Hotel staff relatively friendly. Decent free breakfast. Clean room. For what we paid, it wasn't bad. This is BY NO MEANS a luxury hotel so if that's what you want, spend the extra money elsewhere. Price was reasonable but room smelled with floor very dirty & very noisy and ice machines not located close to rooms on outside. Good continental breakfast and very friendly attendant in morning depart.

Everything was very good, except - the carpeting in the room. It was VERY dirty, and turned the bottoms of my socks black.

This motel was a very good value, and convenient to south OKC. Breakfast was good and our room was clean... except the carpet was very dirty.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My only issue was the fridge we had in our room. It had old food in a carry out container growing old. We opened the fridge door one time and it made our room stink for several hours.

Bed was comfortable and the room was adequate. There was no hand soap, shampoo or body wash and the tissue dispenser was empty. The biggest problem was the noise from motorcycles passing on the nearby side street kept us awake until after 1:00 am. We were ehausted the next day as we had a 5:00 am wake up time.

Booked two rooms, both smelled horrible and made your clothes smell too. Bathroom sink still had toothpaste on it and there looked like a giant blood stain on the floor.

Stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago and it was fine. This time was so different. The previous guest left their clothes in the closet and they were STILL THERE (wadded up in the bottom) when I checked in!!! It creeped me out! Then found a little bit of trash left around from the previous guest that never got picked up. It never got picked up during our stay, […] either. The 1st day, we hung our towels up, meaning to re-use them and they were replaced. That's fine, just unnecessary. However, the next day, ALL the towels were left on the floor needing replaced. While we were out, the pile was moved from the bathroom floor to the middle of the bedroom floor where it was left! ZERO clean towels/washcloths were put in the room. At 11pm we had to go to the front desk for more. The internet was down (the router needed reset). The day clerk gives me the phone number of off-site tech support. NOT helpful. A remote center can hardly flip the power switch on a router. The night clerk at least got maintenance to find the router that served our room & get it reset. Too late for me to be online during our stay. Something that was actually very critical and created problems for our business. The 1st & only day...we noticed blood stains on the sheets, requested another room change--(#2)the tub had running water that would not shut off(water stains from water running so long)...3rd room change, roaches was in that room...the employee couldn't get a manager for us because they were off that day(03/24/12), so he assured us of one there best […] rooms(this was room change #4). We took his word, not checking it out, because we had an engagement to get too. Came back late, dirty wet dry towel on the back of bathroom door. Husband heard 5 shots or fire works in the middle of the night(2:43a.m) thank God the rest of us were sleep. We demand money back...was not able to receive all because the manager wasn't there to approve it. I have stayed at this Baymont hotel several times over the last two years. Very good value, but tricky to get to from the intersection of I240 and I35. Guests might want to call for directions beforehand, unless you are very familiar with OKC. Room was clean, as usual, but there was a bar of soap left caked upon the floor of the bathtub. room was very dirty, bathroom was dirty, used soap, burns in toilet seat. Floor was un vacuumed, crumbs of food and other crap. We asked for new sheets to put on bed. P.S. Check expirations for the continental breakfast, all the ore package food was expired.

I checked out and did not stay. Smell was horrible in The lobby. Weird activity going on in lobby with kids and man who looked to be on drugs. Room given to me ajoined theirs. I felt very uncomfortabe and the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. Bathroom door was off hinges and leaning against the wall. Cigarette burns on the bathtub and glass rings on tables. Would not stay here again.

Room carpet was one big stain. Cloth chairs has stains on them. Room smelled awful. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. This was my first and last stay at this motel location.

I am amazed that this property is part of Wyndham. It was disgusting. It is right off the interstate in a not very friendly area. The carpet in our room was so dirty that it turned my son's white socks black on the bottom! The toilet seat was loose/breaking, the tile in the bathroom had cracks and chips. First glance was that we only had 3 towels for 4 people. Then saw a paper wrapper on the floor in the bathroom, then long hair stuck to the wall. The shower drain was so slow that even if you turned it on to get wet, then off, soap up, rinse off quickly, then you would still have standing water for 10 minutes. Bearable for one person, terrible for 4. […] When housekeeping came in the morning, they made one bed and that was it. No new towels, shampoo, soap, didn't empty the only trash can. Nothing. The guy at the front desk was on the phone while trying to tend to 3 guests, and admitted that there were other complaints about that housekeeper that day. He gave us clean towels and offered to let us change rooms. At 1:48am on the first night we were awoken by a lady banging to let us in, and in the morning we heard other guests talking about it, so it wasn't just our room. I tried to call the front desk, they didn't answer. I travel with 'protection', but that's still not a comfortable situation. The bathtub looked like someone dumped gray paint in it. There was rust around the mirrors, stains everywhere. I also requested a non-smoking room, which this obviously was not since the towels reeked of smoke and we found an ashtray on the table. I thought Baymont was a much higher quality than what we experienced here.

Everything was clean. Plenty of cool air. Not properly a hotel but a motel - outside entrances. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and coffee. No juice or milk, not even cold cereal. Overall, worth the price.

The amenities were clean and comfortable for the one night we were there. No major issues.

neighborhood was scary and their was all kinds of noises at night people walking and talking laud at 2:00am

The hotel is pretty decent but Dooley ( the guy at the front desk) will take care of anything you need. I brought my dirtbikes and didn't want to leave them in the truck so he helped me push 2 dirtbikes up the stairs and in to the room on the 2nd floor. Well worth the money

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for the money

Well Paid More because of name and had stayed at other one on a trip out west! But com paired to those this one was lacking greatly! Don't know where to start>ice machine on the second floor did not work and since they gave us a room to the middle even tho we arrived kinda early there was no stairs to the lower level, so had walk to one end and back […] to the middle to get ice in 100+ heat. Room smelled like it had been a smoking room for years but was a NonSmoking room.No hot break fast because they were not able to ues ele in the breakfast area. Only Plus was the did already have th ac on so didn't to wait for the room to cool off. But that prb wasn't to plan. I guess next time I will try a no name could not be much worse! Läs mer

The bed was the best thing about the hotel. It was very comfortable. When we needed more towels the staff was very quick to get them to us. I was leary about the cleanliness of the room it wasn't per say just well used and not as kept up as a hotel you would pay a little more for. Overall it was a good stay.

The neighborhood is trending down with closed businesses. We found the room clean and about what you would expect for the cheap price. The walls are thin and parking lot noisy into the early morning hours. The pool was in need of repair. It was like puling teeth to make a request to the desk. We had two adults and two children in a double room with […] only two towels. We asked for more towels and you woul dthink we were asking to have the room repainted and decor changed. I was Leary at 1st on the hotel b/c it was a 2.5 star but the price was right... I went up with my boyfriend to his BMX race and we were there 2 nights... we figured we wouldnt spend to much time in the room but after the 1st night in the pillow top bed we were ready to go back the next night... I dont understand why it is only a 2.5 star b/c it is […] a very nice hotel... I thought it would be noisy b/c the hwy is right next to it but we slept soundly no problems what so ever... The staff were very friendly and the rooms were so nice... even the shower was nice... most hotel showers are too short and little but this one was perfect... I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. I have found it clean, safe and very reasonably priced each time. It is slightly difficult to find......very near intersection of I35N and I-240, but I have had good service from the staff on each stay. Breakfast is adequate-nothing more, but reliable.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Large, comfortable room. Much attention given to detail. I would definitely stay here again. It is a HUGE bargain!

Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and the manager called to ask if we needed anything which was nice. Only thing was it was a non-smoking room, but you could smell that someone had smoked in it.

I usually stay at Baymont by the airport and will go back there next time. This hotel had a smell to it that permeated my clothes and suitcase. The front desk clerk was not present when I arrived and it was 15- 20 minutes before she showed up smelling like cigarettes! My room was right at the top of the stairs and there were children and teens running […] back and forth and screaming until late into the night. We were so impressed with our hotel room! It met our needs in every way. We will definitely stay there again and I have already recommended it to several friends & family members. Thank you for the clean, comfortable stay!

The hotel was comfortable and the customer service was great. But, they need to repair the ice machines and keep iron in the room. Also I was eligible for an upgrade to two queensize beds but none was available.

This is about all one can expect for the extremely affordable price. Very cordial staff at front desk.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was great—three great things about a hotel when one is looking for a place to stop for the night on a long trip from point A to point B. That said, the hotel is a victim of the neighborhood in which it is located. We stayed at this hotel with our family and we have 2 babies. This was in a run down area of okc, and was disgusting with filth. There was thick dust and dirty everywhere. Candy was all over the floor and in the nightstand along with colored paper, so we could obviously tell the room had not been cleaned. Cigarette butt burns were on the blanket and […] toilet seat. It was a nice hotel but we got a non smoking room and it still smelled like smoke and the curtains didnt close all the way.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The room was clean but had a musty smell at first. The beds were small but adequate. You can find nicer but for the price it was alright.

Great place at a price that will NOT break the bank account. The staff and front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. They very recently renovated this hotel and so everything was brand new. The beds,how can I get one that comfortable to sleep in back home ! 5 star quality and comfort at a 2 star price! I would stay here again .
