel quick enough the next day. Even the breakfast was terrible, with no real options like most other La Quinta's have and there was not enough seating in the breakfast area to accomodate all the guests. "Good service, friendly; but WOW was it dingy..."
First, a note: We generally love LaQuintas, as they are always pet-friendly (no pet fees) and are typically great value. Plus, you know...WAFFLES! Sadly, I have to give the LRMC La Quinta a negative review. We stayed on our way to take our 5-month old for his first visit to his grandparents' house. It's nominally a 16-hr trip (so 2 days), but it understandably […] took longer with dog/cat/baby. After driving for 12 hours (stopping ~every two hours so mommy could feed the baby), all I wanted was a shower and some rack-time. The front-desk clerk (Iris?) was great -- professional and friendly, particularly considering it was almost 1 am. I did get a littel confused as to the exact location of the room (it WAS 1 am...) and would have liked one of those maps to be sure. The room itself, unfortunately, was...well, dingy. There was hair in the tub (wife wouldn't take a shower); also, separately the A/C was unresponsive. We were not about to go ask for another room, given the time, so we sucked it up. One bright spot: the HDTV in the room had a "menu" page that came up with a palm tree and beach sounds -- perfect for getting the bambino to sleep. Overall, a disappointment. "What a horrible experience for a La Quinta inn!!!!"
Where do i start!!!The hotel lacked in customer service the very minute my friend and i enter the hotel lobby. No phones in the room at least our room. Bathroom tub had mold stains. "REAL BAD STAY!"
The hotel rooms were not even close to what we had requested. The floors were VERY dirty. The rooms reaked of smoke and the half of the lights in the room did not work and the staff said they were sorry but maintenance could not get to it until the next day when we were gone!!!!!
