Betygsatt av en Hotels.com-gäst jan 29, 2013Good central location. Fresh, newly renovated and modern interiors. Service was polite but i hardly needed any help with anything so hard to judge. The continental breakfast was simple but high quality and the breakfastbroom has a pleasant atmosphere that feels more like a cafe than a hotel dining room. Wifi worked well but limited to 1 device. A nice touch that it was included in the rate (as was breakfast). I asked for a room on a higher floor and was put on 15, the top floor. Small windows, maybe because of the nature of the old building. Good modern tv, etc, with lots of channels. Spacious bathroom and decent shower (took a minute or 2 forbhotbwater to arrive). Comfortable bed and a practical desk with lots of power sockets. Have stayed in nine zero previously. I would rank them similarly with Ames posibly edging it though not everyone will like the minimalist style and approach.

Last minute booking on hotels.com for $103.00 including brkfst. My son & I went to meet friends for an overnight get a way. Pool is nice w/jacuzzi. Rooms are very nice w/separate living area. I'm very picky w/cleanliness & room was very clean. We've stayed here many times in the past when hotel was Dbl tree. We always looked forward to and enjoyed the […] breakfast. So much that we have gone there just for breakfast if in the area. This time, under Embassy name, the breakfast definitely didn't live up to what we had in the past. It's still cook to order but the hot food is nasty. Don't expect to get a full on hot breakfast that's edible. I did enjoy the fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee & danish. I'd go back, because its still a good value. If you want a great brkfst go to Main St to Joseph's Two. Oh, and no more warm complimentary choc chip cookies the Dbl Tree was known for. Overall we had a great stay. The positives: Great location, updated ameneties, comfortable bed, larger rooms, updated bathrooms, front desk was exceptional, great price! The negatives: The spare sheet for the pull out bed appeared to have a strange stain on it. My parents were staying at the same hotel so I just grabbed theirs. The living room area […] had an indent in the floor that ran from one side of the room to the other that was just carpeted over. It caused my kids to lose balance a few times. We went with our two children & the hotel itself is very nice, PROS : Very Spacious Room, Nice Staff, Quiet hotel. CONS: Indoor pool was VERY cold ! Kids were disappointed , we went to so they could swim & figured an indoor pool would have a decent temp, Nope freezing. Thankfully the Hot tub was fine, so the kids could go in that. "An excellent value for the Boston area."
We stayed three nights as participants in the 2013 Boston Marathon. The hotel was an excellent value, and much more convenient than we realized when booking. We needed to get downtown twice for both the Expo and the bus ride out to the start. Although the Riverside station on the Green Line is 5 or 6 miles away, it was only a 10-minute drive down I-95 […] and worked out great. The hotel itself was outstanding - the rooms were clean, spacious and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the complimentary breakfast was easily the best I've had at a hotel of this type. I'd certainly consider the Embassy Suites in Waltham for any future travel in the area. The location was perfect. Just a short drive from Boston. Check in was easy and convenient. The lobby was grand and spacious. The bar area was stylish and modern. The front desk staff, bartender and staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the suite style room. I got to really relax in each room. Room service was spot on! The kitchen got […] my order to perfection and suggested a good wine. I enjoyed the large bathroom, tub and amenities. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and lighting. This will be my go to hotel when I just need some downtime away from everything and everybody. The cook to order breakfast was great. Fresh fruit and Danishes, French toast and eggs were delicious. "Great Value!!!"
I loved the Embassy Suites. The bar was beautiful with very comfortable furniture. Rooms were so spacious. It was like having a one bedroom apartment. Best bang for the buck!!! Great breakfast...hot and cold!! Staff was so nice. I preferred this hotel over the Westin, as it is a much better value. I can;t wait to go back there!!!Verifierad gästrecension
