Super fint hotell, hög service kvalité, bra frukost buffé! Extra plus för pool området med uppvärmd pool och fyra varma jacuzzi! Lite små rum men flygtrafiken störde inte.

Vi behövde hotell för en natt när vi kom från Hawaii och skulle fortsätta med hyrbil nästa morgon. Hilton har ett perfekt läge ca 10 min med shuttle buss från ankomsthallen. Minus är att Wifi kostar för access på rummet.

Fint och välordnat hotell med lyxig känsla och bra läge nära flygplatsen. Gratis transfer till och från flygplatsen som fungerade väl. Trevligt poolområde på innergården. Fint rum med bekväma sängar. Bra restaurang men tyvärr ingick ej frukost i priset vilket är ett minus. Blev störda vid 23-tiden på kvällen av knackning på dörren, hann ej öppna. Visade […] sig vara kopia på räkningen som jag anser man kunde lämnat till oss vid utcheckning istället för att störa barnfamilj så sent på kvällen. Hotellrummet var stort och fint, med två stora sängar. Bra service med parkering under hotellet. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen. Frukosten mycket bra.

The hotel was overall good, including facilities, food and location. I was very satisfied with the check in/out counter and their service. The bell boys and concierge were unprofessional and did not give the service I excpected. All we wanted to do was weigh our luggage and they approached us with a bad attitude, as if we were disturbing them. I guarantee […] this is because we look like we are in our teens but we're actually in late twenties. One of them spoke his native tounge, not knowing I share the same language, and he was using really foul language. Not professional at all. Här har vi en person som överanalyserar alla kommentarer av alla olika hotell som finns att välja på. Till slut kan man inte fundera längre utan måste välja ett hotell. Ser jag en enda dålig kommentar blir jag skeptisk. Jag kan garantera att detta hotell är bra. Stora rena fina rum med sköna sängar. Jättefin Lobby och underbar frukost. Gratis shuttle […] till flygplatsen som gick ofta. Jag är en lättväckt person som trodde jag skulle störas av planen som lyfte och landade på LAX, men de gjorde jag inte! Skulle garanterat bo här igen. Om jag skulle va tvungen att säga något negativt om detta hotell så skulle de vara att man fick betala för internet. Läs mer

Parking should be included for guests, just add it to the room rate, it's a hassle to pay when you are in a rush to catch a plane. For a Hilton, customer service at the desk was lacking, could barely understand due to such a heavy accent.

I really enjoyed my stay. Every thing met my expectations. The room was beautiful, the room service was timely and the staff was friendly.

The room we got was a disaster. The sink leaked and the shower did not work properly. Parking was a rip off and no internet in the room was a bummer (unless you pay $15 for 24hr, really? For the same price, the Westin a few blocks away was a much better experience.

Ill keep it short. Clean room, comfy bed, I just hate that my room had no view but the airport and worst was my room was right next to the maintenance/cleaning room. It has that smell when you walk in and out the room. Other tham that parking is 27$ &valet parking is 36$ or something like that. Its a great place to stay and right across frm airport

Had a hard time checking in due to my child not being on reservation even though I booked it with her on it. The agent wanted to charge me for her to eat breakfast even though I explained that it wasn't my fault. My friend who booked the same time zipped through and paid exactly the same for her and her child. Had to get a manager b4 it was handled. […] The room was small and had full beds not queen. The toilet wouldn't flush and there was rust around the shower head. As well as the housekeeper made the bed up with the same sheets after my kid wet the bed. The hotel was very clean, it had everything that we needed. However, parking seemed a bit too expensive. The location was awesome, close to the airport and close enough to the beaches.

Only stayed overnight because of an early flight, hotels.com did not say anything about a $27 self parking fee per night or $36 valet. The hotel was nice as expected from a Hilton hotel.

The actual hotel is excellent and the price we paid for a really good room with breakfast was most reasonable. The check in process was very slow due to insufficient staff at the counter and the people in front having been given a room which was already occupied. Half an hour wait in a queue to check in to a prepaid room is not good enough.

I visited LA for my 30th bday and have a good experience with this hotel... we came in at midnight and check in was a lil slow but expected and not that long of a wait. Our toom was on the third floor literally right across from the pool. i thought it would be so.noisy but couldnt hear a thing even with people in the hot tub at 7:00 am. but that could […] be also because they.may not have been loud either. Hotel itself was nice (as we are HH and use Hiltons whenver possible). Unfortunately this hotel was a bit "old" and really needs some updating. Room was clean and close to airport which was great. Guess I'm spoiled with most Hiltons that I have stayed at have been updated. That being said, would still recommend this hotel.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable, but loud. You can hear the air crafts as though the window were open. But by far the worse thing about this hotel is the so called free airport transportation. The buses do not run on time, and it's very chaotic. I stood on line waiting for the bus for over 45 minutes. Myself […] and several other people had to take a taxi to the airport in order not to be late checking in for our flight. My taxi cost $15.00 for a five minute ride. The worse part of the whole situation is that nobody working at the hotel cared, and said that the buses never run on time. I feel that the hotel should reimburse the cost of my taxi, good luck with that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Läs mer

Ideal location to stay at for a short stop over. Bus stop is handy outside to catch a bus down to Santa Monica, about 45 mins away.

In general, I don't like it. The parking lot is so small and I thought I was in Asia. A full size car can easily get scratch in their tiny parking lot. The lobby is full of people and noisy. It's very close to airport and you can see airplanes taking off and landing. The worst thing is you can hear it in your room. The house cleaning people are rude, […] they use their master key to open my door without knocking and it happened more than once! The room is not clean enough in my standard. other than the airplanes flying overhead I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are huge! The beds are comfortable and everything is re-done. I needed to be by the airport for a flight and catch the shuttle and both needs were met!

Hotel was nice but there was some confusion over the cost of self parking. The sign in front said $10.50 per night and the cost was $27 per night. There were also no parking spots so it was not at all worth the trouble or the cost. Valet would have been much better and we would have picked it had we known then what we know now.

I simply cannot understand anyone rating this hotel as anything other than outstanding in every way - ESPECIALLY when taking into consideration the extremely reasonable cost of the room. We had a very early flight out of LAX and turned in the rental car the night before. Checking in was a breeze in part because we had prepaid. Staff were friendly and […] efficient. The room was very nice, perfectly clean and well equipped. Completely what one would expect at a Hilton. The shower was as refreshing as a shower could be at 3:30 in the morning. Headed downstairs and found the shuttle bus waiting outside. We got in, it took off and we were at the airline counter in 11 minutes. What in the world could anyone want more than that for what I paid or quadruple the price??? I am extremely satisfied with my stay and my hotel.com experience. The Hilton was a more than comfortable overnight stay following a flight from Adelaide to Los Angeles. I was absolutely exhausted and was so appreciative of the very kind receptionist in allowing me an early check in at no extra charge. As it was, I checked out the next morning at 6.15am so an early check in was very fair. I did not eat at the hotel […] as I felt the food was overpriced and opted for a take away from down the road. This was quite adequate. I feel that the Hilton needs to provide free WiFi. It seems ridiculous in this day and age not to provide this service . Having paid $124.00 for only one person, I feel WiFi should have been offered for free. The airport transport was efficient, friendly and the gentleman was helpful with my luggage. The gentleman operating the hotel shop was friendly and quite charming. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for a very comfortable sleep, and stay. A wake up call was requested, it was provided and on time. The Hilton would have received five stars if free WiFi had been provided. Läs mer

Overall great stay for the night before I had to leave LA. Only issue was their valet service was extremely slow. Had to wait up to 45 minutes to get my car. Aside from that, it is a great place to stay.

Overall, great! Two simple problems: 1. The front desk computer failed to identify an empty room available, which I asked for. I had to go up to that floor and found out it was indeed available. 2.
