Great customer service, beautiful spacious room, and peace and quiet. Since this is not your typical hotel and there are separate units, you don't have to worry about loud obnoxious guests across the hallway (like our last getaway). My husband and I, along with our three kids and my mother, went on a a weekend getaway vacation. The Residence Inn Penthouse Suite was PERFECT for our big family. Had a loft which helped to separate the kids and help them go to sleep faster. As always, love the fully equipped kitchen as well!

Hotel was very nice, room comfortable and had most all things we wanted. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. The only drawbacks were that the bathroom was a bit small, but the water was hot and the pressure good. There were also a lot of cigarette butts outside of our door and the hotel was nonsmoking and […] it had not been cleaned up. There also needs to be more kid friendly channels for the TV as there were only 2 kid channels and a lot of what was on we do not let our son watch. Overall the we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to most people or even familes. We had a good time and were able to see the things we wanted and were close to shopping, restaurants and other activities. So was a great place to stay and be close to a lot of good family fun. I've stayed at a few Residence Inns and have always been beyond satisfied with the stay, but sadly, not with this one. I wasn't expecting a 5 star resort experience, but there were a few things about the property I wasn't happy with. There was loud music and large roaming groups of people walking around the property in the middle of the night, lots […] of yelling and screaming, not a great place to get some peace and quiet. There was pretty much NO hot water in the bathroom. The Hot Tub was freezing, obviously broken. The front desk said they'd put in a maintenance request the next day, but after 3 days, it was still not fixed. The breakfast was ok, not too bad for a free breakfast. The workout room consisted of 2 old treamills, an even older bike, and what looked like the 1st elliptical machine ever invented. No weights, no room to even do bodyweight exercises. Not convenient if you are someone who works out regularly. The only things that made me feel like I was not getting totally ripped off was the room itself. It was clean, accommodating, comfortable, and private. We are planning on going back to Cincinnati very soon, in the next month or so, and sorry to say that we will be staying somewhere else :( Läs mer

Stayed in the Penthouse suite. One queen bed and bath on the main floor, another queen bed and bath on a loft. Very cool!

The room was very clean. The staff were quick to assist. The bed was comfortable it had a pillow top. I like that they use white comforter covers so everything gets laundered.

Marriott should be ashamed to have its name associated with this property. Having stayed at many Marriott properties, including various Residence Inns, this is NOT the quality or comfort you would expect from Marriott. While nice on the exterior, the rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. There was a general dingy, musty smell in the rooms. We tried […] 2 different rooms before finally resigning to staying there for the night (the last room had dried urine on the toilet seat!) Thanks to Hotels.com, we were swiftly moved to another, much cleaner and comfortable hotel nearby for close to the same price. The staff at this hotel were very friendly during this transition. We enjoyed the hotel, for the price, you get basically a small apartment with two floors. Two couches with fold out beds for the kids, and a full size bed upstairs. The one big bummer for us, or more the kids was their wasn't any internet service. The RJ45 wall jack was missing and no WIFI in the complex. The outside pool was very nice. I arrived at the hotel and it was right off the expressway, but tucked away and nice and quiet. The room was two story with a bedroom and private bath on the top floor. The lower floor had a queen size bed that pulled out of the wall with a privacy curtain to divide it from the living room which had a pull out bed in the sofa. The room had a full kitchen […] with dishwasher and included basic cooking utensils and serving plates and utensils. The only thing we had to buy was a baking sheet. There is a dining room (like a breakfast nook) and a bathroom downstairs. The accomodations were very nice. The breakfast buffet (included) had eggs, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit and just about anything you could want for breakfast. I had never stayed at a Residence Inn before and really did not know what to expect. What we encountered was really a small two story apartment. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a full small kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator, with silverware and plates!! There was a small living area with couch, arm chair, TV, and it even had a fireplace. […] Also on the first floor was a small dinning room with a pull down 2nd bed and a full bath. The breakfast was really good. The staff was courteous and attentive. The room they gave me was toward the back of the property. The set up of the building had the tenant walk under 2-3 stair cases to get to the room. Odd and a bit scary at night.

This hotel was easy. They welcomed the dog traveling with us, had breakfast and an outdoor pool. All of the things we needed for this short trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the well supplied kitchen. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
